Fist, I would give them 10 stars if Google allowed that. Second, I worked with Chris and his staff and built my new BMW from over 1600 miles away without a bump in the road. Third, the car was built and delivered in about 7 weeks and I actually flew to Mississippi to take delivery in person (they even picked us up at the Jackson airport). BMW of Meridian is a first class operation as they are upfront and transparent at every stage of the transaction and we had no surprises like we have had at many dealerships in the past. An absolutely perfect experience! I was greeted by several employees by name and welcomed by all upon my entrance. The sales manager offered me coffee or water even before I sat down, All of my paperwork was ready and waiting for me. Each and every question was answer completely. The finance manger was waiting for me with all paperwork prepared in an orderly manner. He explained every aspect of the sale without regard to time or personal effort. No question was to insignificant. Next, the resident tech genius was waiting for me to go over every aspect of my new vehicle. Time was not an issue, he was there to make me feel comfortable with all of the new electronics. Before I left, each employee thanked me again and offered any additional assistance I should need. I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus LX 570 from BMW of Meridian. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Colton bent over backwards to send over numerous photos and videos of the car, including the undercarriage, and he patiently and quickly responded to all questions I had about the vehicle. The price negotiation was respectful and pressure-free at all times, resulting in a reasonable sales price. Once that was settled, Colton arranged for the vehicle to be delivered (shout out to the drivers for being so patient and gracious towards me) to my mechanic in Birmingham for a final inspection to put me at ease. The inspection can back clean; the car was (and is) in fantastic shape.Bottom line - this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I highly recommend, and I intend to reach out to BMW of Meridian for future vehicle needs.

Always professional. The only thing that concerned me was that the finance manager was not wearing a mask when helping us. We are senior citizens and his mask would have protected us. We were wearing our mask. I was very uncomfortable with him. However, Clint is very professional, courteous and helpful. The finance manager was nice but my visit would have been better if he had worn his mask.

Transaction was easy from 150 miles away. After we settled on the deal, I sent all the information to Jage. After a two hour drive, I arrived at the dealership - everything was ready. I signed all the paper work, wrote a check and headed home. The 540i was as advertised and I enjoyed the road trip home.

First time purchasing a car without seeing it. First time BMW owner. My service at bnw of Meridian was exceptional. I viewed the car of choice online. I contacted a salesman, Trey, and he went above and beyond my expectations. He was able to find me a cheaper interest rate and have the car delivered to me along with the paperwork. I live in a different state and the first time I saw the car was when it was delivered. I was well pleased. The car was immaculate.

I contacted Jage interested in a x7. We are out of state buyers so driving just to see the vehicle wouldn’t have been an option. He took a walk around video of the vehicle inside and out. He was very attentive to our questions. We were looking to trade two vehicles. I provided him all of the information on the two cars and him and Tony had everything drawn up when we showed up. Being from out of state our drive was 4 hours. We arrived right at closing, Jage and Tony stayed late on a Saturday to make sure our deal would happen. I could not be happier with our purchase and the service we received. It was top notch. Attentive from beginning to end.

Up until this service, I’ve been extremely pleased with BMW of Meridian. I called to set up my 10,000 mile service and addressed all recalls. I was under the impression when I purchased my vehicle that a loaner car would be available during services. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told there was no loaner available. I had to wait almost 5 hours on my day off for the service to be completed. I will say, everyone was extremely friendly and apologetic about a loaner not being available. They explained to me that in the future I could call and set up for someone to pick up my vehicle and leave me a loaner, free of charge. I just wish I would have known this was an option before I spent my day off stranded in the BMW service department.
