My Mom and Me have been renting with Rent a Center since 2000. They are a really great store to rent from. That have great quality name brand and you have protection while your paying on it plus you can buy a program to extend your program. If you need something and it is not in the store they will work really hard to find it for you. I would not rent from anyone else everything in my home is from them. Love RAC!!

They have had my dryer for almost a month and all I keep getting is the get around! No one has called me about anything. I will not be going back to this store to buy anything else again!

Ive been getting stuff from the Galloway location in Mesquite since I moved to Mesquite 4 years ago the customer service is always on point Queena is one of the best sales associate ever always very nice helpful and knowledgeable everyone that Ive had the pleasure of dealing with at this location goes above and beyond to get you quality products just what you want when you want with very reasonable payments and they dont have a problem working with you when times are hard great people great store love ❤ them!!!!!!

This place is horrible. The customer service is so bad. They are the rudest people ever. We worked out a payment plan with them and the next day they called harassing and saying we never talked to anyone. The guy who called said no one is admitting they talked to us. Then he started threatening to call the cops. They all need to be fired. They have no training.

I came into this facility November 3rd to check out living room furniture and basically get pricing. The first 5-10mins in the store no one came to assist. After looking around on my own and price checking I was greeted by an employee. I informed her I was relocating and wanted to price check for my personal budget. She kept referring me to other locations instead of allowing me to look at the options they had it seemed like she just wanted to get me out the store. It was very rude. I wont be doing business with the company even in the next life.

Worst customer service.I had an issue with appliances I was renting through them, and when I asked to speak the manager, I was told she was busy. All 3 times that I asked.I was given a number for corporate, filed a complaint and was given a ticket number, in which I was told was passed to the District manager. A week goes by, I have not heard from the DM. I called again & was told that my ticket had been closed, so a new one was created, which I was told was also passed to the DM. Still have not heard anything. I called again, in regards to the SECOND ticket and she stated that it was created, but never sent to the DM. Awful. It has been 2 weeks now and I have yet to hear from anyone. It is no longer about the issue with the appliances; it is now about the horrible customer service experience.

This place is a joke the store manager likes to argue with customers and tells you to speak to her DM but cant even give out there number. And dont expect to get a couch from them if your wanting it up stairs they make excuses for why they cant deliver sad I was gonna choose them over Aarons but I assume they enjoy turning down business.

I had my identity stolen and did not sign anything but these guys still used extortion to get thousands of dollars out of me or I would get to sit in jail until my day in court to explain all this. Very predatory company. Youre better off finding deals on Craigslist. Also after doing the footwork and finding their merchandise they refused to pick it up. Eventually the merchandise was destroyed leaving the responsibility for it on me even though I didnt sign up for anything and my identity was stolen. Stay away from these guys.

Was told I only needed certain things to be able to be eligible to get items from this store, I had returned 2 weeks later and was told I was basically lied to.... the one who supposedly lied to me was a manager. Ended up saying screw it and went somewhere else for a bed. Im still in the market for a couch and a lazy boy chair but I guess Ill be looking elsewhere.

Doesn’t make sense to rent a $150 laptop for $700. Renting from here is a complete ripoff never do it might as well save the money and buy the things you need. Don’t continue to get ripped off.
