Pretty Decent place to get your phone fixed. My boyfriend got his IPhone XR fixed for a reasonable price. Way cheaper than what the other competitors were offering and we were in and out in like 5 minutes. Literally FIVE minutes. And he gave us a free screen protector. My boyfriends phone works completely fine.

I had a really bad experience with this place. I went in to have my screen for my Samsung 20+ fixed, and ended up with extra issues. My screen cracked and was not able to respond when touching the screen, so when I took it they told me this was an easy fix and I was to that the front screen would cost 340.00 and since it is with a card it is 368.00, I really needed my screen fixed so I swiped my card and I told them the urgency since I would be traveling international. I got my phone back and the back was now missing the corner piece by the camera Tony offered to order it and take care of it, so I thought ok cool. Fast forward I arrive to the airport and I try to te a picture of my parking spot and my camera isnt working. I called and Julian answered I told him to relay the message to Tony. I flew back from out of the country a few days later and I take my phone in to have the back fixed and now the camera fixed but Tony was never given the message about the camera. The back gets replaced and I get told I have to come back agan.. to have my camera fixed. As I am using my phone I realize that it is not only camera still not working but now to use my phone I have to place it on speaker. I spoke to the owner which he offered to correct it and eventually did so but I truly feel that the service given by the employees was poor. Also, it smelled like straight weed when I took it it tonget fixed, which that is fine if that is what you do but be professional at work.

I have to give a so-so review because today was my first experience with this service. It was quick and fairly priced, and my phone looked brand new after they were done. Then the trouble started. My first issue was that the Touch ID on my phone stopped working for some reason. However, I looked it up online, and it was an easy fix. THEN, I noticed the vibration on my phone wasnt working. I tried going into the settings and figuring out this issue, but to no avail. Upon more online research, I hypothesize that it may be an issue with the new screen on my phone interfering with the motor, for which I plan to bring my phone back in tomorrow. However, I became even more irritated at one final glaring problem. As lack of a proper case resulted in me having to replace the screen in the first place, I find it incredibly ironic that placing my phone into a new case would cause my screen to crack yet again. Im curious to know if this establishment uses shoddy materials, because I have never been able to crack my screen in such a way before. Im going back, but only because I want my phone actually REPAIRED, and I want answers.

Went to get my screen fixed because my camera didn’t work and when I got it back it was still blurry. Phone fell on carpet WITH screen protector on and not only did it crack but the middle of my screen went black. My home button was also loose a week after I got it fixed. Their customer service was great but the actual service sucked. Do not recommend

Id like to commend Mike in the Mesquite MiPhone Doctor location for excellent customer service. Because the phone was for a visiting manager for my company, Mike went out of his way to drive downtown (twice) for parts. Its hard to find people that literally go that extra mile for you. I have already recommended that store to co-workers.

I buy and sell of eBay since 1999 as well on Amazon and others where rating is the normal. At some point along the way, after so many transactions eventually someone cant be pleased. I decided on Dr. Phone (Mesquite) by reading the negative feedback, then the attitude in which Dr. Phone dealt with each issue. Impressive. Kieth at Mesquite was helpful, informative and did a great job!

Keith (marine vet) was very professional, upfront and skilled at his trade. Completed a very difficult job soldering a new charging port on a Nexus 6. Not sure if anyone else can around can handle such task. Highly recommend for any phone fixing duty!

These guys were great! Fixed our iPhone 4s back that was cracked in less than 5 minutes for $40. It was a great bargain and very glad they worked quickly. They are open on the weekends, including Sunday, despite their voicemail.

We went in on Sunday at 2:30 pm to find out if they could fix the iphone 5 screen. We didnt expect them to be able to do it since they were closing at 3:00, but thought it couldnt hurt to ask. Mike was super nice and helpful. He told us that it would be 30 minutes. Knowing that we were trying to get to a late lunch he was able to turn it around in 15 minutes. He had excellent customer service!!!! He took the time to also explain the difference in each case that was available in their wide selection. Super nice guy! Super nice place! Super experience!PS~ Hes a Marine so I was glad to support someone who served our country!

