It was easy enough to buy the appliance, but getting it delivered was the challenge. Took off work, waited from 1 pm till 7 pm and the delivery truck never showed up. Not even a phone call explaining the situation!

I went in, they helped me select a washing machine exactly to my preference. Very easy to deal with and they listened to me and worked with me really well To find a solution to the last minute problem I was having

Bad experience with initial washing machine. They installed it with a hole in the hose, leaking into our apartment. They gave us a window of 1-6 for the replacement and still have not showed up and it is nearly 7pm. I already called at 5:30 and he assured me they were coming. We called back and no answer. More communication would be beneficial if you want better customer satisfaction.

Worst experience ever. Bought a washer and dryer practically brand new. Unit front door leaks and won’t go into high spin. Internal shipping damage. Had to wait 3+ weeks to get someone out to repair it through the warranty company. Had to come out twice. Warranty company won’t fix it because it’s shipping damage. (Outward dent at the bottom in the pictures) Appliance stockade won’t do refunds and will only offer to trade it for something in store. Only the washer. So they keep you in this cycle of being stuck with their broken equipment. So you have to choose something else and it won’t match the dryer you have, because they won’t take the dryer back too. They will tell you it’s scratch and dent in the store so there is no warranty and have you pay an extra 130$ for warranty on 1 item. Then later they tell you everything has a 1 year warranty that it’s in your paperwork. Buyer beware. Just buy brand new !!! I will be disputing this with my bank and/or going to small claims court!!

Most are minor, some not, but many to choose between.Whirlpool Gallery fridge and dishwasher...out the door $1,000, includes delivery, haul away, set up, and 4 year extended warranty on fridge.

The purchase of a new washing machine and dryer was easy. There was a large selection and they were all on display with prices. Everyone was nice and willing to answer any questions. I will definitely go back when I need to replace any appliance.

Great deals. A few minor dents for my brand new garage fridge, bur cost half the price of a new one.Only problem was wasting a whole day on a delivery time from 1 to 6 pm. And you thought cable was bad! They actually delivered at 7:30 pm.The delivery guy’s apologised, then made quick work of taking the old one out, and setting up the new one.They were very nice guy’s and even took all the plastic wrap off for me. I would highly recommend this company!

I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. They took my budget into consideration, and helped me find an appliance that was perfect for me. Ill go there again when Im in need of another appliance. Delivery was quick, too.

Upon entering the store, I received personal service from Scott Tucker. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory product lines including specific features. He was able to help.me select.the best option for my needs and was able to get the delivery scheduled in less than a week. He explained.the delivery process, but was not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. So be prepared to spend the entire day waiting if necessary for your delivery. The delivery guys were quick, efficient and thorough. They explained.where I could find the model number and serial number for future reference in ordering the correct water filters. The selection the store offered was good. Although I was not able to get the specific brand I wanted (Whirlpool) in the color I wanted (white). So I ended up with a stainless steel option for waaaaaaaaaay less money than the same one offered at the big box stores. I HIGHLY recommend Appliance Direct for any/all appliance needs. Also the delivery/installation/haul off.charge was about half of what the big box stores chare, and it was all inclusive... delivery, installed and hauled off the old refrigerator. Best experience I’ve ever had buying appliances. Scott guided me in the proper selection because I am in a much smaller place now. I wanted a bigger fridge, but he suggested I stay close to the original smaller size because of fit issues. He was exactly right!! 1 inch bigger and it would not have fit. Same for the stove and microwave. Helpful, great attitude and made any changes I asked with no problem. I will always return here and have already sent several people to see Scott. 👍🏼👍🏼

Do not buy anything here. Both ovens stopped working within two weeks and the first time they sold me an EXPIRED whirlpool warranty. The manager only fixed the situation after legal threats were made and I am still fighting New Leaf, the warranty they offer, to get my second oven to work.

Purchased a scratch and dent brand new that indeed was scratched and dented. Price was okay, definitely cheaper than a brand new one. After the install there was a part that leaked, and it was replaced the following business day. Raymond the rep was nice and accommodating.

Very polite and knowledgeable told him what my budget was gave me an awesome deal, highly recommend them will return anytime I need another appliance.

Rust spots coming through the stainless steel on my refrigerator. Only 6 months old! I called Whirlpool they told me under my warranty mechanicals problems only covered under my 1 year warranty not cosmetic!

Disappointed. Lots of appliances, most were labeled sold. The remaining were all one brand. Not much to choose from.

