I’m not one to normally post reviews but i felt it was worth a mention. I was caught off guard by how friendly and helpful the staff there was. When I called ahead to see if they had the juice I was looking for, the gentleman was super laid-back and very patient. Didn’t feel rushed to get off the phone even though I was having cell service problems and my phone was breaking up in the call. When I stopped in i was promptly greeted. I got what I needed, Had some good chitchat and I was on my way. Nice to see there is still good customer service out ther. Good clean store with a nice selection. 👌🏼👌🏼

This business is amazing. They always have very nice people working who make you feel comfortable and they are knowledgeable on their products.I asked them today if they carry organic nicotine salts and while they currently do not, the person I asked (I wish I would have asked her name because she was super nice) said she would relay my request to the owner because they like to know what their customers want. Thats some awesome customer service!This place has been my go-to vape shop since I moved here and I dont plan on taking my business anywhere else.

Love this smoke shop! It’s the only smoke shop that my boyfriend and I go to and not just because it’s close by but because of our experience there! The staff is always super friendly and they have great prices and we always find what we need there. There are smoke shops that are closer to us but we always choose to go this one even if it is out of our way we will always choose this smoke shop!

This is a convenient location close by our house, clean and decent selection of cigars, however they really need to pay attention to the humidity range in the humidor. Every time we go in to grab some stogies, its different. Yesterday, it was 58% and last week, it read 92%. So either their hygrometer is bad or the humidity is not maintained properly.

Katlab is an outstanding employee who is creative in finding a way to get what the customer needs and all around great vibe.

Bad customer service! I bought a banger for like 25$ Overall purchase was over 100$ With rig. well the banger is defective. visually it’s clearly crooked and that’s why the terp pearls won’t spin. They wouldn’t swap it out and throw it away. They just knew they could not resell it so they refused to help out. I highly recommend to go to any other smoke shop over this place.

For the most part, I find what I’m looking for and the employees are nice enough! I have had issues a few times with overcharging (like $20+ at one point) at the register. I’ve caught it each time and it was always corrected, but it is a little stressful to always have to do the math myself and call it out when it is wrong. It could totally be a register issue, but regardless just be aware and pay attention.

Absolutely one of the top smoke shops in the East Valley. Super cool, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of products and probably the largest selection of disposable vapes I have ever seen. They also have a walk in humidor room with a very good selection of cigars. A+++++ 👍😍🔥

Sold me the wrong product and wouldnt take it back even though I had not even left the parking lot.

Its small, very neat and organized. Kinda had a cell phone store vibe sales wise. Everything here was higher priced than everywhere else I went today. I really liked that they seemed to have a lot and had some things I didnt see anywhere else. But everything here seemed to cost more.

My shop when Im in town. Very knowledgeable team and always pleasant.

I will never come back to this smoke shop again! I spent a lot of money in this shop (and referred a lot of my friends) when something i bought was defective they would not help me in anyway! When in fact if you read some of the reviews the owner states they help with defective!This place lacks customer service! I went to another smoke shop near and they totally took care of me!

TERRIBLE, I USED TO COME HERE TONS. I bought a 20$ puff flow that they recommended. They said make sure its works so I got in my car because they only allow six people at a time. It didnt work and they couldnt do anything they said. Why say something If you cant help me. I WILL NOT! BE BACK. DO COME HERE AND DO NOT BUY DISPOSABLES FROM HERE. I WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Great place. Dont be fooled by the small shop, they have just about everything. Wide selection. Very clean and modern. Competitive pricing without skimping on quality. Really liked the gentleman who helped me (didnt catch his name), was very patient with my questions and helped me put together a setup that met my needs. Ive been to other shops who treated me poorly when they realized I was on a budget, but he treated me like a valued customer regardless. That means a lot to me. Had a pinkish/purple grinder I fell in love with. Lots of cute and themed smoke equipment along with plenty of straight forward no frills options. Cant say enough good things. I didnt feel great when I came in and couldnt really look around as long as Id like but I will deff be returning to look around more, and to get that grinder 😍

Quite a cozy and comfortable environment here! Im a bit of a misnomer in terms of frequenting, however I can attest and validate that this location is: beginner friendly, willing to help beyond simple descriptions, and most importantly a place to speak to actual human beings. You dont get genuine satisfaction like this always.Ps: All the bad reviews are simply people upset that they are confused.

I went into the Habit Smoke Shop today and was very, very pleased! I walked in with a coupon that said buy 2 cigars and get 1 free, but in small print it said *see store for further details*. I automatically assumed I could get 2 cigars for the same price and get the 3rd for the same price for free. I presented the coupon to the gentleman after selecting the 3 cigars I wanted, but he informed me that it was buy 2 and they give you the 3rd (which actually was great because its a brand Ive never tried) for free. I was fine with this, because it said specifically *SEE STORE FOR DETAILS*, my assumption was incorrect, but that was clearly my fault. He handled the situation with class, understanding and explaining how the coupon system works. Bottom line: its not the businesses fault that I ASSUMED, it was mine for not asking for the details stated on the coupon to begin with. They have a great HUMIDOR and are very friendly, and their prices are about 15%-20% cheaper than most Cigar shops I go to!! Thank you HABIT for opening a first class smoke shop, and having competitive prices for me to load up my HUMIDOR again!

When I went in I was not happy at 1st the 1st clerk did not listen to me. The only good thing he did was have Devon help me. Devon walk through different products with me but most importantly listen to what I was looking for.

Real nice shop but suuuuuper over priced, especially their kratom. Its almost double what most shops charge. Other than that, its a real good shop.

They’re very welcoming and knowledgeable about their products, had an answer for every question I asked. I’ve tried the cigars/juice/Pain-Relief products and I can confidently confirm it’s authentic high-quality product. Will always refer family and friends to come here first!

Super clean store,awesome glass selection, have ben in here about 3 separate times all very awesome experiences.. most recently had to take three trips back to insure my banger was the right size for my rig.. BUYER BEWARE!!This store is All sales are final.They do not stand behind products they sell.. Ive bought 2 complete systems, smok trinity alphas. They worked ok.. then decided to buy the orion dna, was given a q (that does not work),not the one I requested. Bought 2 sets of pods (they dont come with), that had 2 different prices $13.99 & 8.99.. not legal in Az.. was told when I returned to store that manager would call me.. he has not..Very bad business practices...I will never return!!!Although I liked most of guys who work there...

I come here for the pet cbd oil. I’ve been using it on my 12 year old lab who has bone cancer for almost 2 months. It took about 3 weeks of giving 2 doses a day and has started helping his limp immensely. I ran out of the oil for about 3 days to see if it was the ibuprofen helping so much or the oil and he was back to almost not walking again. I gave him another round of oil and he was back up and walking again. I highly recommended the pet cbd oil.

Top of the line smoke shop in the valley I would highly recommend going to The Habit smoke shop off of Crismon and Baseline right next to the Dairy Queen!

Bought 2 smok items here one didnt have the right products and one was defective. They only sell certain things as packs and give no refunds. Not going back.

A fantastic business, one that I highly recommend. They have a huge inventory of products, including everything you need for Vaping (oils, salts nic, atomizers, coils, various pipes, high grade cigars etc...The staff, especially Tony, are very kind, helpful and always have your best interests in mind. In the past month, Ive visited nine Vap shops in East Mesa and this one is at the top of the list! If you are new to Vaping, they will give you all the time you need to decide, instruct you in the various options available to you on how to use them. They want you to have a great experience while there, and later, when you are enjoying the product you purchased.

This place is amazing. They have a humidor and a great cigar selection. I choose this place over High Maintenance every time.
