I always feel a little awkward when I go here because Im a grown man and they have a very small mens cologne section which I sometimes frequent. LOL however the women that work there were very helpful when I needed to get my daughter some specific things like BREAD π conditioner for her hair and a light fragrance that would be fitting of a young lady and her first fragrance. I cant be happier with the stuff that we chose and my daughter was super surprised and extra happy. The conditioner helps her type three b curly hair and is way easier to manage
This location is across the street from my house, so I was thrilled to see it go up! Its always clean, well organized, and a all the products you could want. It does feel a little smaller compared to others, but I prefer that. The staff in great and always ready to help or let you shop on your own.
This was my first time to this location. The associate that helped me was great! She color matched for every product I wanted and helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. This has been my best experience at Sephora since moving to AZ.
Great staff and very knowledgeable with their products. Went in last min for some facial supplies and was not disappointed. Had the pleasure of having Danni help me and she was great explaining the benefits of each product. The rest of the staff was nice and offered if I needed help finding anything. They were also able to find me a spray in the back that was discontinued being sold in store. Really appreciate the hustle and team work, great job ladies!

The workers in here are so sweet. I walked in and let them know what Im looking for in a face mask. They immediately led me over and gave me a few different options. I was in and out in like 5 minutes.
Incredibly helpful staff when I asked about different products for make up, skin care, and hair. Due to Covid times, I missed my birthday gift and was asked if I still wanted my gift honored. Uh, yes! How nice of them to recognize this and bring me a bit more joy to my day. This was my first shopping experience here and will certainly come again!
Was getting my daughter some face wash products the lady knew exactly what we needed.
Staff is always so helpful in finding what I need. I came in this time with a gift basket idea and items that were already purchased to then find an item to add to it. They knew exactly what item would add to the basket and I learned something new about skincare!!!
Everyone was very helpful! You can not touch or use samples by yourself but if you ask them, they will sanitize sample item and bring it back so you may try. I do understand the concern but this does take some time having to ask and wait so make sure you are not in a rush.
Great customer service here! While shopping I witnessed the employees handle a customer who refused to follow their mask policy with professionalism and grace. I will be coming here again!

Contacted them before I left to ensure they had what I needed & they even held it for me so I didnt have to find it ππΌ they were kind & even engaged in fun conversation with my daughters

I am so glad that this location is close to home! An associate nicely checked in with me to ask if I needed help. I mentioned a brand and she immediately said sure, please follow me! with a smile. Afterwards she made sure that I was familiar with the brand and if I had questions. I was very familiar and thought that was a considerate extra step. The cashier was so friendly too. I hope to go back soon for an in-store beauty service.

I have been going to Sephora for 18 years and always have a wonderful experience except for this store. I walk in and instantly was greeted and asked what is needed. I tell the girl. She says she will be with me in one moment. Sees her friend and starts talking to her and then tells me βoh someone else will help youβ. Then tells a girl to help me instead and who does not know the system because I am sure she is still training to help me. She struggles and cannot bring up my account to see a previous purchase. Another co worker says for me to log into the app and look up by purchases. That would be nice but guess what... I never set that up. I left and will never come back. I can guarantee I will be telling friends and family to steer clear.
Besides this year, with covid, it is hard to get samples, but besides that great service, good brands. I even have some of the samples through ipsy and it is easy to find them there, at Sephora. Loved it.
Employees not much in customer service, they did great me but several times they just kept asking if I needed help. And kept following me and my granddaughters. We just left. Store was clean.

I usually go to the Sephora at the Chandler mall but this location, which opened recently, is closer to my house and now my paycheck is in trouble. Every employee I have encountered is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I cant imagine being familiar with so many different products but they all seem to know the dozens of makeup lines in and out. I wasnt able to find the eyeshadow palette I came in for as it was sold out, but Chelsea suggested ordering it online and having it sent to the store for pickup, which I did with her help (thank you!). I will definitely be back, probably more often than I should.
Went to buy a Verb hairspray and you dont carry this product in this store. The sales people told me nobody is asking for this product. Thats not my problem as a customer. I will Never comeback. I will order online. Then dont complain why business close doors. Bad customer service is the main reason. Also I was planning to buy powder and foundation but is obvious you dont care my business.

Edit: in the end, Sephora online took my return without any hassle, it just took awhile. I have visited several times since and love their associates. Also, I would change this to 5 stars, but they donβt have so many samples in their stores. It seems like all the Sephora locations donβt give a sample with a purchase anymore.Two stars for how lovely and friendly and helpful the sales associates were. I felt very safe and love the protocols they have in place to maintain safety.3 stars deducted for Sephoraβs corporate policies. This includes not accepting exchanges of new products and not fulfilling orders in a timely manner. I placed 2 orders in May that did not arrive until a month laterβin June. It is now July and they tell me, βtoo bad, I cannot accept this return because itβs been 60 daysβ I am an Ulta diamond member and Working my way to the the highest VIB level, at Sephora, since they have a lot of unique items. I have been disappointed with the slowness of the orders and the lack of samples And promotions promised with online orders. When I chatted with customer service about the missing items in my order, they said β donβt worry, you can get samples in the storesβ well, I was not offered samples with the items I got today, despite the fact that the associate could probably see the dozens of orders Iβve place in the last few months.I will try to write a letter to corporate and will update this post to see what they say. I already told the associate I would not shop at that location of Sephora again and she didnβt seem to care. I donβt often make returns, unless an item was damaged in shipping or is unused, but even Ulta has allowed returns of unused items beyond 90 days, due to the pandemic.
Stopped in this location yesterday and I am SO impressed with their regulations for preventing the spread of Covid-19. Limiting store capacity, masks and hand sanitizer provided, no use of testers, and cleaning check out stands between guests. Way to go Sephora! The 10% discount for being a healthcare provider was a nice bonus too. You have definitely solidified my relationship with your company.
They have a great group of women working here. The men that work at SanTan can stay there!!! After making an appointment to be shown how to wear false eye lashes the guy had these long nails on and kept dropping every eye lash he tried to pick up, every time I kept saying I wasnβt paying for what he dropped. After the third pair I said quit wasting my time, cut the dang nails! I left! The women at San Tan arenβt as knowledgeable as they are in Mesa! I stick going to Mesa itβs closer to me!
