The work that was done was very good, once they got there. I had a 4 hour window that no one ever called on. I had to leave at a certain time that they were aware of and that they had to be done by a certain time. It wasnt until that time the technician called and said he was on his way. Which was too late and not in the time window. So I sat around for 4 hours, wasted time. The next day they set me up with another time, I was to be the first on the schedule. The technician said I WAS his first appointment but didnt get there until after 10. The technician was swift and good, and the work was done well.

I had a crack in my windshield in the worst possible spot that obstructed my view. I was so thankful I was able to get in the next day. The women who scheduled my appointment was very nice and polite, as well as the installer. He was very professional and had me in and out in no time. Thank you!

When I realized I had a pretty large chip on my newest vehicle this week, I called and the wiggled me into their schedule astonishingly fast - just ten minutes later. Mikey, my technician, was super friendly, informative, and confident. The work he performed was outstanding, as I cannot see any evidence of a repair whatsoever! I highly recommend ProLite for both replacements and repairs.

Had the displeasure of working for this incredibly unprofessional company. During the interview I explained the vehicles I was able to do as clearly as possible to everyone involved with this hiring process. The other technicians the office manager and the owner. Not only did they not listen and keep trying to schedule me jobs I cant do they pressured me to find someone to help me. Which is funny because one of the things that made me want to work with them is that I was told theyd have a tech able meet me and help me on anything I cant do. Besides this horrible oversight after working for 2 weeks the owner still couldnt decide on how to pay me. The first week I worked with other people and only did 4 days which I was paid $500 I then worked a second week and couple days of work on my own totaling 8 days of work not only did I have to argue with them to get my last pay. I was paid $680 for more then 2 times the work I put in. If anyone is looking for work Please stay away from these people and anyone looking for windshields there are tons of other competitors in AZ you can easily find better. One Text from me blanked out is my address. Your other techs even have their own side glass business to make up for the lack of pay.EDIT: After depositing my last check it wasnt clearing in my bank and I see there is a problem getting the funds from them. Ive uploaded a new pic to show. You can work for these people if you want but your money is going to be 100% a mystery and getting the money will be even harder then the work you do.

This is my 3rd time replacing my windshield over the years with Prolite. I wouldn’t take my car to anyone else. Always a good experience and if you have to get your windshield calibrated for the tech stuff, they’ve got a nice waiting room with snacks and drinks, wifi and they always toss in a bonus What’s not to love? I found this company online when I was searching for windshield replacement. They had nearly a 5 Star Google rating so I decided to call. The woman on the phone was super nice and knowledgeable about how glass replacement worked as I wanted to run it through my Insurance Company (Progressive). She handled everything for me. They were even able to get me OEM Glass for my Mercedes windshield. I called ProLite on a Monday and they had a mobile technician out to my house the next day. He arrived within the time slot and quickly began working on my car. He was professional in every way and completed my windshield install in about an hour. After completion he handed me a check for $200. Wow! Great service, professional and the entire process was within 24 hours without having to leave my house. Thank you ProLite! If you are looking for a place to work please look elsewhere. These people will absolutely lie to you, they wont listen to a word you say, they will put you in a van with no AC and when you quit on them for being absolutely awful youll have to fight them for your last check and when they finally write it out to you. They have their bank put a hold on the funds to prevent you from getting them as long as possible. Ive never met such unprofessional people in my life. Please do yourself a favor and stay FAR from these people.

Wouldnt reccomend these guys to anyone. The windshield they installed a few months back began leaking. It caused some damage to the dash panel of my car. Radio/ cd unit and heat-a/c controls stopped working. Plus i had water on my capet, both driver and passenger side and some on the headliner. They came out right away to do a quick damage assesment and new windshield installation. The installer (same guy on initial install) assesed the damage and admitted there was a fault in the glue. I was told Id be contatced regarding financial reimbursment for the water damage caused by the leak. Days passed and I heard nothing. After reaching out numerous times, I was finally contacted and then told that none of the damages would be covered.

