The service from setting an appointment to the end of my visit was awesome. The entire staff was so welcoming and professional. The facility is nice and neat. The staff showed patience, care and concern with every customer. My 3 yrs old son talked to all the staff and he loved them.

Excellent Care. Profesional and excellent results. I also purchased glasses on more than one occasion and each time the glasses were excellent quality and could see perfectly whereas with the se Rx I had a backup pair made elsewhere and they were far from perfect. All in all, a great place to get your eyes checked and to purchase glasses.

Pleasant atmosphere and the employees are very professional and friendly. Dr. Phillips is amazing and you can tell he knows his stuff. I am very satisfied with the customer service overall and I plan to continue going for all of my eye care needs.

This place is really a joke. My prescription is not accurate, I still cannot see... and my sister has been waiting for her glasses for over a month, then they forgot to send them off and she had to wait even longer. Don’t waste your money here.

I used Dr. Phillips when he was at Bonita Wal-Mart..then he moved and wasnt covered by my insurance...when he opened his own practice, ou insurance covered him and we started back using him. He and his whole staff are amazing with our whole family (even our toddler)! I decided to try contacts again and he even suggested a pair that might help my sister, who couldnt wear contacts before..she went to her doc and the contacts he suggested were a perfect fit! Thanks guys! Keep being awesome!

From the initial call to scedule our appointments to the pick-up and fitting of frames, the professionalism and care was top-notch! The ladies were patient and answered all my questions with a smile. Dr. Traci (note he is a male :) was patient with my thee year old. Absolutely the very best. From the time you walk into the doors until you leave everything was a happy and peaceful and productive experience. The front staff is so courteous and quick and pleasant that it was truly like a breath of fresh air compared to some doctors offices I have been in. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable about his field and I felt my eyes were in the best of care. When I went to pick out some new frames the staff again was so helpful and great at knowing just what would look the best on my face. She put me at ease and gave me personal attention and did not hurry me. The paying part was painless also. She adds it up right in front of you so you can see all the charges you owe and what the insurance will ay. I was so pleased. I’ve already referred one co-worker to Bright Eyes this morning! One more thing the name is awesome! Bright Eyes caught my attention and the eye icon on the building outside helped me find where I needed to go,,, couldn’t have ask for more.
