I don’t want to go too long without recognizing the care and expertise I found at ‘Foot Solutions Mesa,’ especially as demonstrated by the store manager, May Stewart. Having a history of improperly fitted shoes to correct a long standing mechanical foot problem, within minutes of taking my shoes and socks off at the store, May had my feet correctly analyzed and surrounded by several pairs of shoes designed to address my specific problem. In no time at all, I was in possession of 2 pairs of running/walking shoes that made me feel I was walking on air. Whether you are looking for a comfortable walking or running shoe, or need to find a pair that addresses and alleviates whatever mechanical problem you may have, don’t waste your time going to the traditional chain sporting good stores, the ones that advertise hundreds of shoe brands. See May and her staff at ‘Foot Solutions Mesa’ where you’ll find the expertise needed to help increase your foot comfort. I’d give them 10 out of 5 or 20 out of 10 stars if I could!

We were on vacation and my wife needed a new pair of tennis shoes. We didn’t have an appointment and the sales staff welcomed us in and fitted my wife with her new shoes. She was offered many options and was given a lot of good advice. She purchased a new pair of Brooks and off we went. I would recommend this store to anyone and we will come back when we visit the state again.

John Hook took time to exam my walk and recommend a shoe. After several days walking with this shoe I returned and bought another pair to have so I could switch ever other day. My knees and hips have never felt so good in the last half month as they do now. I feel great. Thanks John.

I love this store. I only buy shoes at Foot Solutions and am always greeted in a friendly manner. Many times I have to wait but I expect that because they cater to individual needs and not just grabbing shoes and tossing them at you to try on yourself. I have many foot issues and a hard to fit foot so I am happy to wait my turn and get the service they provide so we’ll!

As a nurse, I have been looking for a quality shoe that fits well without heel slippage and that has great support. May was wonderful, listened to what I did and did not like about my current shoes. She patiently tried several brands, styles and sizes. I am delighted to have two new pairs of shoes that fit well, support well and are comfortable. I definitely recommend this store and May!! I was looking for specific shoes and a friend told me about Foot Solutions. I was excited that I not only found the shoes I was looking for, but they also had a pair of white shoes that I hadnt been able to find anywhere. They were very friendly and helpful. They also have knowledge regarding feet issues. I would definitely recommend this place.

I really enjoyed shopping at Foot Solutions in Mesa. The great selection of shoes was almost overwhelming. The styles were current and many colors to choose from. For those of us with foot problems, this is a great way to get shoes that feel as good as they look. The staff is also great to work with. I look forward to returning to Foot Solutions.

If you want a great foot product go there in person, do not ever have it shipped. It takes an extremely long time to get a product shipped, Ive been waiting 3wks...still waiting

Everytime I go to Mesa Foot Solutions, the people who work there are friendly, helpful and are very knowledgeable in footwear and what I need. I highly recommend the store and do.

I found Foot solutions about 6 to 9 months ago. After my shoes wearing out within 3 months I was tried of my feet hurting all the time. I work on concrete floors 40 hours a week and it takes a toll on the shoes. I bought a pair from foot solutions and my feet are not hurting all the time. I have had them for over 6 months and wearing them every day, only the seams are starting to come apart in certain areas. I recently went back and bought another pair. Very happy with them and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about making sure you get the right shoes to fit your feet. So glad I found them.

I always find quality comfortable shoes at Foot Solutions. The people serving you really do know feet, foot problems and their shoes attributes. It is reassuring to have real professionals help me select shoes. I have also had them make orthotic inserts inserts to correct my many foot problems. They can do it all!

The hoka bondi 7 women’s’ shoes are wonderful for flat feet. I got the Hoka sr for my son, who is a warehouse manager/ shoes for warehouse . I just wish they had more color selection at Foot Solutions. However, staff personable and helpful !

