The bad: No one offered any help finding the pair of boots needed... big and nice selection, but at the same time, to many, had to roam many isles on my own, with a bit of help, couldve saved 30-45 minutesof searching... on the other hand, the cashier, shes a very nice person, (didnt get a name), 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for her..

I had an older cowboy hat that lost its shape. Dalina took great care of me and my hat while I waited. Nice new band (lost the old one in some antics where the hat ended up underwater) and hat is nicely shaped amd clean! Doubly thankful because I dont wear it that often and it is trained to my head so I dont have to break in a new one now. Thanks Dalina!

The customer service is very poor. After waiting 30 mins TWO young ladies still failed to bring my size in boots. Id give it 1 star but my husband was happy with the service he received via the hat Dept. Actually now that I think about it he was treated much better than I was all around. Very annoying considering how much money we spent and would of spent more If someone brought me a darn boot.

This boot barn here mesquite Texas has the worst workers. Not nice or friendly at all....just to be my best boot barn to go to, but not now!!! Its always a problem when I go this one. Either they hate to help you, dont want to look stuff and the way they dress. I know the promotion there close but there should be some things you dont wear.

My kids wanted boots and a my son also wanted a hat and so, off we went. Normally I go to the boot store across 635 which starts with a C and, we did. The problem is, the service was not what I was accustom too from them and the selection was based on a different clientele. My wife and daughter did find boots there but only after being told by a, I could care less person where they were. We all had a problem with the staff being very lax about masks and, with Mesquite having lots of cases you would have thought they should not be. But, the staff was hardly wearing theirs so why should shoppers?But, we then drove over to Boot Barn. My daughter said as soon as we walked in how much better it felt here.We not only found boots and a hat for my son, my wife and daughter found lots of things they really wanted. The staff was fantastic in helping with his boot selection and helping with his hat choice, sizing and fitting. Everyone followed guidelines and cared about the shoppers. Selection was fantastic and allowed me to only go over what I budgeted by a little. But, I know my son will have his boots and hats for years to come.You guys have converted me and my family to Boot Barn shoppers.

BB is one of the largest country and western wear stores in North Texas. As expected, they have a huge selection of mens and womens western wear. They have tons of mens and womens boots. The staff is pretty friendly, and they are doing something at all times. Except for boots, your free to roam around and shop on your own. The staff is there if/when you need them and there is always two or three people to help with boots.

First of all, Blake was very helpful. I was in a hurry, frazzled, and not thinking clearly because I was trying to prepare for my moms funeral. About 45 years ago my mom threw my boots away because they were worn out. I loved those boots, so I got them out of the trash and continued to wear them. Today Blake helped me pick the perfect pair of new boots for an extremely difficult day. Mom would love em.As far as the store: great selection of boots and other items, though I didnt get to browse due to time constraints. Obviously- the place smells great.

This 5 star is for you and your staff John. Im leaving my old review under this just to let people know that what I felt and observed on my first visit and what I observed this time and that I’m not prejudice in any way.Old review with 1 star: I really hate to say this but the impression I got there was that if you’re a person of color you’re not welcome. When I entered the store there were 2 female employees standing at the check out counter they looked at me and just ignored. On boot section old dude was working and I tried to talk to him and he just walked away. I keep getting the strange looks there and I felt so uncomfortable that I left the store in 15 minutes. I would avoid to visit the the boot barns in Mesquite or Frisco again. I hope everyone gets a better experience.

My favorite place to shop for clothes

Not much kid clothes, literally have this little corner back in the back for the kids and the store is the size of a warehouse. Nothing for ages 8 to 14 (size10-16) no boots either very small variety literally like 6 pairs.

We enjoyed our visit, I found a great coat and found my girlfriend a very nice pair of boots. The young man Blake was very helpful during our visit even offering to carry our items to the counter so we could continue our shopping conveniently.The only hiccup was a cashier forgot to remove a security tag and we did not notice it until we were back home 2hrs away. So I had to make a trip the following weekend to get it removed. And again Blake was there to help. He was one of the many great employees there.

Everyone that lives Warren was extremely helpful. They answered whatever questions we have and we will end up walking out with two pair of motorcycle boots, 3 Cody James hats, 1 Cody James western shirts and two ladies shirts. Place was a mess line was so long my husband put his stuff back and we left. Bathroom the ladys was so nasty paper everywhere

They need to have shirts that are longer for taller people my hight is 6 3 and the small portions of shirts they cary for taller people still fit short and most of their shirts they cary are for tucking in basically if your someone that is my hight 6 3 or taller or if you like shirts that you can wear with out tucking them in is not a good place to go

This Boot Barn is one of the larger facilities they have in the DFW area. We were referred to go here bt the Boot Barn in Dallas to clean out hats, because the one in Dallas did not have enough staff due to COVID-19. Even though the place was busy, it was still very neat, clean, and the employees there were very courteous and helpful.

The selection of clothes and boots is great. The quality is good to very good. The negative is service. If you need to try on clothes (the door locks immediately when anyone walks out. You wont be fast enough to catch the door unless you are luck enough to know someone is walking out and you are standing at the door to grab it when they do.), cant find a mate to a boot or any other question, they are extremely short staffed. You will spend more time hunting for help than for the goods you came in to buy. They are kind and helpful when you finally get somebody. But, bring your patience when you walk in the door. And make sure you have lots of time. Unless you already know what you want and where it is, you will need it.
