I waited to leave this review until I gave them one last opportunity to earn my business, and here i am. I hate leaving bad reviews, so im hoping this info gets to the right people at Elmhurst to help correct an issue. I have called these guys 3 times over the course of almost 3 months, and after I give my info to the woman who answers, I never get a call back. No voicemails, no nothing. Do better at returning calls! (Im the guy that wanted to incorporate a subwoofer enclosure into a built in entertainment center, and was told the person who would be calling me back was a big audio guy)

I am not one to normally leave reviews, but the experience I have had with Elmhurst was exceptional!! From the start of the process with Phil Hurst, it was an amazing experience. Phil has been there right from the start...the measure of the kitchen, estimate and then even installation. He suggested great options for the design of the kitchen and went the extra mile on the installation. Every detail was more than looked after and then he thought of things we didnt and made sure they were done. His associate that assisted with the installation was also awesome and always cleaned up at the end of each day that you would never know there was a renovation.We are thrilled with our new cabinets and Elmhurst in my opinion, has the best pricing for the high quality of cabinet they provide. I got 4 estimates and they were the best. The biggest thing was the level of customer service and communication was second to none!! I highly recommend Elmhurst...you will not be disappointed. Weve just completed a fabulous kitchen remodel with Elmhurst, theyre fabulous to work with. Jen did an outstanding job keeping us informed, her design was beyond our expectations and the installation was flawless. They came in under all our other bids yet provided a higher quality product! They met all theyre dates. We will use them again and highly recommended them!!
