These people at AZ lifts tor less were very helpful to me and my family. When my father started to suffer from health issues and lost his ability to get around AZ lifts for less came to the rescue and offered the best assistance in guiding us to the best possible scooter for my dad and his needs. They also put a scooter lift on my parents car and did a great job. They went above and far beyond my expectations. Theses are truly the best people in the business. We could not be more satisfied !
Paul at AZ Lifts 4 Less has always been great to me and my family. We have been doing business with Paul for over 10 years and he has gone above and beyond for us many times. I have found him to be fair, honest, hard working and sincerely concerned about helping me meet my needs. I highly recommend AZ Lifts 4 Less---I dont go anywhere else.
Paul & his wife Robbie as well as his son are exceptional when it comes to scooters. Ive known Paul since he was in school and worked part-time on the scooters. His integrity, and personality show you that he cares.
04/07/2015My Mom and I are so impressed with the quality customer service, reasonable prices, and downright friendly people here. They truly bent over backwards to accommodate my Mom with a power recliner. They provided same day service and removal of her old one with no hassle at all. The price was very reasonable, and the service was top notch. You have a customer for life and will be highly recommended by us both!
Quite amazing wheelchair shop! We drove to this place a little more, but its definitely worth it. Very professional and helpful owner. If, you need a reliable wheelchair store, thats the place. Will recommend to all, thank you!
Amazing scooter store! And a wheelchair repair you can count on. I live not so close to this place, so I was quite happy to see its working. And not just like that, but these guys helped me tremendously with their skills and customer service. The whole experience in this shop was great. Need to say that the price also satisfied me. Will use next time I need such a work to be done. Thank you again!
Great scooter store! This place for wheelchair repair was recommended to me by one of my closest friends and since we know each other like forever I visited these guys without any hesitation in my mind. Also wasnt looking for some other company and Im glad I did that, because this one saved me time and money. An excellent service and a fair price for it. My fathers wheelchair is like a new one now. Will use again, if I need to, thats for sure. Thank you!
I have been using AZ Lifts 4 Less for over 10 years. They know their equipment. I travel up from Tucson in order to get good service. I am well please with this company, their integrity and skills.
Paul is reasonable and very eager to help. Thanks for all you do.
I bought a lift around 4 months ago and my father passed away, I called them asking if they would buy it back and they refused twice. BUYER BEWARE if your loved one is in hospice or close to the end, DO NOT BUY from this company they will sell you a lift for $1,750.00 and your stuck with it. I only wanted $500 back but they refused.
Honest and great to do business with. I took my cart to another service provider and was given an estimate that almost equaled the cost of the cart. I decided to get a second opinion at AZ Lifts 4 Less. The cost was a small fraction of the cost quoted by the other dealer and my cart has run beautifully since. I would not hesitate to recommenf AZ Lifts 4 Less!!!
What a scooter store! And the wheelchair repair we came here to was also quite amazing. These guys really know how to help you. The whole job was done in no time and the price was fair. Definitely a place we stop by again next time. Thank you for your service!
They sell me a used lift when he told me it was brand new.. it is only used twice a month for doctors Apointment’s each time it is used, something breaks on it! The. They say I am a liar saying I had someone work on it!!
Excellent customer service! They are very far from where we live; but traveling to Mesa from West Phoenix is always worth the trip. They treat you like family, always have the parts, keys and accessories that other mobility shops dont have or carry.Fast, depending and reasonable. So greatful for their business being open!Johnny & Theresa Avina
I Have a handicap lift on the back of my car for my grandfather, unfortunately its no longer needed. I called to ask what should I do with it. The lady was rude made me feel stupid and had no compation. She said I dont know what to do with. What is it? And when I said I dont know. She said then I cant tell you what to do with it. Im already distraught over the reason I have to get rid of it. She could of been a bit nicer. Her tone was very abrupt. I cant believe no one has asked that before.
This is the REAL DEAL, folks, and worth the trip to Mesa for superior customer service, mechanical and electronic expertise, and great owners who have years of experience and a knowledge base that far exceeds any other mobility scooter/lift company in the valley, and maybe the entire state of Arizona. After attempting to get basic service at 2 different scooter stores in Sun City (one was a goat-rope of mistakes by the staff, and the other a stone wall of silence by the owner), we went looking further afield for service on my 16 year-old workhorse Amigo that was scritch-scritch-scritching, and a lift that was laboring (and about which we had been told we needed a new motor for $600).We found AZ Lifts 4 Less online, and after some initial confusion over their address (theyre in Mesa, NOT Phoenix), I made an appointment. We also discovered, to my delight, that the owner, Paul Cochran, was the very same guy I had bought my Amigo from originally (at another company) and that he now was in business for himself.Within minutes of arrival, Paul diagnosed what was wrong with the Amigo and how to fix it, AND what was wrong with the lift (the motor was fine). In the hour and a half that I was there, Paul and his son: pulled the Amigos wheels, and removed rust from and polished the hubs, replaced a worn ring around the power cord, tightened the four battery cables, and explained to me why our batteries werent the best choice for a scooter. (Note to self: buy next batteries from AZ Lifts 4 Less.) He also replaced the frozen rollers on the lift (which was why the motor was laboring) and replaced some missing and broken bolts (so now it folds back upright instead of slanting outward). The bill was very modest... a small fraction of what we had been braced to pay, considering the cost of a motor, etc. or a replacement scooter.Bottom line: this is the place to go if you want correct information and guidance on service and repair of your mobility scooter/lift, AND they also sell new and used scooters, lifts, and other paraphernalia. Youll also save money and time... trust me!
AZ Lifts 4 Less is number one in our estimation !!!One of the few places in my our past many years that we felt very good just going in the door...We had trouble in a Walmart parking lot with our Pride Backpacker chair lift wiring, I was able to fix it temporarily...The next day I began calling to see who in the northwest valley could help us, the first one I called didnt return my call, the second one I called didnt know if they did wiring work but her tech would be in the next dayand she would ask him, so no luck with any help in the northwest valley...So I decided to Google dealers in the valley, I called AZ Lifts 4 Less in Mesa, AZ was answered by a vey pleasant lady, explained my problem with the wiring on my lift, she said they did wiring repairs and an appointment was set for the next day at 1PM...We arrived early and as soon as we went in we were impressed, very friendly, lots of products and as we found out family owned and operated, my wiring was checked out and Paul the owner said he could take care of it, he was finished shortly, showed us what he had done to repair it and treated us like family...We cant say enough about AZ Lifts 4 Less, even though we live in northwest Phoenix we will adopt AZ Lifts 4 Less as our dealer in the future, yes adopt, we truly were treated like family...Give AZ Lifts 4 Less a try, you will be pleasantly surprised :)Bill & Jean Manney
We drove all the way over here and at 9:20 am there was nobody in the store. Locked and closed. Sign said they open at 9. Very disappointing.
