Great shop! John and his crew are awesome. I was doing a rode trip and my rear tire blew out. They stayed open, had everything ready and got me back on the road even after their normal working hours... cannot say that about any other shop I called from Phoenix to Tucson. My first time here. Got a tire put on my scooter while I waited. Very pleased overall with the service and price. Will be coming back for brakes.

Squeezed me in short notice for a chain and sprockets change. I had the parts in hand. Exact fit master link chain. Easy job I just felt lazy and Im on the road with limited tools. Good customer service. However, they attempted to charge me two hours, over $200 dollars!!! I was only there for an 1.5 hours and my bike was still sitting around after the first 30 minutes. The gentleman helping was quick to adjust the price to 1 hour and agreed it seemed steep. That was very nice, but naturally one may question a shops integrity after such an experience. If I didnt say anything I was getting taken for a ride.My chain was also too loose for my liking, but thats not really a big deal. The mechanic offered to tighten it real quick. I just know from experience this exact chain stretches quite a bit out of the box.

Take your bike here if you want the best service. They really take care of you and ensure you don’t get things your bike doesn’t need. Was told at a dealership I desperately needed a brake flush and took it here and they said I still have plenty of mileage before then.Can’t recommend them enough!

I bought my bike there and I was happy with it. But I wanted something more.I spoke to the guys in service and they made it simple to get what I wanted. New pipes,, handle bars,, lights,etc.. They werent cheap but they made it reasonable.They made my custom bike into the custom bike I wanted to ride, and they worked with me the whole time.A lot of places are rip-offs but these guys towed The line and I couldnt be more satisfied ..10 Stars to you and the other Crew members.. I just want to start out by saying Evan and the entire team at motomax was awesome to deal with, absolutely the best buying experience Ive had buying a vehicle. There was no pressure from Evan or any of the team members, I told them what I needed to make the purchase happen and they delivered with no back and forth negotiating. Being a female motorcyclist it can be very difficult to find a shop to trust. Motomax has a very friendly staff that is honest with you and what your bike needs. Good prices and a clean shop ensures you that your bike will be treated well!

Took care of the issue with the big. But don’t seem friendly. Kind of like they’re being bugged. Also bring your own water. Good service I’ll be back

Just had my 14 Street Glide Special in for some upgrades. Had my Exaust, intake, bars and bike tuned. I couldn’t be happier. Jaden was beyond helpful and informative. If you need work or upgrades done, you need to bring it here.

We’ve bought 3 bikes from az motomania and of course motomax services their bikes. Two had a couple of issues shortly after we bought them, but as soon as I brought them in and told them they took care of my problems. Fixed my bikes 100% and did it quickly. Very happy with the service and Jessy was very helpful when I wanted to get a sissy bar put on. I will definitely come here for service to upgrade or repair my bike. Thanks Motomax!

I love taking my bike to Motor Max to do all my services . They are the most friendly people I no. They take good care of me and when they find other thing wrong they will let me know and they dont take advantage of me being a lady rider like some shops do thank you Motor Max.

Seriously guys, I never promote a specific business simply because im lazy... But MotoMax in Mesa took such good care of me. I just went in to get my tires changed and they seriously went above and beyond and tweaked a BUNCH of things on my bike that needed fixing. It took them an extra hour and a half and they totally didnt have to do that. They have a repeat customer for life now. So if you ever need anything done for your bike, and you are looking for a trustworthy group of people, MotoMax in Mesa all the way. Thank you David and Jaden for taking care of me and my bike!

Bought a 2013 R1 that had some questionable work done to it by the previous owner & I had no idea where to take it as my other bikes are Harleys. My friend Barry told me about Motomax where they work on every bike under the Sun. I spoke with Jaden & asked him to inspect the smog blockoff plates, velocity stacks & install a K&N filter. Well Jaden found the plates werent torqued down properly, the stack bolts were loose BUT it already had a K&N- Thats Honesty. When I picked up my bike he showed me other issues with my exhaust that needed to be addressed. I will be taking ALL my bikes to Motomax from now on, its hard to find a shop thats fair & honest like these guys.

Wow! After 3 attempts with 3 different competitors I finally found people that understand why I love my ride. Others seemed to only process me and my bike. Jaden Landwehr and Mary Rinell have made me feel right at home and the services I have received have been excellent.

I need to know if I can remove the error code c42 of my motorcycle suzuki gsx r 1000 year 2006 is immobilized I had an accident and lost the keys install a new swicht but it does not turn on

Purchased my motorcycle from azautorv, and immediately had Motomax Service put on a new full exhaust system, air cleaner and tuner. They completed the work when they said it would be done. Everything looks great, sounds awesome. Couldnt be happier with my experience dealing with Jaden and the rest of the staff. Bought a vulcan 1600 from azautoaz had a couple issues when I got it told to bring it for service at motomax drew and the rest of the staff was very friendly and took great care of my bike. Had to have it worked on twice now my bike was ready when they said it would be any other issues I have that I cant fix myself I will definitely take it back to them.

Technicians pass all the bikes even if they do not work. Just purchased a bike that had a busted stater. They said it was the battery but apparently they couldnt tell the difference. Ill never go back!!!
