Superb service here and love their kind attitude, very helpful manager as well here visiting for the weekend for the rent fair stopped here to check it out and I totally was not expecting the warm welcome and employees actually wanting to help and even went out of their way to help with coupons offers sales discounts and such definitely shopping here again whenever Im back in town!

Completely rude person that works there! Don’t know her name, but she had orange and purplish-brown hair. My husband had his mask slightly under his nose trying to catch his breath. ( he has asthma) he apologized stating the fact that he had asthma. She was rude and stated, well you will have to leave. He said fine, I will leave. Then she stated rudely and in a sarcastic tone, have a nice day. I understand that there are rules, but she didn’t have to have an attitude like that. Poor customer service. Then, I stayed behind with my girls and she’s constantly staring at them. Honestly, she shouldn’t even work there with that customer service! I was there at 6p.m. On Wednesday October 14, 2020. If I could give a zero star I would! Never coming back!

My daughter loves that store. Plenty of selection of Alternative Clothing. Plus the employees were wearing masks. And they required masks to get into the store. Im all for it. Were All in This Together.

It seems that this store is tuning back around again. For a long time they never got anything new only clearance. I was happy to see new merchandise again and actually bought things!! Very happy to see some nice things again. I hope it continues because Ive always loved hot topic!