I would recommend Foot Solutions, particularly Mayvonne, to anyone who is experiencing difficulties with their feet! For 20 years I wore acrylic orthotics which were under only the back 2/3 of my feet. These worked well to support my arches but because they were acrylic my feet would slide some inside my shoes. To stop this, I had to tie my shoes even tighter which compounded the discomfort to my high arches. Foot Solutions created MUCH more appropriate orthotics for me: They contain that 2/3 acrylic arch but have it built into an entire shoe-shaped soft pad. This fits securely inside my shoe, eliminating the sliding of my feet so I don’t have to cinch shoes so tightly. Now I don’t even think about my feet. What a relief!

Foot Solutions in Mesa was the right prescription for my foot pain! John fixed me up with custom orthotics and made the proper adjustments to the orthotics to get them just right. Then I bought some walking shoes and sandals with removable footbeds (slip my orthotic right in) from them too. Recently I visited the podiatrist who confirmed that they had done a great job! Nice to be back on the go again!

May, at the store, is very knowledgeable and helpful. She understood my foot problem right away and I took home a pair of shoes that I wear as long as Im on my feet. Nothing but praises.

Sam helped me. I have been having a lot of pain lately in my feet. She was very helpful and thorough. I couldnt afford the very expensive option of orthotics. So I got some very comfortable shoes instead. She really knew a lot about feet and properly taking care of your feet as we age. I would visit again for another purchase.

I’ve been dealing with severe heel pain for three months. Every step hurts! May was very helpful fitting me with orthotics and great shoes. With just the shoe alone, I had significant pain relief and I can’t wait to get my orthotics! I referred several patients there also, all with fantastic results!

First time I came here I was skipped over had to wait 2 plus hours and the guy who was serving me was rude I came back to give them a second chance and they failed. I will never go back to this establishment. I recommend Donald E Chudy if you need custom orthodics they are $500 but they are worth it and get your shoes somewhere else.

Store has very helpful people offering many suggestions for a wide variety of foot problems. They do offer custom orthotics. I saw many older customers ready to jump right in. My advice is to put the shoes on hold and check the price online with the retailer. It is usually lower. They will match the price usually. Secondly check with your insurance. Most insurance carriers will pay for custom orthotics if made by podiatrist Not from a shoe store. I found this store to only carry like 3 name brands. Found better deals online.

I had been suffering from sore feet for several years. It was difficult to walk more than a block or two without my feet getting tired and sore. I had tried inserts from the drug store and from online, but they didn’t help my aching feet. Someone suggested getting custom orthotics. I went to the local Foot Solutions store to do some due diligence. I was surprised at the cost of the orthotics and a little skeptical if they would be that much different than the ones I had purchased at the drug store. I was desperate, so I went ahead and purchased a pair. It took a week or so for them to come in, as I anxiously waited.When they came in, I quickly went down to Foot Solutions and they customized the orthotics to fit in my shoes. From the moment I put them on I could feel a difference. My feet felt energized. I put them to the test and took my dog for a long walk. My dog and my “dogs” were both feeling great!I was so impressed, I purchased a second pair of orthotics for my dress shoes. I’ve had them for a couple of years and they have made a dramatic improvement in the quality of my life! Most nights I take my dog for a 3-4 mile walk with no problems!Fast forward to the present. The cushion overlay on one pair of my orthotics had become worn down. I called Foot Solutions to have them re-cushioned. I spoke to May and she told me to drop them off. While I was waiting for her to finish re-cushioning them, she suggested I try a pair of Hubbard shoes.I tried them on and they felt great. I told her I’d be back in month or so to pick them up. I returned a month later, but May wasn’t there. I was helped by another salesperson. As it turns out the shoes, I had previously tried on were 9.5 wide, but the salesperson gave me a regular 9.5. I wore them for a couple of days hoping they might stretch out. When they didn’t, I went back to the Foot Solutions. May was there this time and right away recognized the problem. She ordered the right width shoes for me at no cost! I was blown away with how helpful she was and what a great asset she is to this store. Simply put, May is awesome! I’ll never buy my shoes anywhere else. Great shoes and fantastic customer service!
