I would recommend this Mobile home dealer to everyone. The staff there is very friendly and they are open to help in anyway they can in getting you the deal and home thats right for you. They are reasonably priced and the have a vast selection of beautiful mobile homes.

I will start out with the good. The staff will work hard to get you in the home you want. However, the bad experiences weve gone through with this company greatly outweigh the positives. From the beginning, it seemed like this company just didnt have their ducks in a row. We had previously bought a mobile home from a place in Carthage 6 years ago, and the professionalism and knowledge of the staff there far exceeded what we have experienced with this company. We had to file an affadivit stating we did not owe land taxes on our land when this company was saying we did. We originally began the process of closing on the home in July and didnt actually sign papers until after Halloween. Even after originally signing papers, we were called back twice to resign papers because of errors they had made on the original documents in the interest rate and other information. When it was finally time to have our home set up, the dirt work guy they sent did a horrible job that was unacceptable to the people actually moving the home. The dirt work guy was called back to fix his horrible job and still did not do what he was supposed to, so we were stuck trying to find our own dirt work guy while half of our home sat in the middle of the highway. Weve been in our home for only a couple of months and every time we have heavy rain the ceiling in both of my daughters rooms leaks. Supposedly 2 different crews walked the roof during setup and everything was the way it was supposed to be. After the first leak that saturated my daughters ceiling and left water trickling down her wall they sent another man out to fix this. He ensured me that it was fixed, yet a few weeks later when we received more heavy rainfall the same problem occurred. Overall, the staff will be friendly and work their hardest to get the money they want from you and get you in the home you want, but there is no sense of caring or urgency to you as a customer after the home is off of their lot. I would recommend to anyone to really look at all of your options with other mobile home companies before settling on this company. Like I said earlier, the experience we had with the company in Carthage was a breeze throughout all 6 years that we worked with them compared to all that weve dealt with in the short couple of months of working with this company. I am happy to share pictures of the water damage weve been dealing with.
