Bought the ICON i20 and I am so impressed with it. The quality, all the amenities that come standard. In my opinion it is absolutely the best golf car by far and anybody looking for a new golf car would be making a big mistake if they dont check it out. Also, Custom Golf Cars is the place to do that. Great place, they have another dealer in Sun Lakes Chandler. I like their expanded and remodeled showroom. The Icon carts are a good value with many things included that other brands charge extra for.

My daughter and I just purchased our carts, one 4 seat and one 6 seat. Danielle and Kelly were awesome, they knew what they were talking about. Several folks we know had just purchased the Icon golf cart and we were ready for a new one. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt at ease. Danielle is so knowledgeable, friendly and ready to answer any questions (and believe me, my husband had many..haha) ! It didnt take long for us to sit down and write up an order for a new golf cart for me.3 days later, it was delivered to our house. So now of course, we will probably order another one for my husband. Custom is a Awesome place to buy a golf cart, there is no pressure and they are very helpful. They did a great job on my upholstery and pin striping. I had a minor issue with a tire and they picked up golf cart and took care of it right away....No Charge!I recommend them to everyone.

My wife and I have an older Club Car that had some wiring issues and another shop down the street took over 3 weeks to look at it and give us the same story... fast forward to Custom Golf Cars and the diagnosed and repaired our cart in just a few days. We shopped around for a new golf cart, knew exactly what we wanted (custom) and this location was the only shop in the valley that would take our vision and make it happen. All other shops said it could not be done or wouldnt even respond to us. We are so happy with our cart and the level of customer service we received, especially Danielle. Dont use their repair service the guys dont know how to fix a golf cart. They have picked up and dropped off the cart twice and still not fixed after they said it was. Called to talk to them about how to resolve the situation and he wanted to argue with me. Learn customer service and how to fix golf carts before you guys have a business. I wish I could rate 0 stars they dont even deserve 1. *Response to you - it wasnt fine or fixed just tired of having to call you guys when you cant fix it right so our companys business will be taken elsewhere. Should have done the job right the first time plus I dont take being yelled at over the phone so learn to talk and communicate properly.

NICE PEOPLE GOOD SERVICE AND PRICE AS WELL

I had a problem with my E-Z-Go electric cart. It started creeping along at a very slow speed. It did this intermittently but quickly became more frequent, so I had it taken to Custom Golf Cars for repair. They replaced the FNR Switch and Solenoid, but problem wasn’t fixed. They then ordered and installed a refurbished PDS Controller Unit and returned the cart to me. I’m wondering if they even tested it because the cart was returned without the controller unit cover put back on. I paid the $564 invoice and was happy for a couple of days because the cart no longer crept along slowly. Then 2 days later it started to lose power completely, but would start up again after the cart came to a stop. They had also made a diagnostic notation on the invoice that the cart had lost power. This too became more frequent so after calling Custom Golf Cars, one of their Techs came out and during his test drive it lost power numerous times. But instead of taking the cart back to their shop, he suggested that I take it elsewhere because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I wish I hadn’t paid that invoice so promptly.I should also mention that in 2017 I had a problem with the cart and had Custom Golf Cars take it to their shop. It turns out there was a short in one of the batteries. I discussed with the Tech about replacing just the one battery or all six. The batteries were almost 4 years old so I decided to have them replace all six. I received the emailed invoice and discovered they had only billed me for one battery. I called our house renter and asked him to check the cart to see if it had one or six new batteries. There were six new ones. So I did the right thing and called Custom Golf Cars and told them the invoice was only charging me for one battery instead of six. They reissued and I paid the much higher invoice. Thought I was being a good customer.I’ll be using someone else for all my cart maintenance needs.
