Anthony was so helpful and kind. He went out of his way to help me when he didnt have to. Unlike other workers from Verizon or T-mobile, who would just send me home with my issue and have me figure it out on my own. So I cant thank him enough for his help today. He earned this 5 star rating. We need to show more appreciation for these guys because thats how we support and motivate them.
I went to this location and was thinking about getting a new phone. The guy helping me took the screen on my phone and broke it by accident. I decided I didn’t want to buy a new phone and asked if he could replace the screen he broke and he said no he couldn’t because I didn’t buy it at that store and he couldn’t find a receipt for it. I asked him to help me figure out how to replace my screen and he wouldn’t help me and told me I could just figure it out and call customer service. They never replaced a screen on my phone that fits or could order me one that fits my phone.
Only 1 salesperson in the entire store on a Sunday afternoon and no other customers besides myself. Thought maybe they need to do some advertising or go out of business.
Employees are very helpful, and willing to help you with whatever your technical needs maybe. Never had a bad experience.

Other stores I have visited want to upsell on services. We were having issues transferring to new phone. These guys helped tranfer to a phone we owned. Great store! Will definitely go back to this place when need help.

I called the national number for AT&T and had all kinds of trouble adding on a line. Luckily I was near an AT&T store at Mesa Riverview so I stopped in. I was very fortunate to run into Anthony at this store. Although He was very busy helping others at the time, He was very efficient and extremely knowledgeable handling my concerns. AT&T should feel very fortunate to have him representing them. He turned my attitude completely around, thank you.

The person I spoke with was very helpful. I needed to fully understand the process of getting a replacement SIM card for the purchase of an unlocked phone. Although I cant remember her name she was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me. Great, friendly service. I hope it extends to all of the other employees who work here too.

Went in today for a new phone line and lots of questions. Dayton was very nice, patient and helpful. Made everything very smooth for us.
They were running a promotion buy one phone get the second one free. Two months later we realized that we were being charged for the second phone. When we contact them we just keep getting the run around or the store managers email. The employees tell us that they cant give the managers number out but, the manager never contacted us or responded to any of the emails. I would recommend going to the corporate store at Tempe marketplace.

I was planned to start a pre-paid account but manager Anthony started a post-paid account instead and told me to pay all fees for the post-account that I didt want at the beginning. $135!!!

The new manager and staff at this location were awesome! They are patient and have always been a pleasure to work with. At times they are busy but always go the extra mile for you. If you want people that care about you, then I would suggest going to this location.

William set up our upgrades and even thew in a free phone case, and Braydon answered all the questions when I had to go back a second time because I wasn’t figuring something out (I’m not the most technology inclined person you see...) I definitely recommend this location.
I recently sign up for at&ts online promotion plan, however the sim card was lost in the mail. tried going to the at&t store in tempe market place, and i was told that they are unable to help me because the plan i sign up was an online only plan. i went to this store this morning, and Anthony was the only one there took care of our problem as well as two other customer. He offered great help and solved all our issue with the plan we signed up and even got our phones set up in store instead of waiting for the sim card to arrive in the mail.

I came into this location to get myself a phone and the gentleman that came up to me basically threw a credit check at me and proceeded to the next customer after pointing at a table to sit at while walking twords the new customers after the uncomfortable fifteen minutes I waited I proceeded to leave and needless to say I walked down to tmobileand walked out with a new phone within fifteen minuets if anything at least do yourself the favor of going to a better location

At&t mesa riverview store and sales representative James Souhan worse store hands down.Was told 1 price and my bill reflects double that.I wouldnt recommended att to anyone,a corrupt store and business.will be losing this service along with direct and anything associated with at&t.
Ive had issues with my voicemail and hotspot since I upgraded my super old Nexus 3 to a Moto Z, and nobody could figure it out, probably because I always buy unlocked sub $500 phones. I went to the location at Tempe Marketplace, and whatever they did didnt work, even though they swore it should. They didnt seem very interested in spending more than ten minutes trying as well. Customer service also wasnt able to help me when I called from home: same issue with them saying it should work, hanging up, and it doesnt. I was super disappointed about that, since I pay for the hotspot feature and I kind of need voicemail when Im applying for jobs.So I swung by here just to give it one more go. James was super helpful and fixed everything, even though it took about an hour to fix all the network settings that were wrong. Nobody tried to hustle me out of the store or anything like that because I wasnt buying a new iPhone, or insist it was a super easy fix that I had to tell them I had tried but they wouldnt believe me (not all customers are tech dumb, some of us have actually tried troubleshooting it ourselves). Im really impressed with the the help I got. James made sure that everything ACTUALLY worked instead of insisting it should and helping someone else.So, now I have voicemail for Christmas. The only way I could be happier is if AT&T could flex and make the places I applied to actually call me.

I wouldnt know about all of the staff because only one person was working with 5 customers... regardless of clear lack of employees... the staff member I spoke to seemed great and genuine. However he kept insisting this DirectTv deal and said multiple times Its completely free for 10 months and you can cancel after without charge. Youll get $300 credit towards your bill and a $200 reward card. Now I didnt understand why they would offer free DirectTv and repeatedly asked what I would need to pay for in the future for this and he repeatedly said nothing. Thinking I could trust the phone company Ive been with for 10 years I had fallen for this scam and now I have horrible TV connection that i have paid $200 for thus far. After calling the store and speaking with the exact same employee who remembered me, he was confused and stated again that it is supposed to be free. I asked him for written documentation of this in an email and its been 2 months since that call and I have not received anything. I hadnt realized AT&T is so focused on sales that they are okay with scamming their customers. Now 3 months in, DirectTv and AT&T call center reps have all given me completely different information and though it was originally stated that I have a 12 month agreement, that has been magically been changed to 24 months. I dont write reviews and I work in sales in person and over the phone, it baffles me that any company is okay with conducting business this way.
Just got off the phone with them, their whole trade a phone in program is a scam.You give them your phone, they tell you how much it is worth, and then they DEDUCT it from their switching rebate. That whole Up to $600 to switch to AT&T thing, yeah, minus the costs of the phones from that.Yes, they CHARGE you money to take your phone away. They say It is in the fine printThats called stealing.Stay away.

Very good Service. Representive spent an hour and half trying to fix issues with my phone. She was determined to help me out. She called the Warrenty Dept. It took her the time yet all issues where resolved. I would go back to this store anytime.

Whatch what you do here! They do not provide True 4g internet. After like 5 or 6 Gigs, you get what is called throttled for the rest of the month. I switched to Metro because they give True 4G for the month.

I went there today 7/15/18 the hrs said 11-6 i got there at 12,35 they were closed all lights on inside parking lot empty no note on door as to when they were going to open. Very dissapointing considering they were supposed to be open and they were closed should have had a note or something saying will return but had nothing. no respect for customers..

Crooks! Went in to purchase a tablet for an existing line and they started a new line and didnt charge me the discount price that was offered when opening a new line. I have gone back 6 times, called, and emailed the district manager in an attempt to fix the issue and am constantly blown off. They are not helpful and they are liars, do not go to this location or to any other location owned by this franchisee.
The person who assisted me was dishonest about buying back a phone to put tears the new phones and services I would be receiving until the transactions were complete

Spent a long time getting authorized users added then turns out nothing was added. Want to spend 2 hours at a phone store? Come here, otherwise go to the one in Tempe and get stuff done in 1/10th the amount of time. Lady can not get a hint when youre in a rush
