Beyond pleased with the customer service at this location. Lexus and Ismael helped me out. Lexus was very patient with me and answered all my questions professionally so I could fully comprehend the specs of what I was wanting to purchase. These guys deserve a raise and pat on the back because everything they did, they did it with a smile on their face. And thats rare these days. Thanks yall!

I used my 2 year extended warranty and did an exchange easily. They no longer carried the product I was returning ( b/c it was recalled) so they honored the warranty by exchanging it for the latest model.
My objective was to see about adding a software to my laptop, but I in up purchasing a new laptop....lol!! The sales person Andreas, was very helpful explaining the details of the new laptop I had purchased and he also answered all my questions and even showed me how I could explore some information I was needing for school. Even though it was closing time I didnt feel like I had to rush. I was very pleased with the services provided. 😀
Long story short, don’t trust what they list online because it may be far from the truth. You’re better off buying it from somewhere else…Drove 45 minutes to pick up an LG TV that was listed as “Open Box - Excellent Condition”.The entire reason for coming out to pick up this TV that was in supposedly excellent condition was to get a TV with all of the necessary accessories and parts.Once I arrived, the TV that was listed as excellent condition was littered with scratches on the metal frame of screen and it was missing every single part (ie hardware kit, remote, stand)I’m not mad that I wasted an hour and a half of my Friday night trying to pickup a TV that I was excited about. I’m frustrated that it was so inappropriately graded, but still listed as excellent condition.They did offer to knock down the price to the price of a fair condition TV, but that doesn’t help replace the fact that it does not have a stand or a remote, both of which I would’ve had to purchase separately eventually being more than what I would’ve paid for the excellent condition TV. Plus I would have to wait for shipping on the stand. Additionally even if I got a separate mount I would need to get people to install it because that’s not something that you should install by yourself for 65 inch TV.All I wanted to do was to buy a tv from Best Buy and enjoy the weekend. Clearly that’s not going to happen.I’m frustrated that I trusted that their listings would be the correct and I regret wasting the 1.5hrs coming out to this location.
Came in for a Robo vacuum and Melissa was a rockstar and helped me get the right one. She continued to be of great assistance and even helped me with purchasing a 70inch Samsung tv. Great employee!
Best Buy is a great place to get the top electronics, and schedule a pickup so your partner doesnt see you order their birthday gift on Prime! I ordered to the store for pickup and it was an in and out process with very friendly associates! I highly recommend making large electronic purchases here instead of letting them sit on your porch. Im glad I did and really appreciate their effort to make everything so easy!
Ok so Jimmy O. is literally the nicest, friendliest employee I have ever met. So much so in fact, that I tried to poach him into working with me at my company. Best Buy, you are lucky to have an employee as devoted to the positive representation of your company as Jimmy. I encourage you to give him a raise, if not his own franchise. Overall, this stores inventory matched their website (unlike walmart), had great customer service, and employees who care about your time.
Went to take my headphones in for warranty work. Geek squad was unable to fix them. They were still under warranty but they were not able to send them in due to their own negligence when filling out the warranty info.
I went to buy a.c. unit after comparison shopping. Got a really good deal. Then looked at fridges. I bought it and a.c.. Found out they delivered FREE I was like sold. Had bought fridge for 450.00 if I had bought this at home depot it would had been 819.00 plus 95.00 delivery fee. Best buy was the best buy... Thank u and will be back for washer and dryer.
I love Best Buy store in Mesquite! Sometimes my family and I just go to hangout. A lot of the associates know us by name and that feels great! This last time I purchased an LG TV and was very impressed with the knowledge and patience. the associate never once demonstrated frustration. He answered all my questions! Delivery was on time and very professional! I continue to hold Best Buy my number one place for my electronic needs!
Tried to get an iPhone repaired, but it turned out to be a very poor experience. Was completely mislead on what was done to fix the iPhone. The Geek Squad manager said the repair was completed, but the iPhone couldnt pass the diagnostics and that it would be necessary to take the iPhone to the Apple Store to get it fixed. It took two additions trips to the Apple Store to finally get the iPhone properly repaired all because Best Buy couldnt share what they actually did to the iPhone. Please avoid this store.
Sylvester was not a good worker..He is not a good worker, and I expected to be treated better, I was not going to rob them, and he kept looking at me as rude ... I hope I will be treated better or that the best buy company cordially invites me with a surprise for me because from me I never buy again at best buy and much less if sylvester is working there. Worst customer service at this store. Why should I have to find someone to sell me something. Was in the store for a camera for 25 minutes knew the camera I wanted(which was locked up). Not once did anyone even acknowledge I was there. Only when walking out the security screeners ask if they could get someone to help me. I bet if Id put something in my pocket they wouldve been there to help. Cant do zero stars. Lost a customer for life. I know no biggie to you
One of the managers on duty Angel at the Mesquite location along with his staff made sure that I was satisfied as a valuable customer. They are truly customer oriented.
The staff was ok, they were as helpful as they could be regarding what i was looming for. They only had 1 version of a mobile hotspot. It would be better if the selection was larger
During a hectic console release, Jimmy was level headed, dealt with chaos at the time and even fixed and issue I had on spot. True man of his word and very organized leader.

