What a knowledgeable sales woman. My Grandson went in looking for a very specific kind of Oakleys. She knew immediately whether she had them and what they were. It was amazing. She was very helpful in explaining the care of the glasses. Will come back again.

The manager Cindy is awesome! We purchased two pairs of glasses online. My wifes glasses had a scratch right out of the box. Cindy ordered her a replacement pair since she did not have them in stock. We came in to get them & she had them cleaned & made sure they were perfect before delivery. It was a great experience. I think we might be making all of our future purchases in store vs online from here forward! Thank you!!

Cindy was very helpful, gave me good info to help me decide on which sunglass to buy. I came in looking to buy 1 brand of sunglass, but you dont have that brand. Cindy showed me Costa brand and I was very happy with it so bought it right away!

I was actually gonna buy some Burberry glasses, I was just testing what the different styles look like.. why did that lady have to rudely ask me if I was “done playing” ?? I got kicked out for looking at shades..?

Was helped by Cynthia the store manager. Extremely friendly and helpful. Would drive to this location because of the great service.

Went in looking for a specific pair of sunglasses to buy. Older lady was rude, I felt as if I was bothering her. Mall had just opened, I was only customer.

So I just had a horrible experience today. The lady who was running the store was extremely rude. I had gone in to see if I could get help with adjusting some replacement lenses and the lady interrupted me before I could finish and told me they didnt do that there. Another customer overheard and mentioned another sunglass store in the mall that did adjust lenses and the lady once again rudely interrupted and said they didnt do it either. Well we walked down there and the other sunglass store happened to do the adjustment in less than five minutes. I will not be shopping at this sunglass hut anymore..

Worste place to shop ever terrible service.

Worst customer service ever! Theyre rude and the warranty for my $250 sunglasses doesnt cover anything unless i buy i new pairof glasses !

The Manager was the most helpful person ever. She helped me find a few pair of sunglasses that I like, which is rare. You’ve got to visit her. She’s super knowledgeable and great with helping you think outside the box. She will be getting my future business for sunglasses.

Walked in and was greeted right away. Was helped around whole looking at different shapes and styles of sun glasses. Guest service was great. Forgot her name, small, short brown hair, well mannered and deserves a raise. Walked out with an extra case to carry my other pair in so they dont get damaged. I do reccomend for both men and women as their prices are on par with industry standards, offer great warranty and customer service was amazing.

Went in to have my newly purchased (less than 30 days) sunglasses adjusted. Was told that if he breaks them he will not replace them even if its by accident and asked me if i want to risk it. That was after he was pulling on them with clamps. I had to confirm that he was serious. Not to mention Never used a towel to avoid finger prints. I asked for my glassess immediately and left. Drove to the San Tan Hut to have them proffessional taken care of. He was Totally in the wrong business.

Poor customer service. Does not follow own company policies at this location. Will try to swindle you. Look elsewhere and save your money/headache.

You get the real thing there but you pay for it they refill your sunglass cleaner for free anytime when you buy a pair of glasses there

Save trip to mall. Overpriced and you can look what style you like and order cheaper online.

Car is is in the shop so I paid a driver to take me to Tempe Market Place sun glass hut to purchase a gift. Google says they are open today 10-9. And when I arrived at 10:20 the doors were still locked. Highly disappointed.
