Went in looking for cleaning supplies for my car. Walked the store twice looking for a foaming car wash gun and asked Larry the cashier. He sent me to aisle 7. After walking that aisle several more times I asked a guy stocking and he sent me to aisle 1 where I eventually found it at the end and on the bottom shelf. I also picked up my other supplies there. So I go to check out and tell Larry I have a coupon and he ignores me. $40 he says. I say No. I have a coupon and I slide him my phone to scan. He scans it and says $36. I say No. The coupon is for 30% off of up to 5 items that are less than $20. So, I have 5 items and they are all less than $20 each. I ask him to ring it again and he repeats its $36 So, I ask Larry if he can hear me. I ask him if Im speaking Chinese? No response. I explain AGAIN the terms of the coupon and then he says $28. At this point I have no confidence in Larry and request a manager to verify the proper adjustment was made since I had no way of seeing the receipt. The manager turned the screen to me and showed me the five items with the 30% discount being taken off each item. It was correct. Larry bagged the items and pushed them towards me without a word. Larry sucks.

Clean, well lit & organized store. This store also seems bigger than the ones Im used too so it doesnt seem as crowded.

A older man left his credit card in the register we wanted to return it but the female cashier said she will put it in her safe and she puts it in her back pocket I thought that was not the proper thing to do. When the man returned for his card she was extremely rude. The young man that helped me was very nice he needs a raise she needs to go to a class on how to be friendlier this happened Saturday 9/11/2021

I really enjoy my time, Everytime I have to run to Harbor Freight for something. But, its very aggravating when an employee acts like you had (annoyed/bothering) them when you approach them for assistance... sorry I didnt catch their name or anything but just simply want you guys to know about my last experience at the store is all to hopefully prevent this from happening again when I come back into that store since I am a regular customer there and want to continue doing my business with you in the future...Thanks for letting me express my feelings from my last visit to your store...

Clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The product has improved from years past. The pricing is reasonable but if you can wait on a high ticket item to go on sale it would be worth the wait. Give them your email and mailing address to receive coupons and sale info. The rest room are single person occupancy and was fair for cleanliness (room for improvement and in need of a deodorizer) Not easy to see from the main road. Plenty of parking. Small new shopping carts are helpful.

I showed up 15-20 min before closing time. It was awesome! I had two different employees walking isles with me helping me find what I was looking for.Even the girl at the check out asked me if I knew what I was looking for as I walked through the door.I suggest shopping there a little before closing time. Cant beat the customer support theyll give you.

I needed a Tap & Die set. Started at Lowes and they didnt have the correct pieces. And theyre prices were high for what I needed. Went to Hbr. Frt. and bought a 40 piece set for less than the 2 piece at Lowes. I love H. F.

This was only the second time that I had been in to Harbor Freight in Merritt Island. The first time was to get a gift certificate for my girlfriends husband because she said that’s what he wanted. This time I went in because I needed a power plunger and online they said they had them in stock and they were on sale. I walked in with a picture and asked which aisle it was on from the cashier. He said Aisle 3. They were not on Aisle 3. I walked up and down every aisle to see if I can find it, and I didn’t. I went back up to the cashier and let him know. He called someone and they said it was on Aisle 7. I walked up and down Aisle 7 several times and could not find it. I went back up to the cashier, he called someone from the back again and that someone brought it up. When I asked which aisle he found it on he said Aisle 7 and then I asked him to show me because I had walked up and down that aisle looking for it and did not see it. He took me right to it, only it was hidden behind some big items way in the back. So yes, I missed it. The second gentleman was very helpful and had a good sense of humor. Unfortunately, I cannot sY that for the cashier who acted like I was a bother. This would’ve been four stars except for that cashier. Customer service is a must in any store.

Just great store for cheap tools. Tools are just about as good as a cheap tool anywhere else but less expensive. Store is always clean and people seem nice are most days.

Go in for one blade and come out with a dozen different ones. And a nice new bench vice! Always know to bring extra cash. Got an email receipt before i got to the car

Diminished from its hey day of cheap tools of all kinds, its slowly replacing the role played by Sears tools. Some really good brands and others are cheap brands. Decent place with staff that is helpful.