EVERYONE that i passed that worked inside that store were awsome, friendly and my return from a online purchase back to that store with no questions asked why etc were worth the drive vs mailing it back. The gentleman offered another product with good reviews helped alot and gave me some information of what others experienced with that item. I told him thanks for being nice, patient and his behavioral is a model of what customer service use to be like years ago. He smiled and said thank you and the big plus, he was young not much of that from some young people. Good job Best Buy. I will go back there in the future when need to purchase cell phone accessories.

Had special sales TV and other very busy but staff very friendly and not pushy to show items on special and treated me very well I am a senior and other phone stores that day were not that helpful pushy to sale their top phones above my budget and I am interested in a simple phone less expensive for SENIORS. 😳😁

Ive never had any issues at this store, everyone has always been helpful to me.--one this they do need to improve on is the wait time for curbside pickup, I waited for more than 30 to pick up 2 computer monitors. If I would have known this would happen, it would have been faster for me to go inside. It was my first time trying curbside pickup here so I wanted to see how well they would do. It was normal pleasant experience, this needs to be a service that is faster and more efficient.

It seemed like they had more people than experience in the store. What I mean by that is if you are able to walk to the store looking for someone and it takes 5 minutes when there are probably around 30 employees walking around.. Its not good customer service and I bought over $600 dollars worth of computer stuff and that takes time when you cant find stuff. Next time Ill try another location because I never found real help, only a point in the right direction.

I went to Best Buy near Town East Mall to grab a portable hard drive. It was an easy in and out with ample handicap parking near the front door.

Also when I ordered there was no option available to designate a pick up person. Good Customers Service these days is so Hard to find. However thats why I couldnt give 5 stars. I Shouldnt have to excessively ask for help when theres several employees. I rated 4 stars off the cleanness of the store an for the gentleman that assisted me after I waited for about 15 to 20 min if it wasnt for him saving the day I would have rated the store with a 3. He was polite and very knowledgeable when it came to all the devices and there components . As for the laderal of employees that where Aimlessly wondering around made eye contact with me but didnt speak or offer any type of assistance I felt like Casper.

Stopped in to do some Christmas shopping. The gift in particular was and item that is sold at the checkout. Which the floor sales employee advised us. Making the shopping experience much easier. Store was very busy but not crowed. Spacious store. Friendly and helpful employees conducting professional business.
Extremely hard to find Sales people that work the floor and is available to help. Waited almost 30 minutes for 1 of 3 cashiers to assist while another team member just stood there watching. How pathetic. I decided to take my business somewhere where my business and presence matters.
Purchased some Appliances from Best Buy in Mesquite. Lee-Angelica helped us with our purchase she was amazing. She approached us and was so helpful and thoughtful. I don’t normally get customer service like that at that location or anywhere in general. I would highly recommend her to friends and family if you are buying appliances. A+!!!

