Love this place and they give you the most $$$ for your stuff . Every other place within 10 mile radius tried giving me 10% less than what I was offered here .

The Gold Guy is definitely the place to go for selling gold and silver !! The minute I walked in the door I felt I picked the right place to sell my broken gold, silver, and misc. pieces of jewellery . The gentleman was very nice and showed me how to test for fake and real gold . I was shocked to see how much I actually had and how much was junk . He does the whole process right in front of you . Ive dealt with some that take your stuff to a back room to test . I would go there again and highly recommend The Gold Guy !!!

I sold marked sterling silver here and got a fair price. Miss Debbie was nice enough to test items from Mexico that I thought were silver but were unmarked. They were not silver. Super-friendly place with a fair price. I will be back!

I give The Gold Guy - Cash For Gold a 5 star rating based on my recent experience at their East Mesa location. The staff member, who served me, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The added bonus was no wait time and the cash I received for the gold pieces I brought in was generous! I went out of my way to go to this location. It was by far the worst choice of my week. The gentleman that owns the building had his underage son sitting in the heat in the car while he flirted with the girl in the vape store next door. His son told me that he had been in there for 30 minutes so I proceeded to go try to bring him out and Shake by gold at him to get his attention and he blatantly lied and said he wasnt the gold guy. Like my gold is in Gold enough. Ive never had a business owner disrespect their own place so abruptly. He had no other customers so Im not sure why he wouldnt want the business

The staff member, Sherri Williams, was absolutely unprofessional.We attempted to sell coins, however, were turned away when asking how she was determining the pricing. Her statement to us was, its a secret formula, and when we asked was it coin value or metal value, Sherri said, you are asking too many questions, Im done with you.Now who would say that to a prospective customer who has done business previously with the same company. Very unprofessional. Absolutely do not recommend that location!

Middle eastern guy said free estimate to buy coins, however, when he was putting coins back, he seemed to be doing something shady with his hands. then when I went down the street to Xavier & they counted them by machine while I watched, there were 5 missing. On top of that, they offered hundreds of dollars less than Xavier.

I visit the store like couple year ago, and show some coins to middle eastern guy, however when i put my coins back i was missing couple of them...i regret visited this store.