How to get the district managers approval for a warranty it was supposed to be honored after 1 year but we only had product two months

Always enjoy shopping at Harbor Freight. Affordable prices & their sales on certain items fits the needs of my business. I feel their needs to be cashiers on the register who can handle a rush & not get so frustrated & constantly admits their mistakes. (Its not very professional) I know first hand finding employees who can handle stressful or busy situations are hard to find. However, rather you have self confidence or you dont. Not Harbor Freight job to build such character into existence. However, training on how to handle such situations could be useful. Other than a hiccup here and their Harbor Freight is affordable & they had exactly what I was looking for.

The Customer Service is terrible. I checked the website and the item was available. I went to the store to purchase. The employee informed me that website was not up date. I asked to purchase the one from the display. The employee told me that they could not sell display items. I pointed out that REFUSING TO SELL A DISPLY ITEM FOR AN ITEM THAT WAS OUT OF STOCK WAS SILLY.I left without my item and it will be a long long time before I return.

For the price the parts arent bad at all and I have found things here that I cannot find at home depot

If this is the one on Merritt Island forget it dont you dare go there to get something theyve advertised on sale. They do not stock any sale items. I dont make this statement frivolously I mean every time Ive gone there they dont have what theyve advertised. I always end up going to Melbourne and that sucks 20+ miles for a sale item kind of takes the savings out of it

Great for inexpensive tools. The good thing about these tools is they can perform as good as expensive brands without the higher cost. Get the extended warrenty. Bring it back for another one. Ive used the power tools, work great. Sure they may last 3 or 4 jobs but turn it in for another.

Ive always found what I needed at harbor freight. Most of the items quality is good quality. Ive had no complaints about anything I have bought there. Some of the items might be a lower-quality then you had by a larger store.so basically you sacrifice a little bit of quality for money. And the quality versus the money you save is usually worth the price. Myself I have no problem with the quality and workmanship of the tools and equipment I have purchased from harbor freight. I go there quite frequently. Thats one of the first places I go to check on the quality and the price of an item.

This is the harbor freight I always frequent, its definitely a different place since Covid 19. Employees are still just as helpful but it seems like the supply chain is not as good. Id also like to see better messures for sanitizing carts.

Get almost every thing I wanted. A few things out of stock but generally well stocked when I went.

Any mechanic is going to appreciate a Harbor Freight store. Look, I like having my tools, but I dont have to pay $500 for them. I have good Tools in one box, and the ones that I just kind of need and another. I can get both at Harbor Freight

It has the stuff you need for cheap but thats really it. The quality of the product is not something that will last. That being said its great for when you need something right away or just some tool that youll only use once.

Great place and staff always helpful

Harbor Freight employees are overworked the managers work them and don’t give them a break three or four hours into the shift. You’re supposed to get a break 15 minutes after two hours of work. Harbor Freight don’t follow these laws and they don’t follow the CDC guidelines.

The manager was super helpful but the cashier not so much. I was uncomfortable for how rough she was to other costumers. Hopefully it was a one-day thing, everyone deserve a second chance.

I have been shopping at Harbor Frieght on and off for the last 5 years. I always saw them as “good value for the price.” Through out the years they have been introducing “better” off name brands to offer a good, better, best option which is good as it allows for us as the end user to make the decision based on budget and expectation. However, this also comes at the price of no longer being competitive with the Big Box on reputable, well known brands like Bosch, DeWalt, etc.. My gripe with them is that the “20% off one single item coupon” is a JOKE!! When you read the fine print it basically eliminates any, if not all power tools which in my opinion whats the point of the coupon, right?What a scam and poor way of doing business. I tried calling corporate and customer service and couldn’t get through to anyone. Made sure to call during regular business hours on multiple occasions. I guess, what I’m trying to say is why shop at Harbor Freight when their prices are basically the same as the Big Box! I tried reaching out to see if anyone could address my concerns but apparently no one is working at corporate/customer service. Maybe this review will reach them.

I always love the low prices on tools and hardware. Some tools lack quality over my years of using Harbor Freight. There is usually a lifetime warranty, and always super friendly customer service. Ive now started to use them for my first stop, when looking for speciality tools or accessories.

Every time I go in there the entire staff is so incredibly helpful. The coupons are copious and they are particularly good and helping you find a coupon if there is one for whatever you want to buy. The attitude is superb and everybody is always wanting to help rather than hiding like other stores sometimes are. Great for the dyi. Save yourself a ton of money and get tools here. Now the quality of tools might not be of the professionals would use, but if you dont plan on using your tools in a full time job these will get the job done.
