This was my first time in a Pier1 They have a closing down sale 50% off everything.They had some cute stuff but I will never pay $175.00 for a floor lamp! and that was after the discount.Their prices are outrageousno thanks

Went to the store for their closing sale, which was only 10-30% off. Of the ladies working, two of them were very helpful, nice ladies, but that is where the customer service stopped. The line system at the register was chaotic at best, and I ended up waiting about 20 minutes next in line to checkout, while the cashier took two customers that walked up, instead of telling them that there was a line. When I did finally get up to the register, I asked JoAnn if they had Apple Pay. She did not even look at me, and said “no” in a very rude manner. I was happy to find some pillows that I liked, but everything else was still overpriced and the cashier’s attitude left a bad taste in my mouth, and I see that I’m not the first to have that experience at this store. No wonder they’re going out of business.

We hate to see such an iconic store heading to the corporate graveyard.....just a great store with great employees....speaking of employees good luck in yalls new chapter in life...

I went in here today to get some things that my mom in iowa was paying for....my housewarming gifts. She called ahead and talked to the manager to make sure it was ok....they said yes. I went in and talked to them they said they talked to my mom and it was all OK. I spent a hour in there 300 dollars and she tells me at the register she cant do it. Why did you waste my time....also why didnt you tell my mom no or me no when I got there????? Horrible customer service and that was the manager. No wonder they are closing.....I love the store but not this one!!!

Going out of business sale, whats left is 30-50 percent off, fixtures are also on sale. 9/23 doors are closed for good.

Good quality merchandise and fair prices. Christmas items are beautiful. Friendly and helpful service.

I have not shopped in this store before, but have shopped many other Pier 1 stores. I found the layout to be somewhat the same as other stores, albeit this one was not exactly neat and tidy as I am used to. I found an item that was absolutely perfect and when I told the cashier she seemed to care less. If you shop here, dont expect a friendly bed side manner, just go for the goods and get out.

This is a great place for Knick knacksI cant tell you what youll find there, because it is always different for everyone the shops thereIn addition to the Knick knacks, they do have some unusual furniture and dinnerware
