Great price and service. Hours of operation do not match what is on Google though. They aren’t open on Sundays.

Ive been going to Medusa for a little under two years. In that time theyve never disappointed. Theyve always communicated clearly what they were going to do and answered any of my questions politely. As a complete neophyte it was nice to find a place that dealt with me on the level, not once did I ever feel I couldnt trust their assessment of work needed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Mike knows what he is doing and he has always managed to get my bikes fixed in short periods of time so I can enjoy riding more often. He works on cruisers, sport bikes, and yes Harleys too! Why deal with rude, over priced Harley specialized mechanics that are jerks when you can get to know just how cool Mike is?!

These guys are stand up guys. My bike bogged down and died after leaving their shop. I was going home with some parts to put on the bike. I was stranded in 115 degree heat. Mike offered to close the shop and come help me himself. I ended up getting the bike to medusa after they changed spark plugs on the side of the road. Not many places these days will offer such a great service and or gesture. Due to their unselfish acts they have earned me as a lifetime client. Easy to talk to, straight forward. Highly reccomend to anyone.

I have tried MANY mechanics before mike and by far he has the best prices and customer service in the east valley period... His labor charge is extremely reasonable and it takes him less time then the other guys because he knows what he is doing on a wide spectrum of motorcycles. Am over 700 miles away and still consider this my local bike shop I can call Mike and he has everything I need to me before any of the shops where I live can think of getting it and for a better price and thats with me paying for him to ship it to me and every time I stop in it a friendly place

NO STARS........Based on the few reviews I saw here I thought that I would find a good bike mechanic. Well I found out the hard way. I went in to have my front tire put on and balanced, an oil change with filter, my steering neck barrings, and my front brakes done. When I went back to pick my bike up the worker he had doing my oil change had my bike leaning on my kick stand filling my oil for those that dont know (thats not how you change oil on a motorcycle you need it to be level.) The same worker is clumsy and spilled the old oil all over the place. Just before I got ready to pay him I noticed A 6 INCH SCRATCH ON MY GAS TANK which is posted in the above pics and can be seen on the gas tank, the black and green suzuki intruder lc 1500. When I confronted him about it he smurked and giggled at me denying it. He says he puts a cloth over the gas tank to protect it but ironically the other bikes that were in there having work done DID NOT have a cover on the gas tanks as he claims. there is a pic of his shop with multiple bikes being worked on with NO CLOTHS covering the tanks on medusa cycles Facebook page. He didnt offer any discount or even admit that he or any of his workers were at fault as well as having an attitude about it and walked away from me. After I had gotten home and looked everything over I had realized that he didnt touch my brakes and I WAS charged for them and my oil filter was the same old one I had on there and i WAS charged for that as well. After about a week my bike started running sluggish so I decided to have my friend that works on motorcycles for a living take a look at it and he found that my air box & air filter had oil in them after looking further my oil was way past full by a quart. Which distroyed my 30$ air filter and ruined my spark plugs.------ BE CAREFUL COMING HERE------GO TO STEVES CYCLES!!!!!!!!!!! You wont regret it. Thats why they have been in business 30+ yrs as well as all of the positive excellent reviews.

I won’t take my bikes to anyone but Mike, Great service no hassles, friendly, stands behind his work i could toss in a few expletives but will just leave it at thisMedusa Mike is the best F%$*&@G bike man in the Valley.