CJ and Phil from Pro-lite came out to my work and replaced the windshield on my Ram pick-up truck. They were on time and very friendly and it only took about 30 min. However, immediately after the install my back up camera on the rear view mirror of the truck did not work. I called Pro-lite and they said it wasnt their responsibility and they would not repair it. This lack of customer concern and poor quality in workmanship has resulted in this one star review. I called my insurance company and told them not to pay them for the install. Ill see what response that gets me.

I have AAA, and these guys gave me $130 for doing my windshield. They were also very helpful in guiding me through the process of setting up the claim through AAA. I had my windshield replaced by Prolite auto glass in October. I received my first chip in December. I was happy they came out and repaired the chip for $50. That was awesome. But then after that I had three more chips. I asked them to come out to repair all three and they told me they have a three chip repair minimum. Any more chip repairs would compromise the integrity of the glass. My question is why does a tiny pebble cause a chip? My other glass could withstand such pebbles. I’m thinking that the integrity of the glass wasn’t a good quality to begin with. I do not drive often And I’m thinking their glass is of a cheaper quality. They say their glass is from a reputable company but four chips in three months doesn’t reflect that.

Very disappointed with this company. I called on a Tuesday and scheduled an appointment to do two of my vehicles on the upcoming Saturday. Initial conversation was pleasant and the call to my insurance for approval went well except my insurance wanted to inspect vehicles first. I scheduled the inspection for Friday and got approvals for my Saturday appointment. Also on Friday I got a call from this glass company to confirm my appointment on Saturday and that they had my new windshield ready. My appointment for Saturday was between 12-4pm. At 1:30 I called to get a better ETA and the gal that answered was nice and said she would call the technician for an ETA. After being on hold awhile she said “she couldn’t reach the technician and would call me back”. Ten minutes later I get a call from another lady to tell me “my new windshield has a scratch and they can’t get a new one until next week!” Really? You told me you had the windshield two days earlier and your tech just now says there is a scratch? I could tell her story was just a LIE and an excuse. She asked to reschedule me for later next week and I promptly fired them and went to find a different company. Arranged my entire Saturday around their 12-4pm window and I only hear about the issue at 1:30 after I initiate the call? Horrible service and I don’t trust this company at all. Hard to share the whole story and the tone of voices I heard but I could tell it was not honest.

This company tells you that they can get it done, and then never schedule the appointment. Spoke with a Lily, that put everything together, then never put the appointment in. After speaking with 3 different people(all promising a call back, and I never received a call back) now the company tells me they are too backed up to schedule my appointment.After agreeing to the higher price i am being charged, and the appointment time over the phone with Lily, I thought everything was set.Very unprofessional company!

I initially called very nice conversation woman said they had the windshield and she was scheduled me for Saturday just need to get the approval done by my insurance company which was done I called back Friday and Im sorry Thursday to make sure that they were going to be here Saturday morning the lady said she really didnt know yet and she could do some checking around and call me back half an hour later I called them again they didnt know who I was then Gloria called me back she said I got some bad news were not going to be able to make it up there Saturday because youre very far the original rap Jamie said that yes you are kind of far but we should be able to make it easily thats not a problem now Im disappointed and I have to go find a new company because she told me the timing issue of me being out so far was creating a problem I fired them immediately theyre horrible do not use them

I have utilized ProLite for windshield repairs more times than I would like to admit. They have fixed windows on all of my vehicles including my Jeep Grand Cherokee, BMW, and F250. The process was always simple. They worked with my schedule and came to my office or home to make the process even more convenient. Its always nice to look through a fresh windshield, and ProLite is a great company to call if you need glass replacement.

Car was robbed while service was performed. Called shop, manager told me their technician was trustworthy and to go ahead and file a police report.

1st time I used Prolite auto Glass. They were actually early on the Appointment. The did call me head and say they were going to early. But when they arrived turned out they had the wrong windshield. The tech said they would make a phone and order the correct one. They also then called back said the had the correct windshield and were on the way back to install. I was pretty impressed they made the exchange on the correct windshield and still made it back and installed within the original appointment.The installation went without a hitch and they did an excellent job. I would definitely use and recommended them .

