I didn’t actually purchase anything because they didn’t have the exact start capacitor that I needed in stock. But the gentleman I spoke with over the phone was extremely helpful and took his time explaining what I needed and answered all of my questions. Just about the last electronics parts stores in the valley. They are great! And, they are open on Saturdays. If you are one of the few of us left that like tinkering with electronics, they do yourself a favor and go visit Tri-Tek Electronics on Baseline in Mesa. Tell them that a satisfied customer highly recommended them to you.

It’s okay. They carry useful things. It’s a bit boring because I am used to going to Frys Electronics. Also, the website needs to update and have better quality pictures of their items. Some listings dont even have pictures. If the website could tell if items are in stock at stores, that would be nice. I got the Philmore binding post and didnt know how to attach wire to the back of the binding post terminal. Same thing with the banana plug. If the website could show how to use/install their items that would be good. It would be good if it was more spatial with wider space. Carpeting would also make the visit more satisfying.

I came here for some 47ohm resistor I needed in a pinch and they had them! They have a lot of passive components, switches, irons and all sorts of other things.I will definitely be returning for my future projects!

Excellent service, inventory is well stocked and pretty diverse considering the size of the place. I can’t comment on custom orders or knowledge since I know what I need when I go in. More often then not, they have it and at reasonable prices. One could call it the electronic hobbyist’s Walgreens. Highly recommended!

What the heck! If I get Jeff on the phone looking for something in particular hes super helpful and will get me prices, etc. If I get Todd hell say hes pretty sure something is in stock, and when asked about price, its either I dont know or You seriously want me to walk across the store and check?. If Im not going to get any better service than a Walmart whats the point?

I was given friendly service and some parts I needed were ordered since they do not stock a very large inventory. I let them know I really need the parts fast and they promised I would get delivery in one week no problem. Now a week has gone by and they cannot even tell me if the parts were ever shipped to them, and they do not seem to care since they have already been paid. No effort is being made to get the parts but I can have a refund if I want. I wonder how many weeks a refund takes? I would expect they would at least make some effort to do what they promised....nope, just I would be happy to refund your money. What about trying to make the customer happy?

Jeff was knowledgeable, happy to help, and if he doesnt have what you need, hell get it. Highly recommend, would shop here again.

This is the modern day radio shack and a Networking / Electronics company supply store. Jeff has almost everything you might need, and if he doesnt, he will try to order it for you. He beats out Frys Electronics and Amazon for immediate availability, for the most needed Items. You will definitely get the small town treatment in store, and he is nothing like Electrical / Cable Supply / Grainger type businesses. There are just some things going online for isnt going to cut it in the general electronics / telecom category that Tritek nicely handles. With all the Radio Shack closings, the East Valley now has its new darling to help fill the gap. One of my favorite stores. Last time I was there I was picking up something that they didnt stock but they spent 20 minutes looking thru various parts catalogs until they found what I was looking for. I had it 2days later.

Lots of stuff here for installers (coax, telephone, surveillance system) and a fair amount of electronics components. Friendly staff.

I found the exact audio and video supplies needed. Stocked up on patch cables and ethernet network cable ends and coax cable fittings too. Ran across some hard to find items including tools. Excellent service from Jeff. Highly recommended.

Tri Tek is a great local resource and I always enjoy shopping there. I prefer going there over the big stores because they have a lot of stuff in stock at competitive prices, and they know their products very well.

My first visit was a horrible experience. I explained the problem. Jeff obviously was not listening so I had to repeat. I was the only client in the shop but when I asked if he was on the computer for my problem, he said no, I have an order to fill. I left in complete disgust. Will NEVER go there again.