Im not too sure what his name is but he wears a marine emblem necklace. He is very very very helpful I had a problem at batteries bulbs plus the smashed some pins of mine and I got it repaired although had trouble charging the phone still took it back some other guy working there seemed like he didnt wanna take a look at it but I ended up going back when the guy with the marine necklace was working and he looked through my phone and got it to charge from 1-10 his customer service is a 20 man hes helpful and doesnt complain and answers all your questions. I would be returning for sure!

UPDATE: I set a password on my phone, and I got locked out of my own phone because of it?? Phone got disabled . I don’t know what it is but the black guy(don’t know his name) always seems to mess up my phone, real nice though. So I took it up there to get fixed and the white guy(don’t know his name either) was there so I explained to him the problem and all he could say was “We only fix phones we don’t change passwords never have never will” like ??? I never said anyone did it’s just that I’ve only ever came to them to fix my phone not to give me attitude. Don’t know if he’s the manager, the owner it doesn’t matter that’s not how you handle business . Lol FOUND A BETTER AND LESS EXPENSIVE PHONE REPAIR SHOP LITERALLY RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER CALLED ‘FIXAPHONE’ I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM THE GUY IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND GETS THINGS DONE WAY FASTER! (Miphone was going to charger $25-not a problem- with a 2-3 hour wait time, Fixaphone charged 20 and had it done in 30 minutes😉)I broke my phone, they fixed it no problem $50 bucks great! Couple days later the calibration started messing up so I took it back to get fixed, they fixed it no charge because of the free ‘90 day warranty’ . Speaking of the warranty, it’s trash it doesn’t cover anything “physical” like a broken screen they won’t fix and I’m not upset about it it’s just that they should have said what all the warranty covers instead of trying to make it sound good. Trust me anything that sounds too good to be true IS! Customer service is okay, no problem with the guys that work up there at all but the quality isn’t great🤷🏾‍♀️. I personally wouldn’t recommend them but they get the job done for a cheap price.

These guys are awesome and super nice and pretty fast with switching out screens. The only issue that I experienced was with the replacement screens themselves. I had a defective screen which was eventually switched out but now this screen has an odd Yellow tint and glitches really bad. They keep saying it’s touch disease.Update: I went to another place and got my screen replaced. Wouldn’t you know, no issues. My phone does not have touch disease, it was the screens the whole time. And I paid $100 less.

Worst place to buy anything!!! Bought a I pad mini in there for Christmas and before Jan 31 was in there four times to get it fixed went back one more time cause it totally died!! No refund no nothing just pick up your device ohh. No phone call either had to keep calling cause they told me nothing about my device ! Second time using this shop. Both time for the teens IPhone. They are a great help and have saved us a bundle by not having to buy a new phone. First time was the screen replacement, this second time the phone went swimming and after a week in rice it still wasnt turning on. Looks like it is probably not fixable. Bummer but at least she has a 5 that just needs the battery replaced! Thanks for being patient and serving us as we walked in close to closing!

Got an iPhone 4 screen repaired here. After I got it back, it kept turning off and rebooting itself. Took it to the Apple Store. They took it into the back, came back after a few minutes, and said, Did someone recently replace your screen? I said yes. They said, Because it looks like someone just slashed up your logic board with a plastic tool. I got to pay for the screen repair plus $200 for a new phone since they destroyed mine. I would have been better off chunking my old phone in the garbage. Would have saved me money.Update to respond to owner: I did return it, assuming it would be fixed. The person at the front counter said it was impossible that they had scratched it as their techs are certified by Apple. I showed them the phone and told them what the Apple tech said, and he just shrugged and said it was impossible. I asked what they would do, and he shrugged again. I said, So, what are you telling me? He again reiterated that his tech was certified by Apple and that it was impossible that they had scratched it. I kind of stood there for a minute, waiting, before finishing with, So...wait, are you telling me theres nothing you can do? You just broke my phone and theres nothing you can do. He just kind of shrugged, looked behind me, and started helping another customer. I walked out.

