Went specifically to the outlets to replace my Oakley sunglasses. There was a sign on the door stating they would be closed for an hour. Walked around for an hour only to return to a sign stating they would be open in another 15 minutes. Walked around some more and came upon a Sunglass Hut that was open. Got my sunglasses there. Sorry. We like the Oakley Store but it’s hard to buy something if you’re not open in the middle of the day😞

Matthew was a great host, greeted me when I walked in, had a conversation about my Deadbolt prescription glasses, and when I was checking out the line got a little long, Matthew got on a register and helped clear out the line. Awesome customer service.

Great service always Tenley is a 10. All the staff has always been cool and helpful. Place is of great value. Hopefully they will be there for a good while.

Great glasses, but lost a lot when Luxottica bought them

On a recent visit looking for replacement lenses and parts, (for an old special edition pair). I was met with a team of three employees, that helped me identify the model of my glasses and what lenses I needed for replacement.Each one with the knowledge needed to help me along the way! Great team work by all if them!!! Once I got home and easily replaced the parts, I tried them and what a difference!!! Very happy and excited with my nearly new Oakley Sunglasses!!!I will absolutely be a return customer!!!

A nice store with a decent selection of items! Some of the known brands are missing here! Not sure why . But other than that you can find some extremely high rated brands here!

I think the manager (I think she was a manager) name was Emily. She was great, super helpful and patient.

I bought a pair of sunglasses, yesterday. Then found out i didnt like them. But never wore them outside the store. Brought the back today, just to return them. The lady behind the register was rude and said there were 2 giant scratches on the lense. Now im a welder and gunsmith. So im very attention to detail oriented. She and i cleaned the lense. There was no scratch. On top of all that i have a warranty and they come with a 2 year warranty, so your telling me you cant fix them when everything is covered on the warranty.Then she continued to basically tell me im dumb and must not be good at my job if i cant see that.Never going back to this store, i feel like the lady that helped is someone who would call assault charges on you if threw a receipt at her. Maybe she needs glasses, cause she is blinder than a bat.These people didnt look at the glasses like jeweler looking at diamomds when i bought them. But they do when you try to return brand new never worn sunglasses

Just went into the store asked for a price on some gloves there was a guy and a girl working in there having a conversation guys said the prices on the back over from could care less about customer service they were more interested in carrying a conversation amongst themselves last time I go in that store buy anything 12/18 20 4:00 pm
