Since I just gave Best Buy a bad review for their terrible customer service an hours I thought it would probably be a good idea to give somebody a good review that deserves it. These guys were great to work with, the local owners are in store there answering questions and helping people and I really enjoyed watching them work and appreciate the work they did for me on my business cards recently. I went to their competition because it was closer to my house and was told me they no longer help with business cards in store and that I would have to go online. So I went to the fedex store on Florence and they were as helpful as they could be to me and every single customer that came in the door. Thank you for treating me the way I treat my customers.
This location is a one-stop-shop for me and my wife. We use their copy, print PDF from USB, scan services quite a bit. We have only seen their employee Josh at the desk/register. Josh earned this FedEx location their Fifth Star; he greets every person that comes through the door, asks if they need any help or if he could answer any questions, and is polite and positive. Foot traffic is not too bad here, we have not had to wait for any equipment.
The people here are always helpful and take care of me as quickly as they can. Ive never had an issue. Highly recommend if you ship often or seldom. Youll get great service at this location. Ive been using them for 4 years.

I work with FedEx Office on a regular basis and this location was the least helpful Ive ever experienced. The young man I interacted with clearly did not want to help me nor do his job. I do not recommend this location.
My go to place for copies. Employees are fast, efficient and friendly. I think their prices are very fair

We have been to multiple FedEx Office locations in the Boise area, and this one consistently provides good and efficient service. Over the last few visits, Jeanie assisted us with some complicated packaging requests (and splitting items to go to multiple locations,) all handled professionally and error-free. She even took a little extra time to humor us while we had our passport photos taken- thanks for the personal touch, way to go!
Terrible mask policy enforcement for costumers and employees. Dangerous place to go if you are high risk, very disappointed and will not return.

If I could choose no stars, I would. I just left there a couple of minutes ago and it was the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a business in our friendly state of Idaho. I’ve never been to a FedEx Print shop, but I will never go again. The gentleman who welcomed me was cool and directed me to the computers. I logged on and pulled up what I needed to print. I needed help with the printer settings and formatting so I went to look for the guy. His shift must have ended because there was only an older woman behind the counter. I said, “excuse me” with a smile...she looked miserable. She was clearly annoyed that I asked for help. I explained to her That I’ve never been here before and need help with printing and formatting. Almost immediately without even getting my entire sentence out, she replied, “Oh since you’re on that computer, you have to do it yourself. Next time, if you put it on a thumb drive maybe I can help you from here (behind the counter). Right now, I am the only one in the store and I don’t have time to go there (few steps from behind the counter) to spend helping you format or whatever.” Really?!1. There were no other customers in the store. We were in there for 33 minutes before another customer walked in.2. We arrived at the store a little more than 2 hours before closing. It’s not like we walked in 5 minutes until closing.3. We needed assistance with printing and formatting, not anything overly complicated. Is this not a print shop? One would think it’s your job to assist with printing and formatting.I walked away frustrated and appalled back to the computer. You’re charged by the minute for computer use so I motioned for my daughter to hurry up so we could get out of there. If management reads this, you should provide customer service training to this employee. Lady, if you are management...shame on you for poor customer service.
I bought a math curriculum on disc and took it in to be printed. I was told that even though the whole point of the product was to be printed that they couldnt do it without a print release. I grabbed my phone to see if perhaps the company had emailed me a print release and the woman working was very rude kept letting me know that they closed at 9. There was still time before closing and it make sense to check while I was still there. I wasnt able to find one and left at 9 PM. I was able to get to a computer that had a disc drive, it was very easy to see that the release was on the disc. She was just unwilling to provide customer service.

I had to return an item to Tennessee today and chose this location as the package had been sent to me via FedEx. The gentleman and lady behind the counter were curt and stern with me telling me my item was not able to be shipped because of the contents it contained (lithium ion battery). I called the manufacturer, and he said they only use FedEx and have never had a problem Fedex ground shipping the unit containing the battery, and just cannot ship it air. After telling the workers at this local branch this, I was sternly belittled by them and made to feel dumb. Whether or not you are allowed to ship an ion battery Fedex ground, the explanation and customer service at this location was 0/10. A customer should never feel this way.I took my package to UPS and was treated kindly and with respect. The package is now on the way to Tennessee. Thank you UPS store on McMillian and Eagle. Highly recommend.
Lame that they don’t have a contactless credit card reader. I couldn’t use Apple Pay.
I have had a great experience sending print items here that need a fast turnaround. The staff has been great helping me trouble shoot best options for my needs.

The staff stood around and was unhelpful. All I needed to do was print some photos. They tried pawning me off a photo machine with bad user design and software. Refused to help me use it, and when I emailed them photos they said we cant print on photo paper. Like litterally through up there arms as I dont know what to do. Super unhelpful.

Needed some RSVPs printed and the image I sent them was coming out a little blurry. Instead of just printing it and getting rid of me, they worked with me as I sent them several other options. My RSVPs look great and theyve earned themselves a very loyal customer.
Great staff who is very knowledgeable with technology, helped me fix my business cards to the correct format.
Incompetent. Could not fax a packet and didnt even feel it was any concern to the people who work there that my document couldnt be faxed. I give this location a Zero rating but the minimum allowed is One being the worst.
I had alex help me with an order of 1000 door hangers. He was very helpful and even followed up with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted!
Good print shop, lots of services available from shipping to copies to signs.
Both times I have gone to this location for print jobs it has been extremely painful and I have left unhappy. The people that work at this location do not understand how to take images and size them correctly or how to change dimensions. We had to walk them through it ourselves which was quite frustrating. I would suggest going to a different location or different print and copy center altogether.
Have a number you can actually call and talk to someone. Your automated service sucks. Ill go to a place I can actually talk to someone
They do what they say they will and do it on time. They once held a truck ten minutes because I called ahead.
