Sean and his team were a breath of fresh air for all that is going on in the home building market with Covid. Our home builder had their own tech company that wanted to do all our media/TV’s and home theater. But I quickly discover that the home builder was going to add his mark up on top of their tech companies. So I researched and found Innotech Integration. The owner Sean listened to what we wanted and had great suggestions that made our house even cooler. And YES, He was way less expensive and in my opinion way better quality of work from his employee’s. Seans team added speakers through out our entire house, even out on the patio. We are in an area that the WiFi is spotty at best and he added an awesome fix for that, so now our wifi is super strong throughout the entire house, even on the back patio and garage/shop. And one of my favs is the home theater room that they built for us. It is almost done, because we had to wait for the theater seats because of Covid. But the 120” screen with the 5k ceiling mounted projector is out of this world. What really cool, is when we start a movie, all the lights dim down with the cool Dolby sound bite playing and then there is a cool LED lighting strip on the edge of the row of theater leather recliners.Sean at Innotech Integration will be our go to for all our hi tech needs in the future.

Innotech provided awesome customer service throughout the process of bidding and installing our two theater systems and mounting two additional screens for us in our new home, including one which was mounted on a rock-covered patio fireplace. Their attention to detail; courteous, professional, and thorough service (Sean, Jonathan, & Braden); timeliness; and cleanliness could not have been better. Sean always kept us informed and was very responsive when it came to communication regarding fine tuning our work order and also timing and scheduling for the installation. I very highly recommend Innotech!!

So Sean and his guys installed a MAJOR home theater system for me last month, and I gotta say,,,,,this system ROCKS! Anyone can hang a tv on a mount, but to design AND install a large system like this was awesome to watch and especially enjoy with the family!!!! As a contractor myself, I was impressed at the quality and speed of the install for a system this large. Very friendly, and cleaned up after they were done in each area and stayed on budget!! I cant recommend Sean and Innotech more!!!! Absolutely horrible! Sean, the owner is like Marine Corps recruiter, he talks a good talk, but doesn’t care about the end result. Due to pending litigation, I will not get into detail, but I strongly suggest another company.

Had an awesome experience with Innotech Integration. Sean and his team are truly as good as it gets when it comes to sound systems, surround installation or any other technical component needs. Punctual, attention to detail and they keep the job sight clean. These guys do it right the first time and are always there for you after the job is complete. My wife and I moved into a new home from out of state earlier this year. I found Innotech online and knew once I spoke with Sean I was going to use them to set up our sound system and mount our tv’s/speakers. Sean and his team were great throughout the entire process, including visiting my home during construction to measure the speakers I would need for the rooms. They were easy to talk to, knowledgeable, handled every request we had, and did a great job. Sean and team set up my wifi network including extenders, relocated our router, mounted our tv’s and speakers, set up our entire sound system, and programmed my new favorite remote. Sean with Innotech Integration Group came to our home in early 2018 (see below) and set up a home wireless network with a custom router and repeater signals/boosters for us on both the first and second floors of our home. Sean was absolutely phenomenal in and with every single step of the process. From promptly providing us a proposal, promptly responding to my follow-up questions, scheduling our installation and providing service — everything was top notch and A+++.During installation, he noticed that there were some issues with our Internet connection. He conferred with me and I reached out to our Internet service provider (ISP). Luckily, the ISP technician was able to come to our house within an hour. Sean worked directly with the ISP technician, communicating with me as he worked his way through the issues with the ISP technician, and helped to troubleshoot and solve one of the issues that we were experiencing in our home with our ISP.***I mentioned earlier that Sean came to our home in early 2018 (I really should’ve posted this review sooner!!!)***But, I wanted to see how things would go. Well, it’s been 2 1/2 years later, and we have never once experienced a single problem! I chalk ALL of that up to Sean and his high touch, dedicated service and superb attention to detail with the original installation. Can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone thinking about using their services!!!

