Helpful staff. Ive been in here a few times. Store is laid out very easily. Customer service is good. They have casual shoes and dress shoes for everyone. Also they have handbags.

I was surprised with all the different style of shoes they have. Went to get shoes for my kids ending up getting two pair for myself.

Lots of nice shoes & good prices, only very small section of dress shoes for ladies to wear with evening gowns. Not ALL LADIES wear high heels. Couldnt find. Went with my friend thats in her 70s & Couldnt find any nice flats to go with her evening gown. This place needs more choices.

The young lady did not offer to assist after asking her where to find a certain size.

I was going to return the shoes I bought from another location Shoe carnival store. However, the manager (Patrick) refused to return and wants me to take it back to the store I purchased. He said he only can give me store credit. He also said he is not caring the shoe I want to return. But, he has the same shoe for sale in store when I look around. Bad customer service. No manners at all.

Staff were helpful and Friendly. I just wish they still had the spinning wheel😂

Usually love this place, amazing deals, always my go-to. Recently bought shoes that fit great in store, wore them for a few hours and they gave me blisters! So I came to return them, usually it’s fine, the purchase was only a few days ago and they were not raggedy at all... management was just a little rude about the return. Idk maybe I just wasn’t in the mood, but i will not be coming back here again.

This review is more so for my online experience. I literally put in the order for 4 pairs of shoes on a Sunday late at night and recieved 3 out of the 4 shoes on Tuesday! Super pleased with this online experience, also you can never beat the prices! The only downfall was this was my second time ordering on a tax free day and was still charged taxes.

Great place a lot of different brand shoes Nike, pumas, adidas, Reebok, Vans and so on. Soon, as for kids adults, everybody in the family, they also have dress shoes. Theres also a lot of staff here to help you out, find all the shoes you need and plenty of cash registers we were in and out pretty quick, really did not have to wait in a line.

Very wide selection helpful staff. On my visit the cashier even checked to assure I had shoes in the proper size that matched. Someone had swapped the sizes by accident and it was a source of a few chuckles at check oit

Issue at the check out. The clerk wanted my email address. I did not want to give it to him because of the spam that already gets emailed. When I wouldnt give it to him, he created an email address. I called him out on it to which he said they have to have something for the system. I swiped my card to pay and before I could confirm the amount HE HITS THE EMAIL AND PRINT RECEIPT icon for me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THAT AT ALL. So my receipt went to that bogus email address. Now my credit card number has been emailed to an email address on an iCloud account I dont have. I called the bank stopped my card but that was a big red flag not ever to go back to this place.

I went in to return two pair of shoes with receipts. The cash register Abigail didnt understand that I was returning both full price and half price shoes I had gotten. So she had to call Patrick the store manager and he told me I had returned everything I had bought there. Which I dont understand why its any of his bussiness what I return I had my receipts as proof of purchase and the shoes were in tact never even taken out of the box. I told him that was the beauty of recipes that you could return things. He told me he was doing it out of courtesy! Courtesy what Courtney I had my receipts!! I told him I wont shop there again because he was rude and he said he wasnt being rude. I asked them for the number to file a complaint and he told me it was online. I have already called. My advice dont return things at this store because the cashier is not trained to do her job and Manger gets upset if you do. If they dont want to serve the customers than they need a different job.

Found a great deal on boots for the fall / winter season. Very pleased with the sale and boot selection.

Staff was nice...My reason for give it 3 stars is because we were having a hard time trying to find the shoe size and stile...It was all confusing. Many brands had stiles with names almost identical to each other. Consecuently, this created a confusion on stiles and sizes making it hard for customers to find what we were looking for...

The clearance section is pretty nice and organized and reasonable clearance prices. They have some pretty good sales and the store was picked up and clean, which for most stores, is not normal on a Saturday afternoon.

Patrick is too aggressive without listening to what your saying first sounds ready to get upset and argumentative. Take business elsewhere.

She started off with no enthusiasm and finished with a mumble, honestly couldnt tell what the last few words were. This gave us a bad first impression of the place. They have a decent amount of shoes that cheap price staff there is really you can typically find any type of shoes that you want and rashes to activewear to flip flops any color you want also I typically try to keep a wide variety they also have a kids section take care of the same dress shoes boots flip-flops tennis shoes

The manager at this mesquite location was a total jerk. We came in with an infant and toddler used the shopping cart from next door planned on buying at least 6 pairs of shoes doing some Christmas shopping. The young lady already found us the main shoes we needed the manager comes up and tells us we have to leave cause we are using a cart that isnt affiliated with them. Repeated we need to leave now. What does it matter. We could of let the kids destroy the store but we dont do that. Ugh these people are just rude.

Do not shop at this location. Theyre RACIST! Me and my family came into this location and they kept on falling us as if we where going to steal something. I was returning some shoe I got for my daughter same shoe just a bigger size. We where in there about 5 minutes max and an associate asked me at least 5 times if I needed any help. She kept on walking around us in a circle. Then my husband went to go look at some shoes for men and they followed him until he just felt uncomfortable and left out. As I went to do my exchange I had 2 pair of shoes in the bag and the recipe the lady asked for help. Some one came to help her I guess a manager and she aske was I purchasing both of the shoes I told her I wasnt buying anything I was doing a exchange. So she asked me on what I said only on one pair of shoes she said so your buying to other I said no I all ready purchase them. All she had to do was look at the recipe they where there. As all of this is going on two other BLACK MEN walk in all they follow them but when the group of Hispanics come in they greet them them and no one followed them and it was 8 of them. It just saddened me that in 2018 we as BLACK PEOPLE still have to indure racism. But why? When them as hispanics are a minority race too. I didnt even know what to tell my kids because they ask why did they do us like that and not the other people. If you dont want to encounter these type of experience dont shop here.

I went in to make a shoe purchase and was checked out by Shae a store Mgr but the he stated that my purchase didnt go thru with my credit card payment .. asked if I could I could do it again .. I did it again and he stated it didnt go thru again ..asked if I could try it again .. I felt concerned about that and logged online to check my crefut card to see that it was taken from my account and IT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT .. I asked for the store Mgr and he stated that him and a female was the store management.. I let them see that the transaction was taken out my account and they told me that bc a receipt didnt print they was unable to give me my shoes .. told me to call the corporate office .. REALLY ?? Are you serious!!! I need to call bc they knew their machine was acting up and instead of shutting down that register .. they choose to keep it open and be inconsiderate of customers .. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN !!! So Im stuck without shoes and having to call my bank to try and get my money back !!! What a great way to treat customers
