We received good service and were pleased that the product was in stock. Pickup was easy. My only concern was the fact that the sales staff were not wearing masks in the showroom, which made me uncomfortable. Masks and sanitizing gel were available for customers, but I didnt see staff make an effort to mask up when we arrived.

Renée was so helpful with our purchase, she is well versed with the various products and she helped us get a great deal! Kenny was patient and amazing while loading our vehicle. I really like the price and the service when I got to the warehouse from Ken and the rest of the staff was excellent. only hitch was a minor glitch in communication because I put in an online order they didnt have the invoice at the store I picked up at. I received patient support, education, tips and encouragement from every staff member I interacted with throughout my purchasing process, and never once felt any sort of sales pressure.Even though I am a (very) small fish for their competitive market, this awesome business and team of individuals who work here made sure I was taken care of, confident with how to proceed, and they even persuaded me to go with a lower price per square foot product than I was originally intending, because they took the time to understand my application, use, and steered me in the best direction. By far my favorite Turf Store. Tosha and Bryan were amazing. they were extremely helpful through the entire purchasing process. everybody was friendly and the store was nice and clean.

Great to do business with. They stand behind their product. They installed grass in our back yard two years ago. We were having an issue with water that pooled after a heavy rain. They came out and took care of it, no questions asked.Their store front is friendly and helpful too. Just picked up some green sand. Ken and his associate were very helpful in helping to load it.

The people at this store are the best. Nothing but helpful and so incredibly kind! When we first came in Renee answered all our questions since we were planning to self install. She was so helpful in figuring out what we would need. We took home samples and we were able to decide from there what product we wanted. (Side note: their prices are really good for the quality of the product!!). We retuned today to order and pickup our selection. Justin helped us figure out exactly what we needed and how much of it, and David in the back helped us load it up same day!! We are really happy with the whole process and will tell everyone to come here for any turf in the future.Thank you!!

Prompt service, good advice. Everything about my install went better than I could have expected. Ken and David, the warehouse crew, were especially awesome. They have incredibly friendly attitudes and were more than willing to accommodate my adjusted pickup schedule due to me owning a truck too small to haul my supplies! These guys are great! I decided to do a quick turf install today. Went to my local home improvement store and looked at the ONE option of turf they had. It was around around 2.40 a sqft. Over priced for what I needed and the dimensions were not ideal.I called the grass superstore immediately and processed my transaction over the phone, jumped in the truck and KENNY was on the dock waiting for my freshly cut turf!Super cool guy and even helped us conveniently and safely load it up! Call these guys, they will make this very easy

They lived up to all the positive reviews. I got the exact grass I wanted at the lowest price and the customer service was fantastic. I had a grass in mind so I was very pleased when I told them the type of project I was doing that they recommended the exact same grass I had been thinking of. I was surprised because it was one of their cheapest grasses and usually I expect to be sold something more expensive at a store like this. But that was not the case here they just wanted me to get the perfect grass for my project. I highly recommend them.

Because of Covid, this place operates a little odd. Their show room is outside, and you can see everything. That is fine. But when you have questions, you cant open the door or talk to someone, you have to call a phone number that, depending on how busy they are, might get routed to Avondale, or Phoenix.The buying process itself was very straightforward and easy. They were quick to provide suggestions and were not pushy about specific types or installation or anything. I placed the order over the phone, and then paid when they came out to help.I picked up a few days later at the same place. Ken helped me load it into our SUV and it only took 5 minutes at most. Very professional and friendly, willing to help however they can.The grass itself is great. It was exactly what we were looking for at a price that was well within our price range. If we decide to do additional grass in the future, we will be using them again.

We needed grass for our cat yard and they were very helpful. Kenny was very nice and friendly ran it right out to my truck. We were able to make a very nice safe cat yard for our rescue elderly cat (and also have a cat yard on the side of our house for the other rescue cats).

I liked the place they we nice, and had the product i was looking for, here is the thing that bothered me. It had posted before you even come inside please wear a mask. I go inside none of them had them on. I know my mask protects you. But what does that say for them? No one had them on. They were on their counters.

Ordered some sand and nails to finish up my backyard artificial grass project. Easy ordering, they called to confirm and make sure my order would be ready for pickup at the right store. When I got there David and Ken brought my order out and helped me load. They were super friendly and helpful.

Great service, informative salesman, and with good prices

I have called this company 3 times now. The first time I called they told me somebody would be at my house the following day for an estimate. Nobody showed up the next day. I called a few days later and made another appointment for someone to come to give me a quote. I waited at my house and again no one came when I made the appointment. I just called a third time thinking maybe there was some miscommunication. They told me that somebody would call me the following Tuesday (today being Friday) just to make the appointment and that the person on the phone didn’t have the capability of making appointments for quotes. Kind of ridiculous and surprising when this company has such good reviews. Maybe the reviews are for the actual product and not Turf Masters who actually does the installation. Unfortunately they have lost the ability to earn my business. I was looking at several thousands of dollars worth of work that will be going to another company now.

Renee, Paul, Tasha, and Brian were excellent. As soon as we walked in they were very informative, helpful, and encouraging. They offered us the best prices and informed us on the many ways we can save money on the overhaul of our backyard. All with no sales pressure. We wanted to install ourselves because we couldn’t afford the normal cost of labor. Brian coached us through all the installation step from beginning to end. He should teach classes on the installation of turf. We highly recommend the Synthetic Grass Store in Mesa. Thank you we love our new backyard.

Great place to get synthetic turf for your backyard or front yard. They have a good variety of options, but not so many that it is overwhelming. They have larges patches set up outside that you can walk on to test, as well as areas inside where you can feel the synthetic grass. Austin was really helpful and helped me make a good choice. They also regularly have one type of turf on special, so be sure to check online or ask which one is currently on special. I was able to score a 30% off deal on this month’s deal (Pacifico 60). They also referred me to an outside delivery company (Goodfellas Freight) who did an excellent job at delivering my 15’ x 15’ roll of turf. I would definitely recommend this store!

Contacted Paul about obtaining a remnant. Went in to make our selection and everyone was friendly right when we walked in. Paul was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide us with what we needed and also providing us with the information we needed when we go back to finish our landscaping. We went in the next day to find a very clean and beautifully laid out showroom. We were treated as though we had a large project when, in fact, we simply purchased a remenent and sand. Ken showed my husband what they had available and made suggestions. Dave carried out the products. I wish they were open before we redid our yard.
