This is a good place to leave your car for repairs if you have patience. But after being in their shop for 2 weeks and having the parts on hand. Work has yet to be started. The phone mail box is always full, so you cant leave a message. Their web site sez they close at 5:30pm but wont answer the phone at 10 minutes after the hour! You should really visit this business before you let them do your body and paint repairs! If you have the time....🚫 NOT USER FRIENDLY 🚫

Gerber did me dirty. Long story short, I had engine issues after a collision repair and it turned out to be from the installation of the oem replacement bumper (they left an air inlet blocker plate in place causing turbo issues. This caused me major headaches trying to trouble shoot and fix the problem on my own since they would not offer assistance after I reached out many times. The body work was decent that was a positive.I see you (Gerber) replied.If you would like more info it would be extremely helpful if you provided a specific email you would like to be contacted at. Im not going to give you a name or private email on social media, and the job was through insurance and I dont have a work order number. But I imagine your response was just to save some face?

The staff is incredibly friendly! It is so nice to call a business for the first time and receive a warm welcome from the phone staff. I had them look at my vehicle and received my estimate in a timely manner. Cant say enough about this shop and definitely recommend them!

I have never had to get repairs on my car before - I recently had something happen to my car that needed to be fixed. I want to thank Sean and his amazing team for getting my car back into tip top shape!! Looks brand new! From the quote, initial appointment drop off and pick up it was SUPER easy, convenient and great quality. Very professional, friendly staff. Excellent paint job. When they said they would not be able to get the dent out of my hood I was a bit taken back but Gerber got it out. It took them only a day longer than expected and it was because they found another dent they wanted to address. Excellent work. Great service. Fantastic staff. I recommend.

Front office staff is incredibly kind and welcoming during your stressful time of being without your personal vehicle. I chose Gerber through my insurance carrier and I love that I didnt have to worry about submitting any type of documents, Gerber handles it all. Only a small complaint, but not enough to lower the stars on my review:My car took over a week longer than originally proposed to me. I kept getting told it was being pushed back. I finally spoke to Lynn and she let me know there was additional damage that was found on its way into the paint shop. Not an issue at all! However, communication could have been a little better as to why it took my car to get painted over a week. It was during the holidays, which is a busy time for everyone, so I understand.The repairs look great, and Ill be back to have other cosmetic details fixed in the near future! I would recommend you take your car there for any cosmetic damage repair!

I was backed into with a tow hitch, which completely ripped my passengers side open. I was very upset due to this being a brand new car! The other party was found at fault of course. I called my insurance company and then I called Gerber! My car was towed within the half hour! They were in contact with me the entire time, gave me a detailed list of what had to be done, and I didnt have to deal with the other insurance company! They took care of everything! My car was there for about a month due to it having near $9000 worth of damage, but I was expected to get it Nov 18th and got it on the 2nd instead! I can say that I was very impressed by the work that was done! It looks like nothing ever happened to it! Came out of the shop looking like it rolled off the lot! Fully detailed, buffed, and waxed! The process was fast, easy, and quality work was done! The staff was also delightful. Thank you Bob and Jessica for making everything so easy!

Horrible customer service - the manager SCREAMED at me!!I gave them a chance to make it right, but they didnt so here is my review.Our SUV was bumped in a drive thru, the person who hit us wanted to do a cash pay which we were fine with. They chose Gerber for some unknown reason. We got a bid that we all agreed on.When I dropped off the car I SPECIFICALLY said I am NOT paying for this, you have to get payment info from this other person. They called and got the payment info.Then, they apparently found more damage which is BS, and the car needed additional repairs. They did not call me, they did not call the person who was paying. They just did the work, without permission from anyone.I go in to pick up my car and they are literally holding it hostage, they wont let me have my car back until this unauthorized work was paid for.The manager then proceeded to SCREAM at me when I confronted him about what happened. I have witnesses who could not believe the way this guy spoke to a customer. I had to get my car back, so I paid and immediately called Amex to dispute the charge. I gave him a chance to make it right but refused.This company performed unauthorized work and STOLE from me.

