I wish the would fix the coin slot for the 24 hr water dispenser. The last few times I have came here I had to go use the other water dispensers by the dollar store. But even today I couldnt even do that cuz someone has damaged those too.. ☹

The water machine stopped working half way through, the workers there were not helpful at all with a refund or with fixing the machine. They pretty much told me to figure it out myself or to out more money and maybe it will work.

This place is great nice and clean but thats when you can get here on their time! The last few times I have come during their posted open hours and they are closed its very frustrating wasting the time to come here.

Of course your not open. Are you ever? Everytime I come during business hours your closed

Ive been coming here for about 7 years when we moved nearby. I have since then moved two more times but still made the drive over here because I. LOVE. THEIR. WATER. Its a 20 minute drive from my current home but they changed owners and the current ones are never here!! I come during the hours that are posted on the front door and this is the third time I come in one week and nobody is here!! Its a waste of gas and a waste of time. I will no longer recommend to my friends and family (three other families which also started coming here). Ill leave 2 stars because the water is good but it used to be beyond a 5 star place.

DAWAHRA WATER AND ICE, MESA, Arizona is a Water and ice store is a store that sells products that are broken and damaged and does not refund the money to the customer and practices unfair business practices. I am requesting my bank refund my credit card for a product that was sold to me on 6/18/2020.I wanted to show them bank statement showing the purchase DAWAHRA WATER AND ICE, MESA, Arizona said my money or credit would not be refunded or even spoken to by the manager or giving back my new bottle, for the broken one I,was very dissatisfied in this is a very bad review I would give it the worst of all reviews. I would definitely not recommend this water and ice store.

Oh, I have OPINIONS on water!TL;DR: Best water I have ever had in the U.S. is hereI have tried every brand of bottled water out there, Crystal Geyser, Fiji, Dasani, Arrowhead and Aquafina just to name a few.But my friend told me about this place and I can confidently say that the water here is better than any tap or bottled water I have ever had in the States. I recommend anyone to come here for their water needs.P.S. The best I’ve ever had was the tap water in Paris. I like to get Italian waters sometimes to try and replicate that taste.(My tap water is unfortunately unpalatable, so I buy bottled water so I’ll actually drink some- as you can see, I’m sensitive to water taste!)