I took it the there the day my iPhone 6 cracked and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes. I think the price is also fair because they do such a great job. I forgot who the woman was that helped me but Thank you!

Lol this weekend would be my third time going there for the same phone and cracked screen.I really do enjoy how smoothly things go here, not busy,fair cost and in the middle of town! Honestly if you think about it the work done is very cost efficient, most expensive part is the physical piece for said rep.

I took my iPhone here to get fixed after I dropped it in a pool. They replaced the screen and the battery, but the phone still didnt work because it had too much water damage. Since it didnt work, they didnt charge me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I went in for a screen repair and when I went to pick it up a couple of hours later the home button was very loose and low. The bottom of my screen where its supposed to be white has some small black areas on the bottom as well and the left side of my screen is loose. I would definitely never recommend this place.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! A complete rip off, my son had his phone repaired exactly one week ago and its broken again and the so-called 90 day warranty is not for anything broken. It was a component under the screen that broke and the owner insists that he broke it when the phone has been in an enclosed case since repair (1 week ago)....he was charged another $100....and theres no guarantee it wont break again....how can you have any phone and drop it 100 times before it breaks and not drop this one at all and after 1 week its broken again. PISSED and dont like it when folks take advantage of kids!!!!!

Took in an iPhone to have the microphone fixed because it was not working sometimes, when he tested it it worked but I still left it since it was failing; before that I opened it myself and marked the part and guess what he did not change it it still has the sharpie mark, and still charged me 45 bucks. Scam artist dont go here.

This shop was the best. I bought my iPhone in for a cracked glass repair and the tech staff was very concientious about their work and delivered when promised. They made sure everything was perfect before I left out of the door.

I paid $130 to get my screen fixed, they didnt attach it correctly and my screen popped out. they didnt want to fix it and blamed it on my phone. I wont waste my money to come back to this crap place.

My daughters phone screen broke. We called Apple store the which over an hour away from us. We needed an appointment was told it would be 2 weeks ! I found out about Miphone Dr by a friend. I called, the gentleman was very friendly said I could bring device that day if no internal damage to phone it would be 30 mts -1 hr to repair. Device itself was fine simply needed screen. It took 20 mts reasonably priced. Will defintely use Miphone Dr again.!!!!!

My 12 yr old daughter has a apple i phone 5 she dropped it and the screened shatterd like a spider web i called several cell phone repair places and noone had the screens avail because they have to be shipped outside the U.S and because they are so expensive and the 2 places that did where extremly high over $200.00 i called the apple store same thing over $200.00 for a refurb because they would have to replace the phone and her phone was fully fuctional. my insurance to file a claim was as high and everyone else. i work in mesquite and i drove by Mi Phone i decided to go in and ask the guy I spoke to said he was waiting on the screens to come in and that he would call me when they arrive couple days later he called me i brought the phone in he was cheaper than everyone i called including my insurance that i have on the phone he had my phone fixed in less than 20 minutes its perfect now and I spent less than what i was quoted by everybody including my insurance. NOW I HAVE A HAPPY 12 YR OLD WITH A BRAND NEW PHONE AGAIN AND EXTRA MONEY LEFT OVER so i took my extra money and bought a great colorful otter box from MI PHONE. THANK YOU you have a forever customer!

Hands down horrible. On the phone they said it would be a day, once there it was a week and a week later they said they didnt have the parts in. Once i picked it up the once cracked screen was fixed but not even, apps, and pictures all gone, and the camera didnt work. Stood around for a half hour while they checked it which included the tech googling what to do if my if my sd card doesnt show up or how to fix camera phone.I rated poor to fair but really wish there was something lower.
