I dropped my engagement ring off before Mothers Day and have yet as of today to get it back!!! I have been calling and either get no answer (how do you not pick up the phone all day) or the run around. Im still waiting on a manager to call me back and let me know whats going on with my ring. At this point I just want my ring back and Ill take it somewhere where they can actually fix what needs to be fixed.

Service was not bad but of the 3 establishments we go to (Burlington and manchester) this is my least favorite. Its never a smooth visit here. There is always some kind of documentation issue. I only save 12 minutes round trip going to this location so I try not to typically. This time was no different. Very friendly people but more documentation issues when we NEVER have this problem in Manchester or Burlington.

We went to Merrimack Premium Outlets on Black Friday! This is our first stop. It was a nice neat place to shop and they have many options for jewelry. We shopped pandora sections. They have all kinds of rings, earring rings, and bracelets with good discount! Lily is welcoming and friendly and giving best advice for us to pick what is better fit for us in price and style! She is really an export of jewelry. It’s a great experience with her who knows the jewelry well. Professional!

Prices are inflated as compared to other Jared locations. The 60-70% discount is over these inflated priced. Recommend cross referencing their prices by visiting other Jared stores.

Purchased an anniversary set here after visiting many stores and looking at a lot of rings. Mary and Lily were very patient and friendly. They made us feel very comfortable, and were very helpful in putting together a set that my Wife loves.

Luis Emanuelli was excited to help me shop for my mothers 60th Birthday. His knowledge of fine jewelry and experience working at Jared helped me to pick out two beautiful pieces for her. I highly recommend going to see him at work if you are in the market for any type of jewelry. I will be back to see him again soon (for my Birthday 😁)!

Had great service at first. Visited three times in one day and put something on layaway that night for over a thousand dollar purchase. Visited again to reconsider some alternates had great service again. Went there tonight to pay off my layaway a day earlier then I said I’d be back and walked in got greeted said I’d be with in a moment. Then I proceeded to wait for an hour and 15 minutes watching numerous new customers walk in and be helped right away. Is that how you treat a paying customer? Now I will go back tomorrow and cancel my layaway even though I loved what I was buying but it’s not worth rewarding bad customer service.

Made a layaway purchase in September. Have attempted to visit the store 3 times (from out of state) and found the store closed though their website says open. I was directed by Jared coorporate to “call before I go to see if they are open” as they are having staffing issues. They could not tell me when the next time the store would be open. I have called the store numerous times and have still been unable to reach anyone. I would like to just pick up my purchase and never look back. I am EXTREMELY upset that I chose to go to Jared.

So apparently this place has done a whole new face lift with employees, with new staff and my experience was awesome. There was a new person, name luis, he was very polite, very funny and proffessional, he wasnt pushy. Even though he was new, he new his stuff well and what he didnt know, he ask a senior staff. I even open a credit card which i was approved for. He helped me with pagado, which there having some great deals. He took time to show me everytgong. I ended up getting some awesome deals and i mean awesome. I recomend speaking to him. The other staff was also good, and nice i think her name is Lily, she helped luis with info. I recommend people go there and try this new staff.

Better off going to Kay Jewlers next door where the salespeople are nicer and actually know what they are talking about. Went here to get a wedding band and most of the workers here was rude and pushy. Found a band I liked and was assured that it was tungsten (which is what I wanted) and then when I was cashing out the cashier told me it was coming up at stainless steel. She asked someone else working there what metal it was and he told us its tungsten its the same thing. At this point I was skeptical but still went through with it. We went home and looked up the ring online and sure enough it was stainless steel. I called them and told them to cancel the order and was told no problem and that I was all set. I then got a call 2 days later saying the ring was in. Had to go back down here and cancel it and was greeted by a rude salesperson who seemed to have no idea what she was talking about. I will NOT be returning.

We went there to trade in some jewlery and get a new ring and Sally and Mike were great and the best, no pressure Sally took her time with us and found us what we were looking for. I think there great and would recommend goin up there to get jewelry.

I’ve visited the store three times in the past few months and all have been poor experiences. From not being acknowledged to employees lack of knowledge on inventory/jewelry. Most recently, it was only myself and one other customer in the store and I was still unable to get assistance. After waiting for over 15 minutes I decided to leave.

Ive always had bad service here. Even though I have purchased from this store many times, they still treat you really bad. This is the last time Im visiting this store.
