Me and my husband have bought 2 phones from here at different times. The first time we did have a problem with the phone, we took it back and they solved the issue, and gave us more warranty time. My phone screen died at work. The next morning after finding this place on Facebook I showed up and they didnt have the listing I was looking for anymore. They did however have a brand new version of what I was looking for for 40$ more than the listing, which was unexpected for sure. While ringing me up I was blabbing about the drama and insued after my phone suddenly died, and they threw in a case.So they saved me big time since the ice storm was wrecking everything logistical. Instead of waiting a week for a new phone I found a great deal the next morning.
