The young lady taking my order was great and helpful. But I went to ask if a drink sitting on the counter was mine because I thought I may have missed my name and that employee was rude. Also my medium drink was half empty but I had to get to an appointment so had to leave.

Starbuck has a large array of very good drinks. Their staff is friendly. If you need a drink of coffee, tea, or something sweet, then this place is right for you!

I love this place! After only a couple times going, the employees recognize and greet me by name! The staff is very friendly and helpful!

04/13/21: Very friendly staff at this location despite me being sleepy and not knowing what I wanted to order. Lol01/17/21: I’ve been to this Starbucks location since way back in the day. The staff on my recent visit was friendly and kind. They were understaffed, but weren’t stressed out/overwhelmed and still kept on working hard. I had to wait awhile for my drinks and food, but it was fine since the staff made the wait more pleasant. For sure the staff is great here. Thanks!!

My favorite Starbucks employees! They are always slammed but they handle it so well. Such a high stress environment and they do it flawlessly. Hugo and, I think she’s a manager, long brown hair, forgot to look at her name while she zoomed around!… they’re the best. Love this Starbucks.

I see nothing change at this location at all rose is still rude as blank. So sad surly glad my daughter choose to get a job at Chick-fil-A instead of this unprofessional location. Brandon even as a manger is rude. I guess next time I try to one is down the street that’s just open maybe I can get better customer service there

This Starbucks is convenient location near the mall. Love the cold brew coffee. Great for long drives on a hot day.

I was literally kicked out of the store with my friend once we were inside! It was extremely rude and I have never experienced anything like that in my life. I didnt get her name but she was African-American and she even yelled at the other workers why isnt the door locked!? even as we were leaving she was closing the door on me as I was walking out like calm down hun you already kicking me out no need to hit me with the door.And im sure she lied to us about the closing hours she said they closed at 8 but I went in at 9:30 because the close at 10 and they were literally just cleaning so how does it take you 1 hour and 30 minutes to start cleaning?.

Customer service is usually good there but this one day that I actually want they have a guy that works in there he knows very very slow

My neighborhood Starbucks: Hugo is my go to barista and he is so friendly and there is a black woman I never caught her name but she is a delight every time I go I highly recommend these two and they know my name which makes me feel extra special

They are always out of cinnamon or caramel but what do you expect?? Thats the good stuff so its expected 🤷🏽‍♀️. Other than that the drinks are always good.

Please dont serve burnt tasting coffee, nobody wants that.... Hot or cold.

Market East in Mesquit was JAMMMED PACKED because one of their stores had to close unexpectedly because of building fire next door.. This crew HUSTLED and KICKED butt! Great job! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE especially being as busy as they were. Managers even announced and thankedall for.their patience. AGAIN WAY TO GO!!!

Every time i come to this specific starbucks i get lucky enough to get greeted by an employee who doesn’t even wear a name tag so i cannot provide names. every time i place an order she has an attitude and rolls her eyes and seems to not enjoy her job as much, so why is it my fault? i have never had this issue before and shouldn’t feel uncomfortable at any establishment because an employee can’t respect a customer. Since she was not wearing a name time i will describe her in the description belowshe was of african american ethnicityshe is a very thin buildtoday she has a pony tail with black hairshe wears glasses and is of average height.if someone can please contact me so we can speak further about this situation. thank you.

These people need a training class on how to treat all of their customers regardless of the customers background. I was overlooked so many times it was frustrating.

They are doing a great job of making sure that everything is safe. Theyre keeping the lobby clean and make sure that people are social distancing. Had our drinks ready pretty shortly after we arrived. Great experience.

We love coming to Starbucks, especially on a cold day. This time was a shock, gnats were flying all over the food in the display case. If you look at the pictures, you can see the gnats on the cookies and glass. I was disappointed in Starbucks this time, we just got our latte and left. 🙁🙁

The cashier working today at 4:45pm in the town east starbucks was extremely rude. She had glasses and a bun. I was done ordering and tried to add a coupon and she just completely caught an attitude. The app told me to show the barista my coupon because I couldn’t scan it and she said “show me?” “scan it.” but in a rude manner and she kept acting as if i was taking forever and was leaning over on the counter. If you don’t want to work then quit. Everyone else was so nice. She just genuinely looks miserable being there. So rude.

The barista that took our order last night 2/3/21 did not say a word at all when we came in and looked at us In a bad way. She kept rolling her eyes at us while we were ordering too! They really need to hire friendlier people who actually want to work!

You can never go wrong with a Carmel Ribbon Crunch with a layer of Carmel on the bottom! I have no complaints about this Starbucks. They made my drink perfectly and the workers were very nice. Thank you Starbucks for great service and great employees.

I love my local store even though the inside is now closed. Its such a busy little store It is faster to park and walk in when I call in an order. It appears guests refuse to wear a mask and have gotten out of hand with the baristas. I hate that this has happened. They are such a great crew that other starbucks often fail to measure up!

The worst customer service of all the DFW area locations, and Ive been to several weekly. The black manager has no people skills with her staff, talks to the associates and customers with a demeaning nature, the staff does not greet new patrons walking in, no friendly customer service tone or attitude with their paying guest, and they cant get your order right to begin with. I mean...the list goes on. WORST. LOCATION.

This store went above and beyond for my cold brew, despite being out of something. They exceeded my expectations by being available to provide options.

It took way to long that’s the second time that happens. Around 5 people came after me and left before me, some appeared to have the same drink i get.I just don’t really recommend it it takes way to long even tho there’s like 10 people working on it.

Perfect atmosphere, the whole team is welcoming and friendly greetings. Nikki and the entire team are always rocking it, even when they are busy they make sure youre being taken care of. Restrooms are also very clean and their merchandise has various selections.

Wanted to buy the egg protein box - I buy maybe 5 or 6 a month.... The apple had seriously browned off - I suggested it wasnt saleable and the young girl proceeded to lecture me on cut apples - just bizarre - Fd she put it back on the shelf! .... My daughter worked Starbucks for 5 years, trust me that protein box looked pretty dodgy. Lousy attitude! I travel up to 200 miles per day in the dfw area.... Visit different Starbucks on a 3 per day basis. This has never happened!

This is my favorite Starbucks. The girls here are ALWAYS so friendly and they have all remembered my name and order before I even have to ask for it. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but I’d rather wait for good customer service than go somewhere faster and get treated rudely.

They took a whole hour to give me a mobile order of two venti frappes. They were serving everyone but me. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they’re not going to give your order in a timely manner.
