If I could give a negative star review, I would. This company sold us a window and it has been down for 2 months. Weve called repeatedly and they refuse to help us. The poor excuse for a customer service representative answering the phones is hateful, rude and laughs at you. If youre looking for a window, DO NOT use this disgusting excuse of a business.
