I love the service here at Sally Beauty. Its amazing how much you can learn if you just ask. I am almost an expert at taking care of my hair needs. It saves a lot of money when you doing yourself plus the satisfaction 👌

The manager shared information about another employee negatively, wasn’t professional and it was something personal pretty sure the person they were talking about still works there or left I would not work at this location seems very messy and rude please check the people you hire this store already have issues I rather drive to another beauty supply store or go to the one on Towneast. People steal out this store and get away with it. My experience there was not great it was very negative I felt that they thought I was stealing and all I was doing was looking at items I can dye my hair with and all I got out of it if I needed help and I said no and they watching me as if I’m a suspect felt uncomfortable. Go to another place people it’s better places out here.

The lady working today was very nice and helpful in putting my purchase together.

This is a good place to shop . But be aware that they do not refund or exchange due to covid.19.

I went in to buy some cuticle remover and there was none on the shelf. The associate said it would be tomorrow before the shelves would be restocked because of the large amount of product recieved.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff is very helpful and the manager is very helpful.

Ive worked here part time at this location in the past, the manager has never racially profiled nor have the staff. The manager is Hispanic and the assistant manager when she was there was African american. When working there we were coached to provide great customer service by speaking to every guest and making suggestions about product. It seems this previous lady was insecure in some way to accuse someone of making small talk but then turned around and said it was a way to stalk her in the store no madame it is to do what you said in the remainder of your comment, to promote sales by being friendly and suggest products and educate you on ingredients ... Either way as a frequent shopper and previous employee I want to give five stars because honestly this location is one of the best Sallys ever ... It is smaller so it doesnt carry all products but the customer service is the BEST

Shame on Sally!!! NO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! The employees of this location follow black people around aisle by aisle. They will make small talk or pretend to be straightening up the shelves but in reality what they are doing is following black customers around like criminals instead of a consumers. Black people and anyone else that they have racially or economically profiled please DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER STORE THAT DO NOT RESPECT YOU!!! Everyone has the right to shop freely, read lables and make informed purchases without being placed under surveillance by racist employees. Its a retail store that depends on sales to stay in business. Do not give them a sale if they disrespect you and your right to shop without being followed.

Went in there to buy some clippers. There all behind the counter. None the less wasnt allowed to read the details of each one because there behind the counter. How you suggest I buy a product I cant read?

Bad customer service the manager their is really rude when I try to ask her right away she approaches mean with a wrong attitude,! Never going their again !😡😡😡