This was the most painless experience ever. I have been procrastinating on getting my windshield replaced for a very long time. I sent my e-mail request in for a quote and got a call about 5 min later. It was scheduled and done same day. The techs that came were amazingly friend, quick (done in about 10 min), and informative. I would highly recommend this. Added bonus was getting a rebate check for getting it done with ProLite. The lifetime warranty also adds to the package.

However, every interaction with the service gentleman as well as the representatives were fantastic. These wonderful people were caring, professional, timely, and friendly. The front windshield of my RAV4 needed replacement, due to a small pebble striking it when driving on the highway.I called a couple of companies, and ProLite offered the highest cash back if I changed the windshield through them. ProLite was an approved vendor for Progressive, which made billing easier.I made an appointment and was given cash back on the spot as a check. The windshield was replaced in less than 1/2 hour.A good experience

Terrible customer service in my opinion. The reviews were amazing, which is why I sought out this company. First time they came out, they didnt have the right glass. So I gave them time to figure it out. I ended up calling to followup because no one was keeping me in the loop. Turns out I wouldnt have gotten a glass until October/Nov because the original part wasnt available. So I ask about options and we find another way. They come out again replace the windshield. The glass is warped. So now Im told I have to wait 10 days for the glue to dry before they can replace it. After that, a guy shows up to make sure the glass is really warped...of course it is, I sign the papers, he tells me they will reach out to me. A week or so goes by...I called this morning. I asked what the hold up was and she said nothing they were waiting for me to call and schedule. Its been a month of this. I wont use the company again but I get the feeling they really dont care. Thats the vibe Ive gotten since August 1st and here it is September 10th!!!

I have used ProLite Auto Glass twice now. Both times the experience was top notch. The installer was professional, courteous, wore a uniform and drove a marked company van (Ive dealt with other windshield installers that seemed more like just a guy off the street). The replacement was done the next day, as needed, and there were no problems. They also used high quality Pilkington glass.

Came in to the shop they have me sign a paper saying i have no damage then get a front window back with scuffings over my paint and chips were the bubber rubber trim sags away from the body. Very bad instal hope my insurance drops them. They have me come back for reinstalling then just forget about the chips show up late and send the same instaler. I just left dont have time for all that.No thanks im done with this, just a simple window costing me so much time and damage. My time is important and i guess that will save you the trouble safelite prolite what ever with both you. Get better techs that will not just smile as i say you chipped up my car, im standing in the rain and he wouldnt even reply so i left wierdo.

I chose Prolite because the lady who answered the phone seemed more honest and transparent than the others when I asked how the incentive works. Plus, they gave me more than the other companies were offering. Then, their installer showed up on time, did both of my cars very quickly and the work seems to be quality after a couple of weeks.

UpdateAfter an issue with communication everything has been resolved. I am satisfied again with their service.have been using Pro lite for the last 5 years. Service has gone down hill. My last car was scratched and dented when the windshield was replaced. my current car the trim came loose. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday and waited but no one showed. I called and they said it was scheduled for Thursday. no apology was given and it didnt seem like they cared. I was in contact with Leticia from ProLite by email for two weeks figuring out what parts I needed. Once settled Leticia said she would call me once the parts came in. Two weeks later, no call.. I asked for a status update. Nothing.Week later, asked for any response... Nothing.I never got to use ProLite, Im not sure how their windshield replacement is. Their customer service was pretty awesome working with, but fell short on the sale - by doing nothing and not contacting me back.

The customer service while scheduling was great. One reason I’m only giving 3 stars is that they gave me a 10am-2pm window that the tech would arrive. He arrived at 3:30 pm.Second reason: When paying, I gave the tech my card and he pulled out his phone and took a picture of the front and back of my credit card. When scheduling on the phone, I told her I would be paying with card and I assumed they had a card reader for payments. I would have paid cash instead if I had known. I feel they should notify people just in case they’re not comfortable with it.