Sean and Kyle were professional, knowledgeable and attentive while they were installing my projector mount and related hardware. They were able to schedule me within about 2 weeks after I initially contacted them and the quote I received was reasonable and accurate to what I was eventually charged. Sean and Kyle were very diligent about keeping my house clean during their work and were good-natured the entire time. I appreciated them letting me be involved in the install as I was curious about several aspects. Its obvious that Sean has a lot of industry experience and I would highly recommend Innotech to anyone looking to upgrade their home A/V setup.

Wow! It seems so rare today to get fantastic service and have expectations not only fulfilled, but exceeded. We had horrible wi-if in our 15 year-old home, and Innotech solved it in one morning. The bid was spot on, reasonably priced, and we cannot be happier! Sean, Jonathan and Bradon were super professional, personable, and knowledgeable (I think Brandon was being trained, but he worked hard and had a great attitude). They were on time for the install, and completed it in the time frame I was given, despite running into some complications with the older wiring in our home. We were so happy that we will be contracting with Innotech on a home security system. I can count on just one hand the businesses that I am confident to recommend, and Innotech is now one of them!

We identified that we had several problems associated with our new speaker system and home theater that was installed during our remodel. We found Innotech on the web and reached out to get some problem solving in place. Sean came in and was able to understand the problems rapidly and resolved them well. He is not only a problem solver; he is an innovator and I respect the work that the and his team performs.

Sean was a fast worker and did a terrific job mounting my TV. He arrived on time and cleaned up after himself. My only concern is that the price changed significantly from the quote I received on the phone to what I was actually charged. When booking my appointment, I detailed the exact specifications of the project as well as the type of TV mount I wanted. Sean quoted $270 for the project, but I ended up being charged about $70 more than that. I did add 2 outlet covers that cost $12, but did not receive any explanation regarding where all the additional fees came from. This was disappointing. Next time I will request a quote in writing.EDIT: Sean contacted me immediately to remedy the situation. He refunded me the difference based on the original quote. I appreciate his integrity in handling the situation! I will certainly be a repeat customer.

My husband and I had an entertainment/theater system put in our house 5 years ago when we built. It never worked correctly. Sean came and evaluated our system, telling us what we would need to make it work. He was thoughtful to utilize as much existing equipment as possible while maximizing our systems operational ability and user friendliness. I was anxious about paying for new equipment as the previous audiovisual/home theater/internet professional had left us with an expensive system that frequently malfunctioned and was difficult to work. But after Seans work and some new equipment, our theater/music/internet system works great and is easy to control! He also revamped our internet making the high speed we pay for accessible throughout the entire house. Sean also took the time to explain how everything worked.

I engaged Sean to install a flat screen tv above the Fireplace which necessitated installing an electrical outlet so that all wires were hidden. He did a wonderful job in a very meticulous manner. He provided me valuable information and patiently answered all my questions in a manner that I could clearly understand. He also hooked up a DVD player and gave me an easily understood tutorial. He protected the workspace from debris and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. He was kind and respectful as well. I feel the price he charged for his work was very reasonable. I will not hesitate in the future to call him again for other projects.

Sean and Kyle did an outstanding job setting up internet for access throughout my entire home -- we have absolutely no dead spots and signal strength is excellent throughout our home. We had so many dead spots or 1 bar signals in our home that it made it virtually impossible to have a decent internet signal for our streaming video, video monitoring system, internet, and smart home devices. Seans solution was to convert my system to a superb network system with three separate wireless access points. I also had Sean and Kyle install cable tv connections and hard wired cat 5 in every room in our house. Well done sirs and I heartily commend you for a job well done! You were prompt, courteous, and your attention to detail was remarkable -- a professional job the entire install. Ill refer you to anyone that needs a high quality job. The best part in my opinion is that you listened to me as a customer and planned before the job was started . You had all supplies, connections, switches, cables, etc. on the truck and were working within minutes of your on-time arrival. Did not finish the job as promised! Said he would come back to finish..after two weeks and 7 phone calls..he finally TEXTED back when I told him i was going to post a review online and said he was not going to come back. Very disappointed! We still have cords on the floor, and a cable box that isnt hidden, All that we hired him for wasnt completed. A complete waste of money, as we cannot get rid of our entertainment center..the entire reason we hired him in the first place!
