So most of the shopping experiences I have had here have been decent. Tonight, the clerk needs some teaching with bagging groceries. Your not supposed to bag cleaning supplies with food products.

Good pan de huevo, bolios and other interesting Mexican foods and curio items. My favorite the meat counter and bakery area. Vegetables seem interesting.

Oct 29th,2021 I went into the bakery to order a cake for today Oct 30th. The guy working alone at the bakery did my order but didnt charge me because he couldnt find a code he ended up calling his manager who apparently didnt have the code either. He said he was new.But he told me to call today at 6 to make sure the decorator had my cake on her to do cakes for today. Ive been calling the main phone listed on the website for 40 minutes. No one answers, but store hrs are 6AM. It rings every 3 minutes ane hangs up. 1 women did answer and transferred me to the bakery where someone picked up and hung up on me. What business doesnt answer phone calls during work business hours. This store is ridiculous. I just want to pay for the cake over the phone and make sure it gets done for a party today.

I love it here so much. 1 Dollar taco Thats the best tuesday. Both their meats have fantastic flavours, and the people are very friendly. It is one of my favorite Phoenix spots here.

Clean reach market, employees are very kind. The restaurant in the market is very good. Love to see the tortillas being made fresh during the day. They have a great selection of items. Beautiful cakes, and items are priced very affordable.

Its the best Mexican Market in Az with a wide selection of real Mexican cuisine and excellent selection of meat and seafood so much going on at this market if your in the area you need to stop by you will not be disappointed...

I love to stop in for freshly made tortillas, chips, aguas frescas and hot food. I couldnt believe what a great deal they have for Taco Tuesday: 4 tacos for $5 and better than any restaurant.

This is a good place for tortillas. They are made in the store. I like to shop for the weekly sales on vegetables. They also have jamica or tamarindo. Items you can not find in some stores. They make some nice cakes at the bakery. They make aguas frescas. I like their food court. If you want some good mexican food I recommend it. Better than going to a fast food place. They have soups like caldo de res or pollo. They have menudo and pozole on the weekends. There is a seafood location. Not sure if they are frying at the moment because of COVID-19.

Great place for produce, roasted chili’s available most of the time.

If I can give it half a star I would . The lady behind the hot foods counter was so busy talking to her co workers that we stood there for 30 min waiting not 1 soul in line. And she still talking and asked us to hold on. They obviously dont care about people since theres too many.

Its a great place to eat or shop.It might help if you spoke a little spanish.Try it, youll love it.

My hubby was very pleased because we were able to find this herb called Epasote its supposed to be a flavorful herb to make dishes more delicious, plus also found his Valentina sauce and original Buffalo sauce which is hard to find, so thumbs up to this store!!!

Always an outstanding customer service experience at Whole Foods, without exception. Top quality and selection, with many items you can’t find easily elsewhere. Excellent location, easy in-and-out. Expensive on many items, yes, but also frequent specials and bargains, and sometimes ya gotta pay for quality.

This place is usually crowded. They have a good selection of Mexican food and products. The prepared food they sell is delicious and great for when you do not feel like cooking. Buying meat can be a hassle because it is difficult to know whose turn is it and people do not respect the lines. They should find a way to fix this. Going thru the register is the same thing. There were only three registers open our of the twelve. I spent more time in line than actually buying the stuff I needed. I found that some things are cheaper at Wal-Mart than here specially the sandwich meat. It is good if you can compare prices.

Wow, Miercoles, Wednesdays daily deal is an amazing chicken deal that includes 8 piece chicken with fresh corn tortillas and the BEST salsa roja.

This is the best Mexican market! It is huge and has every single thing you could want. There tamales are wonderful! We dont live in Arizona but everytime we come to the Phoenix we stop there for tamales.

Perfect spot to find any and everything. Never leave without getting getting a Jamaica or Tamarindo. Bonus was the sweet couple selling tamales outside. Lol.

Not good produce quality and only 2 cashiers with 8 people waiting

Would give negative if I could. I found a large piece of metal wire in my gaucamole. Called store. No answer. Called corporate left several voice messages. Tried to email, but their email doesnt work. Next step calling Arizona Public Health so an inspection can take place. This grocery store doesnt have a way for people to contact them unless they go in the store. This is a safety and health issue. The stores lack of involvement in returning my calls shoes they do not care. Maybe the inspection will wake them up.

