I bought a 2017 ford escape from here a few years ago and I still think it was a great purchase although we had to put a little money into it their price was more than fair.

I believe these guys intend to do honest business, and I grew up in Mesa, can honestly say I enjoyed this dealer; they were easy going, communicative, and when I asked for the CarFax, they gave me the copy, and when I expected the price they had given me before I arrived, that was the price. I test drove the car at my leisure, and great experience for me and my father.Edwardo was my salesman, he focused on me, he knew I was serious about the car he listed online and I found it, purchased it for a competitive price, and was very satisfied with my interaction; great people.I like their pitch; it does not get any better folks. This is a great place to buy a used car. And the experience was phenomenal! There were no sales people, and absolutely no sales pressure. Everything was just off-hand and made me feel comfortable in choosing a car. Their pricing is great, very fair and flat. The entire process of test drives was very easy. They even let me take the car to get it inspected by my mechanic. It was absolutely a pleasure doing business with them.

Have heard good things about this dealership but went to look at a car to buy and was told it was a clean title with no accidents. Upon checking the body panel spacing it was obvious that that cars front end was smashed. It was news to them when I pointed it out. Can’t recommend this dealership because of that.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this place, as well as referred several others. They are honest and straight forward. They have a fair set markup over what they purchased the vehicle for at auction, and thats it. You will of course have to pay for taxes, title, and registration, but none of that goes to Auction Direct 2U. No easier dealership to work with. Bonus - they are a locally owned business!

Best buying experience Ive ever had. The amount of transparency to the buying process was spectacular. What they pay at the auto auction + their fee = what you pay. Thats it. They didnt have the particular car I wanted so they found it and let me know when it was bidding and when it would be at their lot. I came by when they said and 20 minutes later I drove away happy. I did buy the after market warranty for peace of mind since you never know. I cant recommend these guys enough.

My family and I have bought about 3 cars from Steve, and we always have a great experience. He is completely transparent with his fees, so you know exactly how much you will pay out the door without waiting hours in a dealership while a typical salesman plays mental games with you. This was my second experience working with this company and always a good one. Both times I got my car for much less than I could have gotten even buying direct from owner. Better prices and with higher confidence than buying off the street (due to inspections and detailed reports) from the auctions made for a great and easy experience. They were very clear with all fees to expect and handle all the title work for you (no DMV/MVD trip for you!). And since you can also pick cars at auction, everything is better when you win it!

Well, bought a car from them. Need to look them over carefully for damage. They do not play games and charge for doc prep, window tint, just tax, reg and plates.

[update 2021]Beware buying car here, i remembered when i purchased here the carfax is clean title no accident. But this week when i do trade-in in a big dealership they told me and showed me carfax this car is like TOTALED, had structural damaged on carfax! And the incident time line is around the time i bought the car. I dont know how this place play the game here, probably report to carfax or some authority after i purchased the car, or just gave me the outdated carfax that not showing up-to-date carfax. Beware and probably do your homework especially carfax if you want to do biz here. *the car itself is in good condition though..after i bought it i drove from AZ to east coast and back with no issues.. Thank god no life threatening incidents happen on me[below is previous comment]So far so good. Bought a 12 toyota camry there a week ago. Nothing surprised so far. Which is good. Ernesto and Ted(owner) are very friendly to talk through almost any question I had. But price is non-negotiable. Not a single space to haggle the price. But if you do some homework before go there. Bought a truck here and the truck keeps breaking. Clearly the knew there was issues with the truck and still sold it. 300 plus a month in repairs.

Tried to sell me a car caked in rust. Will not take my business there.

Bought a truck from them that was advertised as a 2002 and found out it was a 2000, it had some issues that I was promised would be taken care of, well the owner called me about a month later and wanted to give me my money back, but was unable to find anything comparable to what should have been taken care of, Im sure they fixed the issues and re-sold the truck instead of making it right for me
