My husband and I needed to purchase a new bridal set for me. Kelly and Sam were wonderful! They were patient, and worked hard to find a set we both loved within our budget. They paid attention to detail and were able to help us find the perfect new set! Great experience all around! Go see them! You wont be disappointed.
I have been to many Kay Jewelers locations in the past. This is the place I will travel to in order to spend my money. On multiple occasions by multiple associates I received amazing service, with no pressure and options for my style. In my most recent visit Samantha and Devin created a welcoming atmosphere and provided us excellent service and took the time to go through many options. I got my first Gucci watch, looking forward to my next visit. Thanks guys

Kay is finally taking jewelry in for repair. Staff very helpful looked up my account and inspected by bracklet before packaging my bracklet up to be repaired.
I have never had a more positive experience purchasing jewelry. Matt and the rest of the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They showed us the products we wanted in our price range, were professional and showed us how to combine sales offers to get the best bang for our buck. Ive already told so many folks to drive up there to visit Matt & the other staff. Great experience and would definitely go back!
I’ve never have received such poor service until recently when I sent my engagement ring to be resized and dipped in white gold.After the 2 weeks turnaround time I went in to pick up my ring and saw that the bands were thinned out so much that they could snap easily and my solitaire diamond was no longer centered in my enhancer.My ring was then sent back 4 times and fast forward 2 months and my ring couldn’t be fixed.The ring would lose its integrity if any more work was done to it. The Jewelers refused to tamper with it any longer. They destroyed the ring I was proposed with and married in. The sentimental value meant nothing to them! No remorse or sympathy...only that my diamond was beautiful...I know it’s beautiful and the entire ring should’ve been restored!I was directed to get a new ring but the sales manager and repair managers kept referring to a used case as a replacement. After finding a similar setting they wanted us to pay for the ring! Corporate office was no help either. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT KAYS OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATED COMPANIES!

Odd how the reviews rate this location. I had a positive experience all five times I have been here. Three of those visits were minutes before closing- I am a late night person and had no problems. I did not run into the Matt everyone is mentioning.I purchased four pieces over the two years I have shopped here. Edit: my only complaint is that they need to update their hours on the web and the maps. I showed up at 2030 and it said they closed at 2100. Nope.. Al ready closed.. along with every thing else.
My boyfriend is a loyal customer at this location.I went in for my ring to be checked out as some of my diamonds looked dull and it was due for inspection. I told the woman who worked there exactly that. She cleaned my ring and told me it was fine. She didnt ask for my paper work, she didnt log anything into the system (so it appears as i never had my ring inspected). And to make matters worse, she rudely shoved the ring back in my hand.Honestly if my boyfriend is spending hundreds of dollars in your store I expect to be treated with some respect and good customer service. I told him if he is going to purchase anything else it better not be in this location. I will never walk in that store again.
My fiancé and I had visited weeks ago. We had a TOP NOTCH experience that time with a young girl named Kelly, she was a pleasure to work with. We remembered her name well as it is my last name, and all joked about this. She was extremely knowledgeable about diamonds, and even jumped up to bring us a very rare blue ring when I expressed my love for gemstones and learning about them. It was so nice to see a stone like that in person. Then we found a ring to make for my fiancé. It was great to feel totally comfortable and down to Earth in a sales environment.Definitely recommend working with her!!

Would rate 0/5. As a young college student, I was not informed of any deals going on. I was not taken seriously as a customer, and was completely disregarded by the manager. Even when asking about the existing deals and asking about jewelry- the manager would take the pieces out, barely showing them to me and proceed to put them back in the case when I wanted to buy them. Overall, terrible experience.
I was told I was purchasing a sapphire ring and after purchase, I find out that it was lab created stone. The sales rep. Had no problem looking me in the eye and lying to me! I call store to get refunded and they tell me they cant do it because am not there, even though they are at fault and I dont even live local which is such an inconvience!
The manager Matt has no management skills. My ring came back from this store with a prong bent and a diamond that looks nothing like the other diamonds in my ring. His solution was to send me to a different store. I will be taking this issue as high as I can in hopes that he will learn how to help customers not send them away. Never again will I do busy with kays because of this issue. You lost a customer who only shopped at Kays.
The manager( I dont know what position exactly) was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive. I am speechless to how they treated us, we do have the right to make our own decisions. Of course it is their job to sell us their products, but it has gone beyond what I imagine. They were giving each other smirks and as I left, they were watching us leave. I cannot believe this actually happened

My wife recently went to get her wedding rings inspected and the store associates were rude and impatient. The Major Kay cooperation made a mistake in the warranty with us switching locations and the store refused to help. We will not be going back to this location. The worst Kay we have ever been to.
Where to begin... I regret not checking reviews before choosing Kay in February 2016. Most of their shops seem to be rated in the 1-2 star range and Im not surprised.Every visit has been stressful and usually not because of the demeanor of their service people. Ive interacted with about 5 people there and they have all been friendly enough. Morale seems low though and Im not surprised... because the BIGGEST problem at Kay Jewlers is the antiquated software they use and the (seemingly) lack of training provided to their employees. This leads to confusion, redundant questions, differences between regular orders vs. special orders, excuses about how my order was entered into the system, and so on. This is the root of their problem.I mostly pity the employees at Kays because while you are there you constantly hear them telling other customers thank you for your patience and I apologize for that. And all because they are probably still be using Windows 95. When they order your jewelry they use TWO separate systems that look/work completely different from each other. And heaven forbid you dont bring a receipt. They will have to reprint the receipt and re-enter some numbers from it, I guess... Very clunky and a major time suck.Finally, shipping to and from their service providers is never reliable. You will wait 2 months to order a ring and get it resized. For some reason, I havent quite figured it out yet, they will need 2 weeks to get a ring resized in Manchester... just a few miles away! The excuse for this is that its done professionally and takes time to get it right. This is where I blame the employees because they are blowing smoke up my a$$. Just tell me your company is not reliable and that all the advertising makes it easy to overlook the giant flaws in your business.-UPDATE: I did speak to the manager of this particular location and they say their system is getting upgraded. But Id still suggest you give it a year or two before attempting a purchase. She was friendly and genuine enough. Thats the only reason this review has gone from 1 star to 2 stars.

Terrible at engraving. Even having a model to go by, they couldnt get the engraving correct. Wouldnt go back to this location at all, ever. They claim they were very commodating...couldnt be further from the truth!