VERY poor attention to detail. Bit of a timeline here, stick with me. Had a car mostly repaired here and it has been a grind. At first glance car looked great when I picked it up. Then it was clear the right front A pillar needed a clip they had forgotten to fix (okay, really, but I cut them slack). When I pull up in the driveway at night I notice the headlights are not even close to being aimed correctly. At this point I pop the hood to do it my self as why not, right? I then notice the battery is not mounted down, so I fix it too. My mistake here as this is a pattern and I should have known! I return the car for the a pillar fix and it goes fine, but a week or two later (I do not use the car much) I notice that the front bumper cover is no longer lined up. I take it back and I get accused of hitting something! They even went so far as to say there was a cowling under the car and I tore it off when I supposedly hit something. I then had my 83 year old father who has the same car, take a picture the front of his and while he was at it underneath as my mother HAS run over every curb in town and the front cover looks like it is supposed to, hmmm. The really annoying part is that I would have admitted hitting something (see further in the story). It turns out that the TPMS sensors magically fail on that side and I cough up another $150 to fix those. They fix the bumper and in a few weeks later separates again. I at this point, ask them to replace it with a factory version (yes they used a non-Ford part). They did and guess what, a few weeks later it separates again! The lower grill is also coming loose from the bumper cover as well. So I leave them some negative feedback and they decide to have me take it to another location where they say they heated up the plastic and it fits better. To be fair, it looked the best it had, but guess what? It came apart again! I give up, right? Who has the time? To make matters worse, a piece of tire flies up and hits one side of the bumper on the freeway and now I know there is no chance they will ever warranty their poor workmanship (see further into the story, it gets better!). Now the car develops a brake fluid leak on the side where the accident happened and I take it to a friend that is a certified mechanic and he said the brake line was not reinstalled correctly and was about to completely come undone. I pay him to fix it. So I have been to the shop 4 times, paid to repair things they missed, fixed things they missed like the lights and the battery and I think I am pretty much okay (after I take the car to a real shop to fix the bumper that seems to have confounded them) and suddenly the car springs a transmission fluid leak! I ask a nearby shop what was the likely cause they said seals or a cracked transmission and that it should have been inspected. I laughed as clearly details are not this shops strong suit. The car gets REALLY bad VERY fast and I have to stop driving it. I am really annoyed now as I am paying through the roof for the insurance and I feel I have a far less vehicle than I had prior to the accident. I call my insurance company and light them up. It has been 20 months of frankly a really poor job. Who has this time? The agree to have a regional manager at Gerber look at it. He has a thousand reasons why it is none of their fault (shocker right?) His analysis of the transmission was comical at best. I also find another missing part! Of course they can do nothing, of course the tire piece is now the sole reason the bumper cover does not fit. I am kicking myself for even trying! They were nice enough to tow the car to a HIGHLY rated transmission shop I chose and the transmission shop said EXACTLY what the other transmission shop said that it should have been caught in the inspection regardless of if it was caused by the accident or not. I paid the transmission shop, I will take the car to a better collision shop and repair what Gerber cant out of my pocket. Two stars is kind as I liked the lady who I dealt with.

Came here because I got rear ended. The man who got my estimate was kind but he got back to me with the estimate a few hours later than he said he would, and ended up telling me it would cost over 6k to fix (their insurance wouldnt pay that high). Ended up going to another body shop and they were able to get a used hatch of the same color, pull the frame back into shape, and paint a new bumper. Got my totalled car fixed for around $700 and it looks like the accident never happened. Been driving around for months now with no issues whatsoever. Gerber must have been trying to buy all my parts from Toyota, which I agree is ideal if you can afford that. But Id recommend a body shop that works with their customers to find the best solution.

Let me start by saying that when it comes to customer service, Im very hard to please. I was raised to work hard, be honest & fair, and go out of my way to treat people with kindness and respect- qualities that you dont really see in companies any longer but that is exactly what I just recently experienced. My SUV was involved in a little fender bender - somebody backed into the front of my Tahoe in the parking lot at work (he was very kind and left a note and took full responsibility for it)and it left some decent size scratches on my front bumper. I called USAA to file a claim but the owner that hit me already had so USAA took my vehicle info and explained the next steps and said that they would take care of all costs (the only thing out of pocket would be the gas I used for the rental and just a $50 refundable deposit for the rental) but they would direct pay the collision shop and rental car company. They recommended Gerber Collision for the body work and Enterprise for the car rental. All 3 of these companies provided STELLAR customer service - it was like a perfect trifecta!!! Gerber called me the same day the claim was filed, worked around my schedule (not only to do an estimate of damages, but also later when to drop off the car for repairs & when I could pick it up when it was fixed), they ordered the rental car for me and took care of the rental return & when they saw me pull into the parking lot to pickup my Tahoe, they turned the car on to cool it down before I got into the car in this 109Β° weather - its the little things like that that count in my book. They stayed in contact with me the entire time, were very professional and friendly and the quality of work was so amazing that you cant tell where the scratches and dings were & they guarantee the work for life! On top of it I was concerned that the power steering went out before I had dropped off the car to be repaired and wasnt sure if it was related to the accident or not and when I picked it up, they had inspected it and said that it just needed a little more power steering fluid. They could have lied to me about it saying that it was caused by the accident so they could get more money from the insurance company but they were honest instead. I would HIGHLY recommend Gerber Collision, USAA & Enterprise. Thank you for making this an easy experience and for you excellent customer service & quality.
