My insurance didn’t give me many choices so I was a little leery at first. The staff is all very nice and helpful. Dr Kevin is very thorough and kind. Great service. Would recommend Hearing Connection in Meridian to all.

We went in to have my hearing tested. Kevin was very thorough and explained everything as we went through the testing. It ended up that all the years around woodworking equipment without any ear protection has finally caught up. They fitted me with my first set of hearing aids. Ive had hearing issues since the early 1990s when a virus all but destroyed my hearing in my left ear. No one likes to admit they cant hear right but it happens. Sadly its not just about hearing. Hearing loss can contribute to early dementia so dont ignore it. I went to Hearing Connection on Progress Ave in Meridian, ID. Kevin and Bonnie took great care of me and I love my new hearing aids. Located conveniently near WinCo next to Panda, Bonnie and Kevin are friendly and thorough. They both take the time to explain the details. The entire process is done with care! I appreciate how they operate the center. I feel tended to, and both take time to answer any questions that I have! Because the batteries in my devices often need replacing, hearing connection has provided me with replacement batteries every few months at no additional charge. They text me reminders to come in for periodical cleaning and device checks, as well as auditory re-evaluations to see if my hearing has changed and make any adjustments as needed. All of this is done at no extra charge by appointment. Five-star service, highly recommend hearing connection in Meridian!

Kevin has been taking care of my dads hearing aids since 2018.He moved here from out of state and lived with me for 2 years. Both Bonnie and Kevin have been very helpful beginning with the first visit. They have repaired ear pieces and have cared for my father as if he was their dad. We have never felt that we were problem even when we just dropped in with a need.I know that I can trust them. Have been using The Hearing Connection for 3yrs now. They have been very good at listening and fulfilling my needs for hearing aids. They are always pleasant and happy to see me.

I had to switch providers after my move from Kansas to Idaho.The hearing aids I had didn’t match due to one was a refurbished replacement.Kevin had to get the codes to adjust my hearing aids. Once the codes were received, I went back into the office for adjustments.Kevin took a lot of time to adjust and fine tune each hearing aid independently. The outcome was great and I look forward to future consultation and service.

Very knowledgeable about testing my hearing and explained each step and the results. Went over all options available and then discussed the best options for my situation.I have been having my aids cleaned every three months due to wax build up. They are taking care of the aids very nicely, even with the social distancing in play. My Mom has been hard of hearing for years. She has worn hearing aids, but they have helped her very little. We paid a visit to Kevin at Hearing Connection and what a difference that has made!! The people are very nice and helpful.My experiance with Autobell was horrible. They kept failing and numerous attempts to have them corrected failed. The manufacturer was unable or unwilling to solve the problem.I was given a different brand. They work better but do not have the features I need. The ear buds are not very good and difficult for me to get them in my ears correctly. Hearing Connection doesnt seem to want to replace the one in my left ear. The tools to remove the filters do not fit.

Got my hearing tested here and everyone in the facility is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell the staff is passionate about their work and they care for their patients. Highly recommend this spot for all your hearing needs or concerns! Very clean facility as well

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Hearing Connection. My preteen son has been seeing them for five years and has been given the best service ever. Jesse, the owner, and his team are absolutely fabulous. They take the time to listen and meet the needs of their customers. From the receptionists to the audiologists, their whole team is awesome!

We can’t say enough good thIngs about this place. Very thorough and good at explaining how hearing loss works (don’t wait to be tested if you even think there could be damage, as it only gets worse and can’t be reversed!). They have a wide variety of devices should you need them, with honest descriptions of pro’s/cons, and help deciding what’s right for you. They saved us thousands ($3000.) by offering a different solution for my 92 year old mom ($100.) which was very much appreciated. Both my husband and I are following up in 6 months for our own...we spent our work years in very noisy environments and tinnitus has set in for both of us.

Staff was very helpful, courteous and wore masks because of COVID-19 which made us also feel safe. I would highly recommend them for anyones hearing needs. I will also recommend them to others and if fact have done so already.

Had a most wonderful experience at Hearing Connection in meridian on Progress Ave. Kevin asked me what I wanted to happen and i said to hear as much as is possible. After Kevin explained in detail what was taking place now in my ears and the damage that could result by not taking care of the hearing issue I had. I have had hearing test done before, but never experienced the concern and personnel attention to my needs and wants. I was convinced that Kevin wanted the same results that I did. After all the tests Kevin described all the aids available and recommended the one best for me which was the one he would recommend for his mother if needed. Kevin fitted them into my ears and my first words were are you speaking extra loud and he said just my normal voice. I was beside my self before I would have struggled or even would have had to stop and ask what was said. Thanks to Kevin and Hearing Connection I achieved everything I asked for Its so awesome too hear things and voices without struggle. This is the place! The awesome customer service was honest and a little overwhelming. You see we are using medicaid insurance and we have tried to find help from several different entities. When they hear you are on medicaid the conversation changes drastically. When we showed up at the Meridian office we were desperate. My love had been using a used hearing aid for the last several years and it finally died. We did not have an appointment and yet they were able to squeeze us in. They were able to accomodate us with a loaner until we could get her a replacement. The dignity and respect they showed us will never be forgotten! They will be our hearing specialist going forward. I have had excellent service through the Hearing Connection. I have had a number of hearing aids over many years and they are able to meet my unique needs over time. I can get in to have service appointments when needed on short notice. Jesse and his staff are professional, patient, helpful and willing to take the time necessary to do updates in exams and aid adjustments. I love my Audible aids that are the over the ear model. I can adjust the volume up and down with a touch of my finger on my left ear aid. I have enviromental programing for 4 different hearing environments that effect my life and adjust with the touch of a finger on my right ear aid. I have to especially use the different programs for restaurants, zumba classes and very loud music in church. I appreciate the efforts the staff make to maximize my ability to hear clearly.

Excellent place to visit if you are looking for a great pair of Hearing Aids. Staff are super great to work with. Receptionist( sorry not good with names) she is super friendly and makes sure you are comfortable while you wait. Works with you as much as she can to get you in when you want to come if possible.Kevin Horne the audiologist is a great guy. His really nolageable about conducting hearing test, and explains everything while doing them. When you get your aids he makes sure you are comfortable with them, and shows everything you need to know about them.I am truly satisfied with mine I hear things I never heard. Even other peoples conversations when on there cell phones. Lol!! I would with out hesitation recommend this location to anyone.
