Had our passenger side windshield replaced, technician did an excellent job.

I bought my car about 4 weeks ago and someone who had it before had horrible tint on the back window so i needed it off and i decided to choose this place because they were so kind but then I dropped it off and they said it would take about an hour and a half but they weren’t for sure and it ended up taking 3 hours which isn’t the problem. I finally got my car and they said they cleaned it up and tint pieces were scattered all over my car, on the seat, on the floor, and everywhere but i wasn’t going to complain because i understand they are busy but then i found out they ripped my ceiling of my car and that is when i am mad, they ruined my car i just got to think i could trust someone with my car and then i told them and they said they were going to handle it and call me 2 days later since the manger wasn’t in and they never did i am very disappointed. although taking off the tint was good but like who could ruin that.