This grocery store is in a nice spot, very nice area that has potential to grow and become a better neighborhood eventually. The customer service is great, the Senoritas hot, and the prices are fair. Come check them out!

I dont know why but some of the people there they were afraid of me just because I stand 6 ft 4 in tall and Im a Samoan Im half Samoan, Tongan, British, Scottish, Fijian and was born in America in 1977 the funny thing about this is that everybody took one look at me and well even though I may be a female but their reactions when they saw me was priceless I guess they couldnt handle all these long legs and long arms and beautiful brown hair with a lot of white hair and Im only 37 years old its like just kidding Im only 43 about to turn 44 Im not going to say which month

Went in to buy tortillas I have to say each time I shop here my experience gets worse and worse at the checkouts. Literally waited 40 minutes in line to check out a few items! With only 3 cashiers and tons of customers shopping at this store??? I dont believe Ill be shopping here anymore.Managers/Owners-Have you considered self check outs?

Rosa v. C0547 in the bakery department has HORRIBLE customer service skills . Why does she even have a job. She thinks she can talk to customers like a child, I dont think she even understands what her job is all about. This lady needs serious help.

It was super nice. The aisles are wide and open. Not very crowded in mid morning. They had everything I needed to make tamales. Complete with the perfect check out person. I wish I had gotten her name. She gave me several tips on making great tamales. The prices seem similar to other groceries some items are much less though. I always enjoy shopping there. I have gotten their preseason carne asada and it is great! Ill add a photo when I finish.

Awful experience today, long lines in just 2 cashiers opened, too much time waiting in a busy Friday evening. No carts left, I had to chase for my cart.

The store itself is very good and the cooked meats are very good at the carne asada area. However, the service is ALWAYS, ALWAYS horrible at the cooked meat area (carne asada area). Very, very rude people with a horrible attitude!

Their cafe area is the best! Real authentic Mexican. The tortillas are so good and their menudo is the best with the most fillings!

People were all friendly. Hard to talk to employees if you only speak English. Christmas time so very crowded. But I didnt feel like I didnt belong. All in all a great experience.

I like what this store offers I often get the deals on the meat but Im giving a 2 star rating because I am constantly being overcharged and even when I bring it up its being very difficult to get them to understand that they are overcharging me and Im having to walk back and take pictures and explain things and hold up lines to pay the price as advertised last I checked it was illegal to charge me more than the advertised price heres an example once again Ive paid $0.50 more than literally the price it is listed at is less than the price that I was charged and its sale price 2 for $5 when its 2.39 pay your employees to do the work to correct the signs. Thank you.

Really awesome store! Today was my first time here. Definitely will be visiting regularly.

So, my expectations were high for this place because generally before its always been a place to buy good cheap fruits and veggies. Today though was awful. The mangos were very squishy as well as the large avocados. The apples which were very few to pick from were rotten and too soft. The agua horchata was good though. The bakery good items like the pan dulce was yums but overall were o would normally spend atleast $100 I spend like $22.

Checkout was a little bit of a cluster but the store is pretty neat. The selection of meats, desserts, Hispanic cuisine, etc is awesome. The prices are competitive but not overly great.

I work almost across the street, (Timber Woodworking) I get my lunch, at least 3 times a week! On Taco Tuesday, expect a wait. Only been at Timber for 8 months now, and Ranch Market is my Mexican food restaurant (they are a grocery store) of choice. There is ALWAYS a line, and most are Spanish only. Food City down the road, and El Super, across both streets, no line. THAT must mean something!steve

Got the 16pc chicken dinner. Chicken was tough and dry almost jerky like. The beans were like soup. The rice was good. Asked for flour tortillas gave me corn. Wont go back again for their prepared food

I came in around 3:15 in the afternoon to order the 5 street taco special. Usually I would be quite satisified. This time it was if I was served food that had been sitting out for a long time. Was not fresh at all. Totally disappointed 😞

Love the fried fish you order it in the fish market and ask for them to fry it easy dinner for my family.

Diverse produce selection and great prices.

The closest Ranch Market to us is 14 miles, but its well worth the occasional drive to restock on those hard to find salsas, cheeses, chiles, fresh tortillas, chicharones, etc. The produce section is jaw dropping - jalapeños the size of small bananas, massive serrano peppers, and mounds of huge limes. Going here is kind of like going to the swap meet in Phoenix when you have a hankering for Mexico. Try the tortilla chips (totopos para chilaquiles), salsa de molcajete roja, queso Oaxaca, and horchata. ¡Que rico!
