The guy who helped me continued to try and sell me a used item for a new price the I switched the game to one that was new he sold me a lie ok that one is on me I got wrapped up in the conversation but the biggest problem I had was he didnt count out my change to me just threw it into my bag with receiptI counted my change went home to find out not everything was in my bag. Kid was confused and try to convince me I got everything I paid for. Not worth the energy to argue.
I pulled up 15 minutes until closing and asked the closer why they were closing early and no answer was given. I was told not today maam. If you are not honoring posted hours then you need to fix them.

They will falsely advertise And tell you that you get one thing and then when they find out that they are wrong instead of trying to correct it they were argue with you that theres nothing they can do Into you argue with them enough to where they might try to give you A little something As long as you dont ask for the item they promised you
Great customer service that will try to help you find what you are looking for if they dont have it in stock. Very friendly & lots of space in the store & thats great for me because Im in a wheelchair so Im not running into things.

Staff was helpful and very friendly; however, was almost sold a damaged product that I had on hold for the past day. Called the day before to me sure they had it and was never told it was a display unit nor that it was damaged until the moment I was about to checkout. Drove 30 minutes just to come out empty handed

I preordered the collectors bundle of Persona 5 R and have been calling for the past two days to pay it off and pick it up. I want to know what they are going to do about preorders when theyre not accessible in the app. I paid for part of the preorder and was told to come and pick it up after I paid it off.
The guy was amazing! He was really helpful while assisting my husband and I, he was the only one in the store and he took his time with ever single customer that came in and gave the ultimate gaming experience! I wish I had his name but he was tall with glasses, very patient, and respectful!
Good customer service, great employees. Everyone wants their own experience when walking into a retail store. If you have questions they will answer them the best they can. Since there is a Game Trade down the road there is a bit of competition. I know a lot of workers from both stores. One is a corporate guideline store (GameStop) and the other is trying really hard to be a corporate run store (Game Trade). You can pick and choose what you want, but if you want a game, good experience, and want to give your Nerdy/Geeky side a chance to stretch out. Go in positive and you wont be disappointed. Remember, these employees have lives too.

Went to see if there were any good game sales and Pop figures, was not disappointed. I found The Division 2 with a $19.99 NEW tag and asked if that price was right compared to $59.99, they said theyll charge me that since thats what it showed. Also was asked if there was any particular Pop figure I was looking for(Squirtle)and when I told the guy he instantly pulled it out and let me choose which one of multiple I wanted. Will be returning to this store since I also pre-ordered Borderlands 3 from there.

They Put the wrong cable in the bag when I bought a used wired controller. Thats like if you worked at taco bell and made bean burritos all day and all the sudden put meat instead of beans in it and wrap it up. You know meat dont go in there.

I went to trade in a game console on 12/15/2016 and repurchase a different game system for my son for Christmas. I had previously went to a different location but they did not have the item and was giving be full price for my trade in and stated that the only thing that was wrong with it was that the kickstand was missing which I replaced. I then go to this location and was informed that the buttons were not pressing easily and they took 50.00 off. She also processed a fully new joystick as refurbished and shouldnt have. I called and told her after going back and forth about the 50.00, that she took off for the controller as well and she stated that it was a mistake. I then asked for a manager that she informed would not be in until 4. I could not make it back the same day so I called back the next morning to speak with the manager who informed me of a totally different issue saying that the remote was sliding properly. I informed that was not the reason the previous girl told me. He argued me down stating that was the reason. I informed that I would be back up there and wanted the lady to be there as well. He then called me back stating that he was wrong and yes it is the buttons. I was like sir.... ok.. youre getting to cover yourself. Very horrible experience
Not much of a gamer. My sons, of course, is. This store has always had good customer service. The two gentlemen actually get out from behind the register to engage, to help and answer questions when possible.
Whent to pick up a pre-own game they said that the game is on hold.
FIX YOUR PHONES!! We called so many times and no one answered. We called while in the store just to test it and it didn’t even ring. One of the employees was on his personal phone too. Horrible!
The only reason I come here is cause my boyfriend is in love with call of duty, soon he will have to spend his life with that game cause it wont be me. Hahahahhaahaha

Overall this store is better than other GameStops Ive been to before but todays experience turned me away from the location. I work for a different game company but I liked to shop at this location because they have a wider selection of Pop figures and collectables. When checking out, the associate (whos name is William according to my receipt) asked if I had or had ever had a membership card, to which my response was no I dont shop here enough or spend enough money here for me to want one. I was wearing my work shirt and showed him as a way of saying hey I just come here for a few things. He said in a kind of aggressive tone that I never want to see you in my store again. After my purchase I decided that a wider selection than my store wasnt worth the hostility.

Worst customer service ever. I preorder a game using my cousins card and they wont let me pick it up because he isnt there. Never had this issue before. Dont shop here gametrade down the street is 10x better service than this

I refuse to go here anymore. i walked in 1 day with a game (cant remember title) and they offered me $5 for it when they were selling it for $25. In short, theyre price gougers from hell. They dont know much about games and just to purchase 1 game you have to stand in line for at least 30-45min then listen to their sales pitch about their special card which gets you almost nothing. To summarize i havent gone back in 2 years and i HIGHLY recommend Game Trade. Theyre not much farther up Galloway and their prices are more fair. On top of that they carry titles gamestop doesnt even advertise, Game Trade has classic games and they have their own gaming center. Game Trade has been my mecca since i started going there.

Very bad experience I went to buy a card to buy things on Roblox and the boy who attended me did not want to sell the card, he sold me according to some codes and we tried to enter them and we could never customer service, they did not help us, nor did they want to return my money. shamelessly $ 30 dollars what courage 😡
