Terrible. Purchased from them last year. Within the first 50 miles my scooter died. Spent few months trying to get it back to life with parts from them. Took to the local guys they told me to and paid $300 for the WARRANTY repair which still didnt fix everything. Per our agreement, sent them back my scooter for warranty replacement. They disappeared. Not responding to emails now. I was supposed to have my replacement back 2 weeks ago. Avoid these guys.

Michael took excellent care of me from beginning to end of sale and I had a few questions but he was quick to respond. I live in Texas and wasnt sure if I would come out well with the kaabo wolf warrior 11 but it is awesome. Dont hesitate to buy from them they will take good care of you.

These guys are outrageous. Purchased their most expensive scooter in October of 2020. It ran for 50 miles and died within the first 10 days. Since than I spend a ton of my time in emails with them, self repair which they suggested, took it to a local shop which they appointed as a place to go with WARRANY issue and guess what? I had to pay $300 to get my scooter back from repair shop because these guys totally ignored the fact that they kind of responsible for warranty labor as well. AVOID! There are other option where you can buy from.

Very fast customer service response to answer questions! Students have asked me to make videos of my adult tech toys so maybe I will make some YouTube videos about a Kaabo scooter. If customer service is important to you then you will like this company.I ordered scooter around 11:45PM on a Tuesday Night, KreoMotors got it packaged very early in the morning and had UPS ship it less than 12 hours later Wednesday Morning. The Scooter arrived on Thursday the day after it was shipped! I live in the same State as Kreo in a different city so your order will take a little longer if you are in a different state but it will be incredibly fast compared to most companies. No waiting for back-order and no waiting many days for a company to pack and ship the item, Kreo gets things shipped FAST!I got the item the day after it was shipped and less than 48 hours from when I ordered it.
