Bill has been nothing but true to his word and very professional. He took over our job from another person and has done great assessing what minimally needs to be done VERY cost effectively to get things done. Since these guys are the local Elan dealer, I was forced to call them to replace some ceiling speakers. I removed the speaker, gave them the model number and dimensions, and asked for a quoteto replace six speakers... They then sent me a text and told me they needed to do a service call to give me a quote... really? You had all the information and I just wanted to buy some Elan speakers from you... the result was that I replaced them with Klipsch speakers. Thanks for nothing.