WHY DO YOU HAVE TO ADVERTISE SO MUCH?!? I wont go to this place now just because theyre commercial is on too much. Sitting here watching TV and for a full hour their commercial was the only one that played... Back to back of nothing, but this commercial. If business is as good as you say it is, make another commercial. Oh, and what is she on? That girl looks blitzed out of her mind.

I never knew that a washing machine that looks like it was dropped off the empire state building is still $500.

Dont waste your time or money here. Bought a supposed new refrigerator, got it home and realized the control panel, ice maker and water dispenser dont work. 2 weeks into having it still going round and round with the manager trying to resolve the issue... horrible customer service! If I could give zero stars I would. Should have known better...half of their dishwashers are covered with mold. Lesson learned.

This is unbelievable. I am very upset about this place. My two products never got delivered today, after calling in 3 times I just kept getting strung along with excuses. Took the day off work to wait.Then 3 pm in the afternoon finally got word that supposedly the truck broke down....Tonight at 7:15 finally a set up delivery call from delivery guy, telling me that this is the first time he got my delivery order in his hands, telling me that the install of the dishwasher is $50 extra.... also each flight of stairs is $10 extra plus the delivery cost of $60....Scott in the store told us the I stall and delivery will be $60. What a rip off. I feel totally scammed. Last time I’ll buy here. Even tho we are appliance direct customers, have been for 25 years.....

The manager was the epitome of a skeezy used car salesman. The store was very dirty with black mold in almost all of the appliances. Very overpriced and some of the scratch and dent appliances looked like they had been through war and back. The majority of items wouldnt be worth getting even if they were free.

This is a scratch and dent store owned by appliance direct and all the appliances will have a flaw, some minor and some major but overall offered at a very reasonable price,I purchased an $1800 stainless fridge for $560 after tax that was still factory wrapped in plastic with a small scratch on the side that no one will ever see,Im happy with my purchase so far, the staff was friendly and our salesman was very informative, the appliances also come with the 1 year manufacturers warranty. Its definetly a place worth stopping in if your looking for an appliance . We have a truck so we did not deliver so I cannot comment on that.

I was shown around to look at refrigerators by your salesman. After looking at countless units that had minor and major damage, we found the unit that suited our needs and had the least amount of damage. Price was much lower than we anticipated so we bought a mirowave, stove, and dishwasher with the money we saved. Items are to be delivered and installed today.

Had to return a washer that was not working and Scott says the prices are not the same during the week as the prices sold during the weekend. He wanted another $200 for the exact same model washer. Scott’s attitude was so poor to the customer that I will never go back. STAY FAR AWAY from this dump.

Buyer beware. I wish I knew there is a NO return policy. I am happy with my purchase and the price was right. They dont warranty ANYTHING, instead in the purchase price is an independent 1 year warranty. Dont expect any service after the sale from these people. If you can live with that the prices are great, and the service up until you walk out the door is great. My wife doesnt like or want the new washing machine I bought and now there is nothing I can do about it.

If your appliance is repairable, please fix it. Don’t generate unnecessary trash because some guy in a cowboy hat wants to make money.

I didnt even get to ask a question. Callers are immediately put on hold and left there, for over 5 minutes. I called several times, with the same results. I am a property manager and seriously needed to talk to someone. I was hoping to start a long term business relationship but will now look elsewhere. Sorry but I do not have time to sit, ignored on hold.

Bought a side by side fridge. First one broken and had to pay for another to be delivered. The second one which we have now has something wrong with sensor above freezer door and the delivery guy was able to somehow get it working...water doesnt work and temperature doesnt work and it beeps every few seconds....anyhow it quit working again and I put in a claim to repair place as the store wont do anything to help you and I have been waiting 48 hours now for a response. Warranty people told me to call them first thing in morning and have it expedited because its a no cool issue well the lady told me nothing they could do I have to wait. HORRIBLE customer service HORRIBLE products and nightmare warranty...I would never buy from them again.

Im so angry!! Got a call from the delivery guy saying they would be there between 3&6 pm. At 5:45 they called and said it would be 9 before they got to me, did it HAVE to be delivered that day. They showed up at 7:30 with a HORRIBLE attitude!! Didnt hook up the range hood right, didnt level the fridge, and was down right IGNORANT!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Horrible experience here, Do Not buy from them! They sold me a lemon for a washing machine not just once but twice! And they dont let you know that they dont do refunds when you are purchasing something nor is it on any receipt. I did finally see a sign up real high that said no refunds at the store the second time I went in to look for a replacement. And the delivery company is horrible! I got charged 90 dollars twice even though they were replacing the first lemon. They wont give you a delivery window so I had to stay home from work twice and they ended up coming after 5 like I wanted them to! Do Not buy here!
