Way more expensive than other places. Should have done my homework first. Look around. You can find good service for a fraction of the price. Also, beware of them adding issues to fix. If you dont know much about your golf cart, they take advantage.

We had a great experience using their service center. My cart was in a high level of disrepair and they needed authorization to do more in-depth analysis. I frequently discussed options with Patrick, who made it clear they were willing to do whatever work I wanted. Even though the cart was in terrible shape. We ultimately decided to purchase another golf cart from them because Patrick and Amanda presented options that helped minimize my losses from trying to repair the old cart. What I ultimately received from them was great service and the small amount of work I had them do on the cart I purchased was top notch and indicated a high-level if quality.

This company works on ALL kinds of golf carts. Very impressed with how complete the mechanical inspection was. The results were clearly broken done in a recommended order for repair describing both the cost of new parts as well as the labor. — The staff did an excellent job in communication using both the phone and email. I feel like they did a great job at a very reasonable price.

I recently had my golf cart serviced by Arizona golf cart repair. I was having issues with the starter on it. Although it was a bit more expensive to fix than I had planned, the cart came back in incredible shape and actually goes much much faster than it used to. I cant thank these guys enough for being professional and easy to work with. And now I have a cart that is really fun to drive!

Chris and Amanda were fantastic as well as the guy at the counter, everyone super friendly to deal with. Highly recommend working with these guys. Their estimate came in where they said it would and they pointed out some other issues existing and gave options to fix those as well. Very pleased over all with my experience there.

I have had several dealings with Chris and Amanda as well as the pick up and delivery people. They are always on time and accommodating. On my last personal dealing with them, there was some electronic devise that had malfunctioned and I told them to go ahead and service the cart. Chris called and asked if I could bring the special lug socket so he could service the brakes. On arrival with the socket Chris came out and mentioned that my tires were extremely weather checked. When I explained that they had replaced all the tires 18 months prior and I would not be having them replace the tires if that was all the usage I was going to get out of them. When they returned the cart the next day I was informed that they called the manufacturer and they warranty replaced all 4 tires at no cost to us. I was a happy camper that there is still some integrity at some businesses. Thanks Chris and Amanda.

I bought a Mustang golf cart from these folks a year ago. I was delivered on time as promised. After a few months, I did have an issue with the paint on the cart. This was quickly resolved at no cost to me. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

I sent my golf cart in to be repaired - Az Golf Cart Repair repaired my cart and offered a 220 point inspection and then told me I needed over $1,000 in repair work - I had them do all the work they said needed to be done - once my golf cart was returned we took it out and it died 3 miles away from home - when I called Patrick at Az Golf Cart Repair he told me getting the cart back to my house was “not his problem” - once I had the cart towed to my house they came and picked it up - then once they finally returned it for a second time it was returned damaged - I called Patrick and sent him pictures of the damage to the cart and he told me that “there is no way that we could have done that.” This company may or may not know golf carts, but they certainly need some help in dealing with their customers - too bad there are so few golf cart repair companies in the valley!

BEWARE: They ADD CHARGES due to their lack of knowledge. What started as an $1100 fee ballooned to over $1500. We got an over-the-phone quote to replace all the batteries on our chinese-made golf cart at AZ Golf Car Repair (AZGCR) and then at another place on Mckellips. AZGCR was $40 bucks less so we went here. Also their pickup/drop off fee was $10 bucks less. Once they had the car the fees started to rack up. $85 to wash the underside of the car and a chemical wash due to spiders. ($85 dollars for a can of Raid and a hose down seemed ridiculous to me.) Then it cost $42 dollars for them to diagnose that the cart batteries were dead. (I told them that --the posts on the batteries as well as the cables were rotted away.) Then $127 to remove the batteries, clean the box and make new holders. (This should have been known by anyone who was familiar with this cart and it could have been seen by any experienced tech cleaning the cart. Also the batteries for this one are different and need different-sized supports which could have been known by any good technician. But they did not tell this to me until the cart was in the shop.) Once they removed the batteries they said that a new floor would be needed -- about $75. That could have been seen when they cleaned the underside of the cart since the acid ate through a few areas but they waited until the $127 was paid to remove the batteries, then a more thorough look over could be done. Now the work came to over $300 AND THEY HAD NOT DONE ANYTHING TO REPAIR THE CART.Now I took their estimate over to a shop on Mckellips east of HIgley. That guy had been doing carts for over 40 years. He stated all the work that was quoted was a fair price. (Good, no gouging.) But then he started to explain why that model of car would not be wise to repair. Without seeing the car he went through all the problems that the first shop should have noticed or should have known about if they were familiar with the Zone Cart-- the leaking of acid, the different battery size, the fact that the car is no longer made and no parts are available, etc. He also made suggestions on how to save money should I want to have AZGCR fix the cart. Bottom line, this car should never had been repaired. What took AZGCR $300 to figure out this guy knew it just from the make and model of the cart.So if you want your cart worked on by inexperienced technicians adding to the cost and then have it diagnosed” by the more knowledgeable repairmen, Go to AZGCR. If you want it fixed regardless of how much it costs, go to AZGCR. If you want an experienced, honest evaluation, at a fair price run from here.
