The associate was no help. GNC should probably get associate who don’t sit on their phone all day.

Always get upset about the phone number, automatically round up your purchase without asking, and close early.Additional star because they’re well stocked.

The staff is great and very knowledgeable. I cant have anything with soy in it and GNC has a great selection is vitamins and supplements with no soy. They also have great savings programs and promotions.

They are great for all your protein and pre/ post work out needs. I do wish they offered more variety in the above. It would be nice if they also stocked more protein bars, and snack food options. They are great at welcoming you, and asking what your looking for. The staff seemed very knowledgeable on product as well. I would recommend to anyone new and old to working out for supplies.

Everytime I go into this place, they ask me for my phone number then get bent out of shape when I tell them they dont need it. Today I was told I could probably get my oils cheaper at the coop. Ive been buying my rosemary oil at this store for 3 yrs. Apparently they dont want my business because i wont succumb to their marketing bs so, think Ill go check out the coop. This place gives me really bad vibes. Maybe I just dont buy enough of their other over priced products to be welcomed back. Bye bye

They wouldnt accept the return of a product I bought online. GNCs policy is that stores must accept online returns. The employee actually said I was making them lose money by trying to return it to them and gave me the website customer service number. Customer Service (a 32 minute phone call due to hold times) said the staff was wrong--they are required to accept returns. Ridiculous run-around. Avoid this location--go to another. GNC usually treats me right, but never at this location. Getting sick of the hard pressure upselling techniques at this location.

The staff are very helpful and knowledge about their products. They have a good selection of proteins and other supplements.

Chelese was super awesome and so knowledgeable about products and ingredients. And with a store full of customers and two on the phone, she was so great and polite getting to everyone while being the only employee in the store. I have many GNCs closer to me but I’ll gladly revisit Chelese on my next refill!!!

If chelsea wasnt there, it would be a more enjoyable experience. Her customer service needs work. Calling a customer a liar inderectly is rule #1 of what not to do in the service world. If she didnt talk people would be much happier with the experience.

This is no longer a GNC. It is now a bed and bath.
