I always make my payments in this store always receive great customer service. Yesterday I went in because I was having an issue with my international calls, Maria was great so nice. They were closed at 2:23pm in the afternoon when theyre supposed to close at 5pm while open sign was on

The employees here work when they feel like it. I literally saw the worker eating in her car in the parking lot as I ( and three other customers ) walked up during business hours and attempted to enter the store, only to find the doors locked. This is not even the first time its happened.

Best customer service Ive had from any Boost Mobile store in the area, employees care about my needs and not just selling me a phone or plan that will exceed my needs. Loving Boost service so far I will keep updated.

Showed up at 11am, store said it opens at 10am, open sign was on, but door was locked. I tried to call location, they werent available to take my call. Boost, are you open for business or not?

Its the worst store. I just bought a case for my Stylo 4, I left the store and on my way to my car I noticed that the case has a crack in one side then I went back to the store and I explained to the girl what happened and she called the stores owner who refused to replace the case, instead they tried to sell me another one. This people are scammers, I recommend everybody never go there.

Its not the store thats bad its the phones and the phone service boost mobile has terrible service and phones dont go there please I know at&t is a little more expensive but go there and get the best service.🤗

Horrible employees.A year or two ago, they had the door locked so that they could take a nap in the back, in the middle of the day.
