So far, so great! Ive called every mobile home company and Mississippi, I found this place last. It was my make it or break it point then off to an apartment for almost $9k a year. I was so scared to make the 2 1/2 hr drive and see the mobile home we talked about would be gone before we made it. The finance manager has really helped my husband and I close the deal on our first mobile home. She is so patient and sweet!! I probably messaged with her everyday while trying to get everything on our end together and she messages back quick! I could not be happier with Johnson homes so far! Thank yall for your politness!! Yall exceeded well above our expectations!! Thank you!

My husband and I bought our very first home from Johnson in May. Its now almost September and they have not gotten us completely set up. This business has terrible customer service! When we call with questions they are rude and evasive! Im still waiting on the invoices I requested over a month ago. Our home is still in need of skirting and repairs. Our Brand new home arrived without any light fixtures and after 3 months, we still have no toilet seat. The trim is literally hanging off the walls and 2 section of wall are loose and visibly poking out!These people are not good business people!! I should have chosen another company to spend my money with, thats for sure!! Dont make the same mistake i made!! I wish i could send it back and go somewhere else!

We pay our trailer note every month. They told us they do not accept checksor credit/debit cards. Only cash. Thats very sketchy, but we have always paid them cash. Now all of a sudden in the last couple of months theyare saying that havent received some of our payments and can notshow us where we paid on our note. The receipts they were giving uswere not actual proof of payments. It was something about our insurance this whole time. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE.If it were not for my credit score getting messed up, we would drop themand give them their trailer back!!!!!!!!!