Ive bought items from Best Buy before but this is the first time I purchased something from this location. I bought a TV online and opted for the curbside pickup. It clearly says 1 hour pickup. I understand its the holiday season and theres going to be delays but if thats the case then change it to Same day pickup. So after 3 hours of waiting for an email I called them and was on hold for about 25 min so I had to go to store and go inside and wait in line to pickup my TV.
Left because I couldn’t get any assistance, plenty of employees, all to busy visiting each other…

Wow this place is big and has a whole lot of stuff. I got a great JBL bluetooth speaker and a battery backup power cord and felt like I got a pretty good price. The speaker sounds great and us very loud and I albsolutly love it. The power cord is great as well. They have a rewards program that I have signed up for with a little trouble but finally got it accomplished with 3 associates helping to finally get it done. I hope it was all worth it as I was told I would receive coupons and other deals. The store is very easy to get in and out of and I would definitely RECOMMEND this place but I would also RECOMMEND that you price check as I found one item (I didnt buy it) that was 10.00 less on Amazon. Hope you find some great goodies like I did and I know you will like it as much as I did, so happy shopping!!
Ive visited the Best Buy, Mesquite, Tx for help from the Geek squad. Both times Mariana, the manager helped me, while helping all others, when she wasnt required to.💕The second time I arrived for help, Lucy made me laugh through the pain of my required purchase to, keep my computer alive.😊 Mariana was excited to watch while helping so many others. I couldnt leave Best Buy without notifying Castillo their supervisor, of how grateful I am for the help, Ill never forget!😄💕

Yesterday i Went to buy a laptop, i know some stuff about laptops but not a whole lot, and mind you this is not the first time this has happen to me either. so i go in try to get help on a laptop You have two guys working the register,and third guy who i assume is there boss it was not even that busy just me and one person behind me and the two customers they are working on.there boss comes and ask if we need any help i told him what we needed help with and he says to stay inline and they will help me same with the people behind me.then he leaves and the line gets more busy, i just dont get it that guy ask us if we needed help just to tell us wait inline then what was the point? The two people working the register have no sense of urgency and finally after 20 plus mins later some back up came and tried to help me and i say tried because i understand these people work on commission aswell, thats not the issue the issue is when they try to sell you a higher price unit then what i really needed.the first time this happen i thought maybe it was just the sales person and now this other employee does it Aswell? i dont know if thats what they are train to do but it does not make me trust best buy no more.i dont mind spending money if needed but not to be taken advantage of, the only reason i know this is because i went to target,and the employee helped me out way more.turns out i didnt need the high price laptop for my needs,all and all im just really upset because at best buy i felt like a number,and thats all they saw me as,so unless youhave product knowledge go somewhere else if you really need someone to help you for your needs.

One of the craziest purchases I made. Walked out with a 55 tv and few other accessories for it. Drove off and was heading home excited. Talked myself into turning around and buying a larger TV with no hassle. Manager was kool and the assistant manager who assisted me with the purchase was Fantastic.

Store and site: the filters and options to compare on the website were simple and definitely made shopping around a little easier. I do wish the filters made it easier to determine which specific stored in wanted to include for inventory purposes. The option was there in some places but it didnt feel consistent or the process wasnt organic. The store staff (Mesquite,TX) were super friendly and helpful no complaints in service, only compliments. The actual store though has a going out of business vibe. It felt like a Sears liquidation sale. Empty shelves, empty spots on walls where demo models should be hanging, openned items for sale lined the floors.Product, 65 X90J: Sony never fails to impress. Sometime their prices are all over the board and a little to steep. This model checked all the boxes for me. Image is great, ease of setup was awesome! Android TV/Google made it very easy. All my content and apps loaded with a single login. Very nice. The remote feels fragile so I did order a cover for it on Amazon. Was pleasantly surprised to see that its and actual thing. Wall mounting was a breeze and I no longer need my Chromecast. THE SOUND QUALITY.... it sounds like its on speakerphone. All treble, no bass. A soundbar is a must!
Did a curbside order early in the morning around 9:45 am by 10am when they open my order was brought out to me fast I will definitely be coming back to this Best Buy in the near future !
I used to buy all my electronic needs here, but I recently went in to buy a new laptop, never got any help so had to walk out and go somewhere else. Come on, Best Buy, your customers need guidance when buying an expensive new gadget, so please provide the personnel to help us spend lots of money there.
