Only rated a 3 for lack of variety, not sure if there were any vegan options either? Presentation was kind of blah but as far as taste goes the cookies were really good and big! Could not finish a whole one in one setting. This is like the sprinkles but for cookies. Id go back to try some different flavors 😋☺️🍪

The girl at the counter was very pleasant and quick. The had a cookie cutter for sale. Ive been looking for months at my South Carolina location, they never have the cutter in stock. The service was fast, cookies were delicious.

Ordered last minute for my daughter’s birthday and used the app. All I had to do was click the “I’m here” button and they brought it out to my car upon arrival. The cookies were beautifully presented in individual boxes with a Happy Birthday sticker on the birthday girl’s cookie and they tasted even better! We will definitely order from there again even without a special occasion. Thanks!

Love the cookies, love the service. I subtract a point for the value... I get that this is a premium product, but 36 bucks for a dozen is pretty extreme. Then they wanted to charge me when I asked for an extra box...Price aside, the rotating flavors are interesting... I wish they always had a peanutbutter, but thats me. I dont usually get chocolate chip, b/c why pay $4 for a chocolate chip cookie? The fancy cookies are what makes it fun/ different.

My first time in a Crumbl Cookies store, and I was greeted by a kind and helpful employee who guided me through placing a catering order for my daughter’s birthday. When I picked up the cookies the next day, they were packaged beautifully. Everyone loved them. I honestly didn’t understand what the big deal was. It’s just cookies. That is until I finally tried one. Oh my gosh! The Kentucky Butter Cake is delicious! I went back the next night just to get another one. Plus their service is great. Both nights had a different cashier and both were very friendly and talkative. I have definitely found a new guilty pleasure.

Cookies are large and heavy but still ridiculously priced.... no where near the best cookies in the world. They are really soft to the point they taste raw...they have no options to add nuts and really the dough is over sweet and lacks real flavor. Always fast and fresh cookies. Rotating menu that changes weekly but milk chocolate chip and sugar cookie are mainstays. Some cookies are served warm and some are served chilled (i.e. chocolate chip is served warm and sugar cookie is served chilled).Our favorites include: waffle, cookies and cream milkshake, Oreo, snickerdoodle cupcake, and sea salt toffee.Every Sunday evening I look forward to them releasing the menu for the next week.About $13 (with tax) for a box of 4 but each cookie is about 4 inches diameter - HUGE! Crumbl is a great treat and easy to gift cookies too. They offer curbside pick up and nationwide shipping (only certain cookies can be shipped).

The Banana Pudding Cookie is too delicious. I had to eat two, and a Peanut Butter Cookie after... Lol. Its safe to say they make some great cookies. I tried quite a few, I was just most impressed with the Banana Pudding, so hopefully they dont change the recipe its perfect. I recommend trying every cookie from this place!
