Had Sound Effects come out for outdoor speaker installation and couldn’t be happier with the finished product. They were professional, fast, helpful and went above and beyond to make our outdoor patio sound AMAZING!

I cant recommend Sound Effects enough. They did an amazing job installing TVs, thermostats, sound, outdoor sound, and alarm systems. They were timely, professional, and. very reasonably priced (equipment and labor). When we went through a remodel right after the install, they even came back on short notice to install and re-install TVs. Amazing. Highly recommend.

If anyone is looking for an AV company I highly recommend Sound Effects.They 100 % showed me the ropes as having a Smart Home was completely foreign to me. There was so much trial and error on our familys part and Cory and his team were so patient and helpful to us! Everything they suggested for my home (which I thought I didnt need) ended up being things I could never live without now. Cory and the team have gone over and above the call of duty helping us get used to our new system and I cannot live without them being a phone call away. So I have been using SFX AV for the last 10 years and recently purchased an outdoor audio system for our backyard/pool area. Lets just say it completely rocks and is going to be enjoyed by my family for years to come. The quality of products I get from them are always top notch and reliable. But what prompted me to write this review is the customer service I received from them.I went to their state of the art show room to listen and preview the system I was looking at purchasing. I was met by a friend/employee Rich who greeted me and showed me the latest tech. Let me also tell you Rich was texting me information about this system...ON HIS VACATION!!! That should give you an idea of how good their customer service is. Upon entering I was also greeted by name from the big dawg and owner Wes which is pretty cool he remembers his customers.So I put a deposit down on the system and a couple hours later Nicole texted and emailed me a date for install. Nice.. getting excited to get it in.On the day of install a team of 4-5 individuals came on time and I cannot express how impressed I was. All of them dressed professional, answered my questions, gave feed back, and suggested best install locations. One individual of the SFX team who speaks spanish even helped me out when I was trying to communicate with my lawn care workers to come back at a later time as my spanish is not great. Installation was quick, everything was cleaned up, and ready for the next step.And lastly after the install, Ryan got the new speakers and amp connected to our smart home control 4 system. I asked him to work out all the bugs and he did. When I arrived home everything works perfectly.So from purchase, to delivery, install, and follow up this company just knows how to take care of its customers.Thx SFX

First time with a project of this magnitude and Brad assisted in meeting my day day one needs without breaking the bank. The team was very responsive and was on site the next day when any issues presented themselves.
